Cathaliya: *yawns*just like how cells boku for prison. ![]() |
tunapa2009: Not all nigerian men are senseless and heartless.. Wickedness is the nature of some human being(both male n female). It is only exhibited in their frustrated period. There are still some couples in Nigeria that are enjoying their marriages till today(over 30 years)... The Best thing is to get the RIGHT PARTNER who believes in you and your FUTURE.(also TREAT you as HIS SELF)get the right partner? all these abused women thought they had the right partner until it became clear to them they actually hitched up a spawn of satan. i don't need a right partner - i need a partner that can love wholeheartedly. |
Donxavier: This is getting real depressing......the gentlemen in nigeria are not born yet or they have gone extinct. husbands beating wives in their honeymoon. husbands emotionally/physically/financially abusing their wives. this is serious....... |
afrodoc: asinine youngas at half time, no united forward had made any attempt on target, made a key pass, through ball, etc. you can see yourself from the graphics i posted. if welbeck & valencia cannot keep possession in the area they made their first half passes then they have no business wearing a red shirt. welbeck was basically passing in the middle of the pitch from 2-5 yards. the only forward pass welbeck made in the first half was 0.5 yard pass in the centre of the pitch. is this your assessment that welbeck did better than young? even rooney had only 2 long balls wide to the wingers. he did not bust a gut into the box to receive those passes - and this was where we failed against city.StarBoard: Can we batter the smaller sides with a manager so bereft if ideas who prefers zombies to skillful players?moyes has already beaten swansea & palace. had any of chelsea, liverpool or man city cop our run of fixtures, they couldn't have done any better. we have played 3 extremely difficult games in 5! 2 of them away from home and yet you cannot see why moyes shouldn't be criticised yet - na wa o! |
afrodoc: Young was abysmal going forward. i have already posted his passing stats going forward and compared to our other attacking players.don't pay attention to figures necessarily unless you know which area of the pitch those passes were made. in that first half, young was the only one trying to force the issue unlike welbeck whose passing were near the half-way line. rooney was even worse and valencia kept it along the touch line instead of veering towards city's goal.
|
StarBoard: Dream on.no 2 seasons are the same.... ruudie is quite right. if we batter the smaller teams home & away like we have done swansea & palace then we would replicate 08/09 season. the mini-league hardly matters anymore - if we can beat the minnows then we should be fine. like i said earlier, the next 5 games should be comfortable for us. let's see where we get by the time we face arsenal. afrodoc: Rooney is highest paid and he was our best performer on the day,so there should be no problem.this is my problem with statements like this one. i could score 80 marks in JAMB and be the best performer in my village. the question is how did rooney fare in comparison to aguero & negredo? they don't make as much as rooney but you could see the gulf in class between the city strikers and rooney. you know it's over for rooney when ordinary nasri outperformed rooney: I assume Asinine Young gets paid too even if its a plate of ewa agoyin....so why does he perform like he is working for free? ditto valencia and carrick and rio today.is any of them working pro bono?young did not perform worse or less than expected. i expected him to get the ball from wide areas, work the angles with evra & deliver crosses into the box. all the time this happened, there was no united shirt in the box to aim at. all i saw was rooney running out of the box towards the ball instead of making himself available to receive crosses & push kompany & nastastic back towards city's net. Rooney is not Messi, nobody is.there are very few people in the history of the Hominidae who are as accomplished at what they do as Messi is.rooney isn't messi but he gets paid like messi. so why shouldn't we compare them? if saint obi gets paid like brad pitt, would you not expect excellent acting performance from him? |
superstar1: Young made himself the easy target due to perpetual mediocre performance. If he had given us a virtuoso performance today, he would definitely have been exempted from the tirades against the whole team.perpetual mediocre performance? he hardly featured last season because of injuries. he was outstanding in his first season by our own high standards if i may hard. things haven't really clicked this season but I thought he played well at anfield & the crystal palace game. the whole team gave a poor performance today. rio should start thinking of his retirement plans. time to push evans/smalling in the middle & bring rafael back. he was sorely missed today. |
