hello bro......pls I have a 2000watt of the same brand though it does not come with a lcd screen.....i have had it for over 2 years now. presently it does not charge the battery until I press the power button to put on the unit and will continue charging even if I put it off immediately by put the power knob in the middle. The challenge is if i'm away from home and I put it off to save stored charge and power happened to be restored.....it won't charge. Pls how can I fix this problem?

I'll prefer to rate the Inverter and not the company.

on a scale of 0 to 10 I'll rate them 6.

My ratings is based on performance according to specifications, price, durability. It's a little pricy compared to their other China ones.

I installed 2 of them about 3 years ago with the same battery. One of them have gone for repairs repeatedly and at the end they eventually changed it but the other one hasn't had any issue since installation.

Easter is a promise God renews to us in each spring. May the promise of Easter fill your heart with peace and joy! Happy Easter to my numerous customers !

Basically, online transactions involves lots of courage & trust .. Marketing varies as you try to please so many and yet can't please all cos of individual differences "sanguine, melancholic, phlegmatic, laggards" ! Recently I received a call from one of my numerous online client complaining of a brand new timer switch he purchased few months ago, I sincerely replied him that I ordered a few of that and warranty issues ain't that simple with all those products cos I have had similar issues with an EP SOLAR mppt controller with my nairaland client"Saipro" here who can bear me witness but was finally resolved amicably & we are still best of friends .. I explained to him repeatedly that i ordered few quantity online from China and I really dnt know what he wants me to do.. He sprung up that he will come POST RIDICULOUS words on nairaland for a timer switch(4k few months ago) he got from me brand new after he insisted he wants to personally come pick up at my Ikeja outlet address which I referred him to few months ago .. I really want to make a point here , there is no point coming online to tarnish ones image for nothing . A reliable online salesman goes about his daily transactions without meeting so many of his clients incase some people dnt know .we have so many silent reader and viewers online incase most nairalander dnt know and i must tell you categorically that I have transacted with most of them . Few might insist for guarantors or referee because of dubious past business experiences which I always give out because I am always on the move for deliveries , most clients knows me for that here.. If you insist you want to pick up in one of my Lagos outlets ,, I always refer them to my Ikeja addresses freely which might be my brothers/uncle shop pending on convenience ... Please let's all encourage one another & may God almighty bless us all as we do so , Amen !
Frankie, I can relate with the guy's frustration......I remembered about 2 years ago when I paid you online for 2kw power starlight inverter which you sent over to me in Akure. when I set it up and realized it was not charging the battery at all, i called and you ask me to return it for another and you gave me your uncle/bro's Ikeja shop address. I got there and ask after you but their response even left me more confused.....cos you go by another name there and hasn't left any info of anybody coming around or something like that......I journeyed from Akure and had to put the inverter on my laps on the bus and had to carry it on my head while asking around for your bro shop address. The most annoying part was you were always sounding bossy all the time while I tried to converse with you on the phone and after waiting for you for a while, you asked me to drop the inverter at the shop and also with the instruction that I should drop 5k which you claimed is for your transport to the warehouse or I shouldn't bother to drop it at all and all this happened just three days of purchase .....with guarantee fully in place like you promised......my choice were limited so I parted with the money with so much discomfort to the rest of my finance for the rest of the month. You might have forgotten but that experience still leave a bitter feeling each time I replayed it. I feel cheated, disrespected and arm twisted till date.

Culture › Re: Yoruba Cities, Towns And Villages- What Do Their Names Mean? by cooldipo(m): 3:41pm On Mar 25, 2016
Rendezvou:
Each time I travel to any city/town/village in the southwest, I always try to decipher the meaning of the name of the town. It would not be a surprise that many 'Omo Odua' would start scratching their jaws or heads if asked to tell what their town's name means and its origin in this age of civilization where the youths and children are bidding their culture (especially their Language/Dialect) farewell. I also find myself guilty of this in a sense (I do not know the meaning of the name of my mother's village and so many other southwest towns and cities).

