SerVik: I don't understand the thought process here, was osimhen never supposed to recover from COVID? How does the recovery prove foul play? It doesn't, but it definitely suggests it. Same way the Dennis case didn't prove any foul play but that didn't stop people from going all guns blazing, to criticize the hell out of Dennis. But I don't expect that same energy now that Osimhen is involved. |

I am not surprised with what I'm seeing here. A lot of people never liked Dennis, right from the beginning. The assumptions about his attitude contributed to this.
Dennis never rejected a call up. He even celebrated it on his social media account but due to the ideas people already have about him in their minds, they'd rather believe otherwise.
If you want to kill a dog, give it a bad name, especially when you feel intimidated by that dog. Especially when that dog seems uncontrollable.
But you know one thing about Dennis? He doesn't give a fvck and I love that about him. |

Martinez39s: On my way home this morning from the gym close to my place, I boarded an okada. The motorcyclist happened to be one hausa guy I was familiar and cordial with since he and other motorcyclists usually hang around my bus stop and estate gate. They have been there for years now.
While on the speeding bike, he and I were reminiscing on the good gestures of my mother towards them every Christmas. He then jokingly told me "oga, no forget do small Christmas for me" and he laughed. Along the way, when we stopped for me to buy something before finally heading to my house, I gave him the transport fare of #100 and I added #2000, which was all the physical cash I had in my pocket, as a gift.
What really surprised me was the way this man looked at the cash in excitement like he had won a lottery, and he couldn't believe his eyes. He was shocked and riveted to the spot before collecting the money. It was as if no one has given him such sort of gift before. He repeatedly kept thanking me on the way. He kept telling me in excitement that I have really tried for him and he was thinking of going to Ogun state today and my gift will come in handy. After I got down, he repeatedly kept thanking me and he zoomed off. I was enthused to see an elderly man old enough to be my father gyrating like an excited child who finally got for Christmas the big gift he has always wanted.
I didn't want to share, but I just kept reliving that encounter and I couldn't help it. There's this joy that comes with helping my fellow man, especially elderly men. I just can't explain it. |

Ibime: I disagree. He's as good a 9 as any. Many of the runs and actions he made yesterday were no9 actions. Infact, he played 9.
When a player has touch and finesse, just because he has the skill to play 10 and is used there doesn't invalidate him as a 9. His purple patch last season was when Vardy was injured and he played 9. Kelz is just like Robin Van Persie who due to his class was played in other positions until later in career when he killed it in no9 position. Kelz played 9 at City and was banging.
There is a way a striker slows time down in the box that Kelz has which I don't see in many strikers these days since Van Persie retired . You know ball. People think the job of every centre forward is to stay in the box and bully the defenders, forgetting that football is now a modern game. A player like Iheanacho would be a jewel for any team as long as he's given enough time and freedom on the pitch of play. |

Ketapu: Please, don't try to save him. He is too blind to the truth. Many guys prefer to learn their lessons the hard way. The only problem is that it's usually too late by the time they have fully learned their lessons.
If you read the book called Anatomy of Female Power, you will realize that the problem of Blue Pill conditioning started even before we were born. Blue pill conditioning is like a script of life, an unwritten guidelines that have been generally accepted as the norm.
Our great great... grandfathers were taught the scripts. Those grandfathers passed the blue pill conditioning down to their children. Our parents also passed the blue pill conditioning down to us. Also, if you already have kids, chances are that you are already teaching your children the blue pill ways.
It's better to read the book to understand better how many generations have been conditioned to teach the blue pill knowledge and accept it as the norms.
Count yourself lucky to have seen the light of the red pill. If not, you would also likely have been behaving like that your roommate.
The rabbit hole is deeper than you can ever imagine. I've started seeing blue pill conditioning in religion, business, romantic relationship and many other areas of life. I'm telling you. Not everybody can handle the truths in that book. |