dayokanu: Meanwhile Ballotelli missed his first penalty vs Napolireina simply waited for him to kick before diving. i dunno why no one figured this out yet. cech didn't move for cristiano in moscow too and he saved ronaldo's kick easily. afrodoc: Young was very poor today but so were many other players on the pitch. I would rate Valencia worse because of his direct contribution to the goal that started the onslaught,at least Young kept his defensive shape most times. However the chronic nature of Young's malaise is why most United fans are tired of him.the truth is finally out.... young worked the spaces left today. when he got the ball from the wide, he had nothing to aim at. this is why rooney leading the line worries me. he's never in the box to be the attack focus and he makes zero movements. valencia is a toad! the less said about him, the better. he didn't beat kolarov throughout the match. all he did was to escort him to get the cross to aguero's first goal. look at this & tell me one reason valencia stopped tracking his man.... https://i.minus.com/i4yRc342D35JS.gif @Coogar it was not objective of you to single out Rooney (the only one who seemed to care about the match) for criticism when it was a team wide problem.Valencia,Carrick,Fellaini etc were having major problems competing yet you singled out Rooney.......just the way others singled out Youngapologies for singling out the highest wage drawer in our team for a disgraceful performance. to whom much is given, i expect heaven & earth. why won't i single rooney out? rooney even lacked the tact to stand off kompany and leave a gaping hole in city's defence. messi was only 22 when he did the same against rio/vidic in the 2009 final in rome. |
superstar1: @ coogaryoung is an easy target. when there's a poor general performance, united fans look for a scapegoat and blame the entire performance on him. did young play any worse than valencia, rio and welbeck today? |
StarBoard: Coogar and RuuDie,but we lost twice to the title rivals away from home. if city & liverpool had come to old trafford as well, beating them would have been our least expectation too. fergie could have taken the team there this season and lose too. our european double winning team of 07/08 lost to sven eriksson's city team. moyes couldn't have done more than he did - his strikers let him down. yaya toure did nothing spectacular... fellaini didn't have a good game but neither did toure. the players who got ate alive were smalling/valencia. all city's goals came from crosses into the box - yaya toure had nothing to do with those. |
young & evra got their own side of the pitch tight. zabaleta is city's secret weapon but he rarely got a sniff today. smalling/valencia were like little lambs out there for nasri/kolarov. i don't even think valencia possesses any form of intelligence. this tactical approach is what rafael/himself used to destroy city & chelsea last season in the first half of the season & yet he got sold on the same old trick. |
epic stories here.... nigerian men must be predominantly brutish & grizzly beasts. if what i'm reading here is correct then what's the point dating nigerian men? |
Purist: Funny thing is, the stats paint a completely different picture. United had more of the ball and had a higher pass completion rate.city had already conceded possession by then and there was nothing else for them to play for as they were coasting 4-0. that was when some rëtardos thought rooney was having a blinder of a game when he actually was stinking the whole joint. moyes has no blame in this.... he named a very strong team. our biggest weakness today was the lack of understanding between smalling & valencia. valencia allowed city to overload smalling with 2 v 1. he gave smalling no protection at all. it's not the end of the world. the fixtures could have been kinder & our next 5 games before arsenal are easy. i expect 15/15 or 13/15(worst case scenario). by then, the mediocre teams occupying the top spots would have gotten their own baptism of fire. the only reason arsenal/spurs are on top is because of their easier run of games, not because of their abilities. |
Purist: Meanwhile, I hope folks here can now see what Cleverley brings to the table for United. Because he's neither flambouyant nor physical, his work in that midfield usually goes largely unnoticed.yaya toure couldn't get near cleverley as soon as he came on. our possession stats went up but it was too late by then. city had already done the damage. jackbauerspower: How can you say that?how many through passes did rooney give welbeck in the game? even when they swapped positions, rooney was still pure wänk. kompany got the MOTM and it's because of his head to head battle with rooney. there's nothing else to say. if i earn £250k/week and get dominated by kompany, i would ask for wage reduction. |
moyes can't be blamed... he played a very good team but when you have an overpaid striker who thinks the sun must shine in his arsë, then you have to expect pathetic results such as this..... city took their chances, we didn't take ours. they scored, we couldn't match their scoring prowess. final result 4-1. if we had RVP, we could be talking about 3-2 to united or 4-3 to united. |
jackbauerspower: Yes.cleverley was(even as a sub) rooney was the worst player on the pitch. he consistently wasted chances that could have brought us back to parity at 1-0. goals change games not headless chicken runs that appeal to the romantics! it's a dishonour to even compare RVP to rooney. he's miles more intelligent & light years better than wayne. we missed his fear factor today. kompany couldn't have rapëd RVP the way he molested rooney today. |
