Romance › Re: After Spending The 50k I Borrowed From Loan App, She Refused To Follow Me Home by coputa(m): 10:59am On Dec 26, 2023
Keepamsafe:
I feel so sad and devastated. Why are ladies treating good men like thishuh

Today, I had to borrow money from 3 different loan app because im meeting a new girl today.

Luckily, we met and had our date and I spent roughly 45k I borrowed from loan app and still gave her 5k for pocket money and yet, she refused to follow me home.

Im home now, lying in bed alone and sad.

Hook up 7k, but I spent 50k today because i wanted to build soul connection. yet I gained nothing. Absolutely nothing. Not even sex and im now in debt, broke like a church rat and no woman to console me. I feel scammed.

Im in a dilemma. help please.
your mental health need to be well examined, you must be sick upstairs
Career › Re: Planning To Resign From Current Job by coputa(m): 10:50am On Dec 26, 2023
kilisi:
Good day friends and trust we are coping with the current state of things

I plan to resign from my current job by the end of February 2024 so that I can go into full time agriculture. That's my discipline from school anyway.

I've been able to raise just 1 million naira within a year and 2 months and the plan is to plant cassava and maize on a 12 acre farmland I'm about to secure.

6k per acre of land

I also plan to use about an acre for planting pepper and tomatoes.

I hope I'm not making a hasty decision by resigning from my job soon.
Do not be too much in a hurry.

Put that money into foreign stocks, before the middle of the year your investment has more than doubled with less risk while you are still on the job.

Continue to save throughout 2024 while your money is multiplying.by the end of 2024 you can then resign

Also, you should go into the farming, first on a small scale and watch the outcome

RepoMan007:
my own theory rests on import substitution and once Dangote relives FG of diesel and petrol substitution, things are bound to readjust in favour of Naira.
When the wuruwuru deadline for PH refinery to start operation drew near, the naira strengthened in anticipation of import substitution, now that they have changed tune to start saying it is until December 2024 again, we have this sad headline. God!
Import substitution is not only in the oil sector,it cuts across vide; textiles, phones electronics gadgets, cars, shoes to mention but a few.

NIGERIA is virtually a dumping ground for foreign products.
Investment › Re: How Much Did You Save This Year by coputa(m): 7:06am On Dec 26, 2023
baba4thegehs:
As the year comes to an end, I think its important to do a year end review of your finances, to identify startegies that helped you grow your savings and investment

For me I started exploring REITs this year and my savings grew significantly, also bought a land this year, dabbled with stocks, Mutal funds, fixed deposit, and hight yield saving aacct.

So far I have done close to 10m in savings and investment, although I ended up spending more than I planned in Dec almost 650k

Let's have you share yours. shocked
How much did one invest and not savings.

Imagine if you have #100,000 in your account in January this year,by now the value would have dropped to #30,000.

Aren't you the one opening threads all over the place complaining about cost of living and how you're finding it hard to survive?

That's why i took pity on your decrepit, deprived, derelict, destitute existence.

I mean, if a small cup of rice is enough to get you this agitated, I can only imagine the hard knocks in your pitiful, banal, insipid existence.

Now, stop bragging and beg me to buy you the 2 cups of rice you so desperately need for the next week.
