How do you deal with a president who commits a crime in his last days or weeks in office? What should happen if Trump actually shot someone on 5th avenue in broad daylight light few weeks to the end of his tenure? Are you suggesting that during the lame duck period, a president can steal, kill and commit any crime with no repercussions whatsoever? What happens if a president commits a serious crime and then resigns, should his indictments and trial be discontinued because he is no longer in office? What is the remedy for a US president that is found to have committed a crime while in office, that is after he has left office?

Besides this case is different, Trump was indicted (impeached) while he was in office, what is remaining is a trial to determine if he is guilty as charged or innocent.

My bad for using the term impeachment since it applies differently in America. However, the senate's power to convict a President, probably doesn't apply once he's left office. Not that senate will convict anyway. Like I said, political theatre.

To answer your question, if Trump shot and killed someone in broad daylight. Do you think removal from office and a ban from holding office is sufficient punishment? Because that's all the conviction will actually do.

The impending Senate trial is not to impeach, the US Senate cannot impeach the President, only the House can do that. The Senate job is to setup a trial for a President who has already been impeached by the House.

No Judge recuse himself. John Robert, the Chief Justice only presides, if the Senate trial is over a seating President, Trump is no longer the President, therefore the Senate Pro Tempore is the one presiding over the trial.

Yes, everyone know the Senate will not convict him, no US President has ever been convicted in the Senate.....regardless of what happens in the Senate, Trump is the only President in House History that have been impeached twice.

Your arguments about impeachment or non impeachment offense are baseless. He does not have to tell the mob to go destroy the Capitol, in fact the House comes up what they think are impeachable offended base on their understanding of the constitution and they put it to a vote and the House has impeached him on those charges period!

No court in the US can undo the impeachment and the Senate certainly cannot undo it. However, what is still up for debate is whether you can impeach someone who has already left office. I argued that it could lead to something like Obama getting impeached whenever republicans take hold of congress which doesn't make any sense.

Itadori grows over time and since the bad guys are actually competent, he finds it difficult. I find his power level and progression very well done.

Gojo was created for fanboys and fangirls to fawn over. He's not necessarily my favourite character archetype but I can understand the love. The manga does a good job of making fallible and keeping him grounded.

JJK really excels at giving characters their day. They get to look cool sometimes and get their asses handed to then at other times. For example, Kugisaki started out looking useless but has grown on me with every passing arc.

Whether they are impeachable is based in the subjective whims of congress at the time. Trump got impeached for asking Ukraine to investigate Biden, they said he abused his power to discredit a political opponent. However, that call was made before Biden announced he was joining the race.

So, where are the facts that he can actually be impeached though? This is literally just dem vs republican bullshit. The judge recused himself so there won't even be a sitting judge to hear the case.

As for whether he committed impeachable offenses, that's not a fact. Unless you can definitively prove that Donald Trump told those people to break into the US capitol, then that's just your subjective opinion.

You can't impeach someone while he isn't president. You can't release a footballer that you've sold. You can't throw away rice that you've already eaten.

Also, Obama has a bunch of scandals that can definitely be used against him. His botched nuclear deal with Iran, when his administration supplied guns to drug cartels in order to use them to track down their leaders (which ended in tears), mass surveillance of US citizens and their allies all come to mind.

I'm not a Trump supporter but he's not the devil he's made out to be by the media neither is Obama the saint he's made out to be.

One thing I like about Jujutsu Kaisen is its villains. The villains are actually competent. So are the heroes, meaning they take a pound of flesh from each other with every battle. There are actual stakes in every battle as both sides suffer losses.

Word on the street is that Gege Akutami (author of JJK) , asking with the author of Jigokuraku, worked as assistants for Tatsuki Fujimoto (author of Chainsaw Man) when he made Fire Punch.

And it definitely shows (more so for JJK). From the gritty art styles to the unceremonious butchering of beloved characters (usually less unceremonious in Jigokuraku), these authors bring a nice a twist to the shonen genre.

JJK also parallels the works of Fujimoto in the sheer mean-spiritedness of some of the story beats. For example, giving random extras a little characterization, then abruptly killing them off, antagonists doing f*cked up things to make the protagonist break, or giving people in dire situations a little hope before abruptly killing them off.

I'm in a rush so I dunno how to end this. I recommend all the stuff I mentioned above.

For the first one, it depends on the author, but incidentally most trap characters aren't.

Now as for the latter
I personally adheren to the Schrödinger's shlong theory. Which states that until the **** is observed it's not gay. Considering these characters are intentionally made to look, act and sound like girls, but to mess with the viewer, you are told they are a guy. Hence the name "Trap"

Now if the viewer still retains interest even after the **** is observed, it is still less likely that the viewer is gay, but they are more likely a variant of bi and no longer straight.

Schrodinger's shlong theory is a useful way to gauge how gay (gayge?) liking a trap is. However, it does not account for how much the trap actually passes off as a girl. I don't think Yeonhwa is capable of love as we know it. She has all the traits of a complete sociopath. It's quite clear that she is missing something fundamental in her mind. No matter how much she tries to change, she can never see her partners as anything more than pairings to manipulate and toy with.

People with antisocial personality disorder are just built different. Yeonhwa never loved Aeon or even her sister.
Her relationship with Aeon would've ended with either Aeon leaving her or Yeonhwa growing tired and moving on like she did with the others.

I actually started reading Moonlight Garden and What does the Fox Say? but I eventually dropped them. Not my style.

Tamen de Gushi is another good one, though.

None them appear in the second story, unfortunately. I would've liked to see how they moved on after the events of the first book. However, Aeon was never really the protagonist of the first book.