El Guapo: [color=#0066ff]Rooney staying anonymous in a game now has direct egregious effects on the entire team?scoring goals isn't the biggie - it's scoring it when it's most needed. so your team concedes 10 goals then you manage to score hatrick at the death - it means you have bailed yourself out? dademola: my point is; Rvp has bailed us out in d past when we played as poorly as we did today. I'm not saying RVP wlda guaranteed anyfn today, bt with him on d pitch, u neva can tell.RVP would have given our wingers something to aim at. his hold up play is 100 times better than rooney's. the ball sticks to RVP, he holds it and spreads the play. rooney can't hold the ball against top defenders & each time the passes find him, kompany picked his pockets. abeg, rooney is pure wänkery' |
jackbauerspower: Coogar.....who gives a fück!!! he's had 30 attempts at set pieces, it's inevitable that one would saunter into the net. why didn't he do this when it mattered most? |
elrony: Bro u are wastinG ur time on that molested cretin...all the retàrd sees on d fixture today is Man city Vs Rooney!!that's because you are a tool.... if you cannot see rooney cost us this game then fall from a high rise & die. rooney has constantly wasted all our routes into a goal. even his 3 yard passes were missed and you are here dragging your father's name in the mud! if rooney cüms in a cup, you would drink it with a straw. |
El Guapo: [color=#0066ff]Yeah he's culpable for that, does that explain why u lots are conceding goals like a Stationary Stores team on tour de France?goals change games - RVP can't be on the pitch with kompany having the guts to join the attack. vincent already sized rooney up and knew rooney is lightweight. all the set pieces rooney has taken today met the forehead of a city player. what exactly is rooney good at? he masks his deficiencies with playing crossfield passes like scholes. strikers score goals not take credits for hitting the longest passes. we should sell rooney - he adds no value to this team. his wages in the last 3 years could have bought a decent striker. |
elrony: you must be a molested rètard if dis is d best ur demented brain can dish out...anuofia.... this is what happens when you are fücked by your dad. this is what happens when you have nieces that are also your sisters, what happens when you have aunts that are uncles. elrony, i can see everyone loves you - there's a man viewing this thread that wants to fück you. |
dademola: Wen i sed rvp won us d league last season, sme pple here say i dey yarn opaks.#watching#rooney won us the league.... he's not won anything against his marker today and some fools think he's better than sliced bread!!! |
another freekick wasted.... what a glorious player rooney is!!! |
elrony: Dats if he is a myopic dumb-fûck like u..buh he ain't !!!but he is..... you useless sonofawhore. your idiotic traits must have been inherited from him. how can anyone not see rooney's lack of bite was the reason we have not scored a goal here? |
elrony: Will u shuuuuttt d fuuuuckk up!!!.....nonsense!!!!!!!you can tell your father to shut up! |
see rooney.... best chance of the game for man utd, row Z!!! useless, worthless player. |
this is humiliating.... 4-0!!! |
bxg: Stop ranting about Rooney what about Ashley young what has he done in dis gameso ashley young is the reason we are not making attempts at city's goal? rooney has been horribly useless. 45 mins and no single attempt on city's goal is nothing short of a disgrace. dademola: bros, dis isnt about rooney. Wat about d anonymous welbeck? Y isnt he doing all d things u sed?i know what to expect from welbeck & young, not an obese player drawing £250k/week and playing like a rëtard. 3 players in the premier league command that amount in the top division. yaya toure, RVP and rooney. rooney is the worst of the lot! |
rooney is such a shyte player.... left alone to lead the line today and he's been horrible. vincent kompany has totally destroyed him & his wig. intelligent strikers drop off the centre-half and give him something to think about. rooney kept gluing up to kompany and losing every aerial duel against him. no attacking focus... when the ball goes into the wide areas, there's no one in the box to aim at. rooney has been shyte in & out of the box. the midfielders must be wondering what else to do if the strikers don't give them something to aim at. |
our performance relies on the type of rooney that turns up. i can vouch for every other player in that team list apart from rooney & perhaps rio. if they perform above average then we might just be victorious..... |
RVP is a big miss.... rooney missed at anfield, RVP misses at etihad. welbeck would work his arsë off today and rooney better stay in the box. at least, there's no giggs to ruin things for us. there's nani, hernandez & kagawa if things get sticky. i foresee a draw but if rooney pulls his head out of his arsë, we might get a win. ashley young must prove himself today. i am confident he's capable! |
OMO IBO: Mata doesn't even make the bench.wait for the 90th minute before screaming..... |
