Probably you don't know what it means to be a bank manager in Nigeria grin grin grin
Forex and businesses seeking loans are enough for bank managers in Nigeria to chop belleful. Dey dia.

Damn! Why do you guys find this line convenient to throw up every time? Some of you would even proudly tell us that USA prison is better than Banana island grin grin grin. And would gladly say that a slave in abroad is better than a king in Nigeria. How can anyone grow financially with this kind of mentality and mindset?
Leave them with their self validation, they can only tell that to the marines.Working abroad expecially for non professional is akin to servitude and slavery.

Gov Sanwo-Olu ordered a soldier to be arrested and locked up for riding bike on “one-way” lane Meanwhile, the same Sanwo-Olu was caught driving on “one-way” lane with his long convoy.

This is the life of the average politician in Nigeria. They make rules then use them to oppress the POOR or common Nigerian.

This, in any way, doesn’t exonerate the soldier. He should be made to face the penalty of his unlawful act
Sanwo Olu is the chief security officer of Lagos state,he can drive against traffic but with caution.

*FG has discredited EFCC- Kwara Must Change*

_Says persistent removal of EFCC chairmen over unsubstantiated claims a disservice to Nigeria_

A leading Pro-Democracy group, Kwara Must Change has tackled Federal Government of Nigeria over persistent removal of chairmen of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) since 2003 over unsubstantiated claims of corruption.

Kwara Must Change queried the FG over the weekend on its popular radio program, Eto Wa on Sobi FM in ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

While reacting to the subject of persistent removal of EFCC chairmen by successive government, including the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Kwara Must Change guest, Kamaldeen Babasiga noted that all allegations against EFCC chairmen remain mere allegations without substance.

According to Kamaldeen, "No EFCC chairman has been prosecuted and found guilty of any crime since 2007 and their persistent removal by FG is eroding confidence in the anti graft institution and as a matter of fact, it is a disservice to the nation.

Kamaldeen noted that, it is a shame that no one single EFCC chairman is free from allegations by federal government since 2007 and the FG has not been able to come up with any justification to warrant its persistent removal of EFCC chairmen.

He explained that, FG can remove EFCC chairmen without accusing them of any crime, but when you continuously accuse head of your anti graft agency of graft without ensuring adequate prosecution, you subject the agency to public disrepute.

Another guest, Abdullateef Babafila corroborated the position of Kamaldeen.

Babafila maintained that, EFCC has some records of achievement, particularly in its successful prosecution of several high profile cases, including former Governors, but those achievements are discredited by successive govts, claiming that previous govt used the EFCC to prosecute and witch hunt their enemies.

"However, if EFCC under a govt succeeds in securing conviction, it means that it was able to present valid evidences before a court and allegations of witch hunting enemies can not arise" Babafila said, adding that, EFCC under other govt should also secure conviction against others, whether friends or enemies.

Another guest, Moyosore Yusuf concluded that, FG has discredited EFCC more than anyone else.

According to him, when EFCC was first established, every Nigerian understand that there's at least an organization that can hold anyone to account without fear or favor no matter how highly placed and the entire nation hold the agency to high esteem, but due to persistent allegation by federal government without substance, almost anyone, including internet fraudsters now find it convenient to question EFCC's credibility.

End
past EFCC Chairmen were corrupt and we're found culpable.

They were using their office to enrich themself, they needed to be removed and prosecuted to serve as a deterant to others.

Stop this nonsensical argument.

Politics › A Clarion Call For Community Policing In Nigeria by coputa(op):
That nigeria is receding security wise is no longer news,Hardly a day passes without hearing news of killings and kidnapping.

This crimes are perpetuated under the nose of our security apparatus, to the extent that the nations seat of power is no longer safe .

Is the nation under policed or the police are they ill equipped, because bandit and kidnappers always overun them as the case maybe.

This scenario urgently calls for implementation of community policing, where all members resident in a street or community should be known as in job status and source of income.

This should be taken seriously, there should be a register and an identity card to identify all members of a community.

The Nigerian police, with their corrupt tendencies can only do little.

So can you explain why prayerless western countries especially (e.g. UK), are better than a prayerful country like Nigeria, with churches and mosque in every corner that you turn?
UK is not a prayerless nation , they have the biggest churches in the world.king Charles the 1 is a christian,he worship God,he prays

Prayers give people a sense of security. They feel Since they have prayed, they are secured. They are covered. There will be provisions for them. That what happened to others can not happen to them.

In reality, this is all nonsense. They still suffer from what others suffer from. They fall sick. Get kidnapped. Fail exams and Job interviews. Get involved in accidents. Die untimely deaths.

Nigeria is one big evidence that prayers don't work.
It could have been worse without prayers.Consistent prayers changes things, count. your blessings.

Ok guys, so I met this guy who introduced me to an American finance company that is basically into Savings and loans business. He said if I save with them, they would be paying me a weekly interest of 4%.

I told him 4% weekly is low Others pay this much daily, but then he argued that those who pay daily are Ponzi schemes and the company he was introducing me to isn't Ponzi scheme but a real financial company in America.

When he noticed I was not believing his claim, he said something that shocked me. Something no one on telegram has ever said to me.

He said he was willing to use his own money to buy me the least Investment plan with the company he was introducing me to, he said he will do that just to prove to me that not all companies are scam. This sounds so convincing, could this be a real opportunity or scam? Please I need your advice.

Politics › Re: Nigerian Economy Since 1999; Obasanjo, Yar'adua, GEJ And Buhari by coputa(m): 6:57pm On Jan 05, 2024
The problem still remains the Hausa/fulani/Yoruba padi padi at the expense of the country.

When Obasanjo came out of prison, the first person he visited was Babangida

Tinubu and Buhari joined forces by forming APC to wrestle power from Goodluck Jonathan

Buhari came in, even when nigerians knew he was incompetent and After wasting eight years, Tinubu became the APC presidential flag bearer

Tinubu won with the help of the election umpire headed by an Hausa man.

It was divine intervention that brought in Goodluck, but he doesn't have the balls to turn things around.
