I totally disagree with this report, does duplication of duties also mean ineffectiveness? If it does then the police should be scrapped cos the nigeria army is already doing their job in tackling boko haram. Most of these agencies have defined functions, go and read the mission and vision of frsc, it should be an agency on its own not a department under anybody same for efcc. Let the police face crime and terrorism and stop collecting 20 naira on the highway.

Do you the take-home pay of a fresh graduate in local govt & state sec. Skools? Do you know how many years they nid to work befor 10k can be added to there salary yet wont they marry?