I know there are many graduates of Yoruba Language, History and researchers here that would help us out. Please let us write as many as we know. I will like to state that I stand to be corrected if you find any wrong interpretation or inappropriate choice of word in the interpretation.

Ogbomosho- from 'Ogbo ri Elemosho' meaning The carrier of the head of Elemosho (A man terrorizing the villagers who was later beheaded)
Abeokuta- Under the stone/rock
Ibadan- from 'Ẹ̀bá-Ọ̀dàn' which means 'border town of a grassy terrain with trees'
Ilorin- from 'Okuta ilo irin' which means 'stone for sharpening metals'
Egbeda- from 'Egbe jo da' meaning 'collectively achieved/made/contributed by group/peer'
Ile Ife- 'the land/place where spreading began'
Ebutte Meta - Three harbors/ports
Ajegunle - Land/home of wealth/money

JESUS dey heaven oh. No worry I owe you a 100ah battery by January. Make salary show grin
When I saw Ceejay many praises on page33....i was prompted to know what brought about that said gift.....now I can see...it is the same freestyle Ceejay used to relate/express himself on the thread that causes some untoward vituperation from a poster that earned him the gift.... sometimes we need not change ourselves.....we only need to pray that good people of like mind comes our way so that when we talk they can decode without mistaking our expression for something else.........@saint, may God reward you for your act of kindness....it touches me too even though I am not the one who received the gift directly... I am moved by you good deed......regards @ all
Career › Re: Can Your Salary Ever Make You Wealthy? by cooldipo(m): 1:50pm On Feb 16, 2016
asalimpo:
You can't create "wealth" as you define without some serious capital . Dangote was given N500k back in 1978 to begin cement importation business.
He said , as at then, the money could buy 100 mercedes benz cars.
So by todays value, that couldve been worth 500m-1b+.
He had also received mentorship from his relatives (who funded him). His family was already rich, so he didnt need to learn by trial n error.

Bill gate was from a rich family, mum was a board member on ibm, his primary school fees was higher than harvard tuition fees!
Attending a rich, elite school he encountered a computer machine , learnt how to program on it.
Microsoft's big break came when ibm decided to enter the p.c market and needed an o.s (operating system) for their line of machines. Gates supplied th os , made his money, and with that funding grew microsoft.
It is believed that his mum influenced the ibm deal.
Without serious funding, your vision will die on you. Vision , smarts aint enuff.
There is this saying about if you don't have the capital, look for the way in which your idea or vision can help an already blossoming idea or vision of someone get better. Like meeting the marketing manager about ideas that can help them make more legit money rather than going cap in hand for a job opportunity. Our mentality matters.......do more digging about many grass to grace story; Dangote and Gates are just two of the many billionaires. Cheers!

jerrygome:
I have been made to pay N500 every time I come for collection of goods which was sent via free shipping. These payments that I made I was issued a NIPOST receipt. The last one that I collected was 1.6KG. They demanded for the usual N500 I told them that I don't have it, they refused to give me the package. I left. Came back after some days before my goods go enter one chance and jejely paid the N500 and collected the goods ( the goods were worth 16K)

There is a circular publicly pasted on the collection point detailing the payment of N500 for each goods

The circular was dated 24th October 2014. See the content of the circular below

HANDLING OF CHARGES ON SMALL PACKETS BELOW 2KG
______________________________________________________

In view of the special treatment ( especially on documentation and security) given to small packet in the weight category of below 2KG ( which oftentimes contain valuables such as merchandise/goods; the management has decided that a flat rate of N500.00 ( Five Hundred Naira ) only, should be applied as handling charges on all such items.

The charging of this amount shall commence and shall remain so, until further directives.

You are hereby informed of this development, and requested to give the content of this circular the widest circulation.

Signed

Osodolor Eboigbodin ( Deputy Postmaster General [Mail Operation] )
i doubt the veracity of this circular since it has not been implemented everywhere knowing that they won't have hesitated to implement that across all states if it were to be true. As i stated above, i have only pay N200 and N300 and their official line is that the fee is for custom duty......this disparity between your and mine only points to the fact that something is fishy!