Danielnino00: To your first statement, Dessers didn't pick up form yesterday.. He has been in form for long now, but was still ignored by Rohr.. Even after he left Genk.. Why didn't you descend on Rohr then? Why push it to Eguavon? Your second statement is assumptous and not the fact.. Was it not under the local coaches that FB players like Ekong and Balogun became key members of the national team? Who gave Iwobi his debut? Who called up Carl Ikeme? Who took Shola Ameobi to the world cup? Please dead the argument.. you can't back it up with facts.. To your last statement, Rohr said it in one of his interviews that the NFF didn't interfere in his players selection.. You can go and look it up online... Kog45 confirmed it too.. If Musa and Shehu were forced on Rohr, then what about Simon? Was he forced to always start him? Was he forced to recall Ighalo?
And finally, all I see here is blackmail.. Some people never liked the idea of a local coach taking over the team from the start, and suddenly they have found an avenue to register their displeasure... The facts on ground says it's a Rohr list.. Eguavon just made two alterations to it..and that's Nwakali for Onuachu and Ndah for Akpogunma.... Now this is funny First, you claim I said local coaches hate foreign born players, which I never did. Second, you claim I am blackmailing the local coaches because I don't want them in the team, which I never did. Now who is the one making assumptions? What next? Call me a Rohr apologist? Like I always say, we'll see at the end. No need for arguments. |

Danielnino00: Why didn't Rohr, a foreign coach give Dessers a chance? Why are you people so trying to make this look like a "local coach hate foreign born players" thing... Why? Quite the contrary, Rohr gave Dessers a chance(about 5 minutes or so) and he was rightly dropped after that, not due to a bad performance in that game but lack of game time in Genk. But he has picked up ever since and he deserves to be in the squad. If Rohr was still in charge, I would criticize his ass for dropping him. This guy could be a useful sub when we need goals in injury time. Now to your second question, bro, we all know how this country works. We can choose to deny it all we want but the truth always stands. I never said local coaches hate foreign players but you can believe what you want. Later on you'll start hearing things like 'they're not strong enough for African football, they're too fragile, Na Oyinbo Dem be, they're too arrogant, they don't know how to respect their elders, who do they think they are?' and all sorts of nonsense. Let's not even talk about egunje here. If Musa and Shehu have been forced on Rohr, just imagine how many would be forced on a local coach. I don talk my own. |

PurpleHouse: For Christ sake, Akpeyi have no business anymore in that team. Why waste the space?
I think it is no longer safe for all these foreign borns to feature for us. Seems we are even wasting them than the other countries. Dessers should go figure himself out. I feel for him. With all his passion for Nigeria (Super Eagles), yet no value and appreciation.
I really feel his pain. If we decide to go ahead with local coaches, do not expect the inclusion of foreign born players especially someone like Dessers whose father is Belgian. It's a sad reality. |

They can show you honor and respect in a relationship but they WILL EVER NEVER love you. Every tangible sacrifice ever that has ever been done in relationships, has always come from men. Why? Because women go into relationships with their Brains intact. AndSunGorilla: Just me thinking out loud. Pinnick said Rohr had lost the dressing room, are we sure this isn't connected to Balogun's continued inclusion in the team after Rohr had been told to drop him because Balo had spoken out against the NFF leadership? While am not a fan of Rohr, I won't be surprised that is part of his sins. I watched Basco's video today and he said something profound, whoever is appointed coach of the SE will be owed salaries whether local or foreign.
Finally the 94 SE have proven to be our greatest even after retirement, from that team alone we have had 4 SE coaches, Keshi, Siasia, Oliseh and Eguavoen, not counting Amokachi and Amunike. Just for laughs, the two players who made the errors that gifted Italy the 94 WC QFs just passed to themselves again, Oliseh to Eguavoen, while one dude who tried to eliminate Italy and got targeted by Italy for "execution" is yet to be appointed SE coach, this life no balance. @bolded Obviously.
