tctrills:I meant the link |
tctrills:Jehovah God made Moses like God unto Pharaoh. Moses is not the true God Jehovah and as well not a false God. |
It's lengthy but it's worth it. Just read through and comprehend. |
tctrills:It's not possible for you to have finished reading it even if was at speed of light. It's just about Hebrew perspective of the word "God" ![]() |
tctrills:Well sorry |

Definitely Jesus is not the true GOD but the Father. And he's definitely not a false God. 1 Corinthians 8 5 & 6 explains it |
Jesus that was called God by John himself said that the Father is the one true GOD. Compare with 1 Corinthians 8 5 & 6 |
tctrills:Read 1 Corinthians 8 5 &6 for explanation |
tctrills:The same John and Jesus say the Father is Jesus God and Father. John 20 17 |
tctrills:Of course he can be a god/God. 1 Corinthians 8:5&6 says there might be many Gods in heaven and on earth...... That link is educative. You can check it out. https://www.ancient-hebrew.org/god-yhwh/hebrew-word-for-god.htm |
tctrills:I don't agree with that. The NT books also had authors and numerous manuscripts. All they did was compiling and translating. |
tctrills:Yes that's right. The Father is the one through God John 17 3 The Father was the one God Paul and the early church had. 1 Corinthians 8 6. Thus the Father is the almighty God. One being. Deuteronomy 6 4 |

They own no copyright bro. The books had authors. There are still even some of the old testament manuscripts around today. The Roman Catholics has done a lot of harm than good to Christianity. Concerning the selection of the 66 books of the Bible, they didn't just canonise it because they felt like but because the books were really the inspired and authentic ones. Have you read any of the agnostic books? |
tctrills:Christian beliefs should be based on the inspired word of God not men's doctrine! |
tctrills:Well the Catholics beliefs in Mary is far more than this. Some random Christian bro called it blasphemy! |

It is God's words obviously but the bible as we know it is a collection of God's words made by the Catholic church. It was the church that decided what should or should not be included in your bible. The Bible is a collection of books written and authored by inspired men of God. Not made by Catholic. The Catholics only sorted it out. Books like gospel of Mary, gospel of Thomas for examples were not really written by Mary and Thomas. They were even written long after the present books of the NT were written. They are clearly not inspired. That's the point, just because others agree with the Catholic in some doctrine, does not mean they are bound to agree with everything. The point is, as a true Christian, all our doctrines should be based on the Bible. Or rather, if the Bible calls Jesus Christ god which it did in John 1 then Mary was clearly the Mother of God. Only that she was his earthly mother.Of course Mary was the mother of human Jesus. Jesus never had any mother before he came earth to fulfill his Father's will. The believe of the Catholics on Mary is beyond that. The Catholics are responsible for your present bible so I don't know how you can be more accurate unless you have copies of the words of the Apostles that predate the modern bibleThey are not. God is responsible for it. His word would endure. The KJV Bible is actually a trinitarian bible. It contains some additions to make the trinity dogma scriptural. |
Emusan's claim: Even Devil himself believes what iss in the BibleMy reply; "His believe is nothing. He's bound for destruction. He's doomed!" Your response; Just the way your believe is nothing, and bound for destruction with him as long as both of you hold the same beliefPls Emusan, what did you mean by this your above statement? a). Is my belief nothing because I am a JW? b). Is Satan a JW, that's why we both have the same believe? c). Did your god told you that I hold the same belief with Satan? Or how did you know? d). Are you directing that to all Christians or what? Pls kindly explain what you really meant to me. I replied: "Well my belief ain't like Satan belief. Despite the fact that he was with Jehovah in heaven, he went ahead to rebel and sin against Him. I believe in Jehovah and His son Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life." Your response: That's your own palaver, the Koko is that you believe in Bible just the way Satan did. So to believe in Bible doesn't mean you have the trutha). Which source did you get your information from? b). Do Satan really believe in the Bible of just your assumption? c). Are you emphasizing that I personally believe the Bible just the same way Satan did? d). Do all Christians believe in the Bible like Satan do? If yes, are they bound for destruction too? e). Do you believe in the Bible differently from Satan? Pls simply answer these questions. I'll appreciate it ![]() |
You know I will go back and read and start highlighting why you need to go back. You can whatever you want to do. It's a free world. I can even help you. Those who don't dance to your tune of discussion and your likes here are tagged no sense, insane, mad e.t.c. You follow, the SMART one. It's not about dancing to any tune here. I'll show you again how your dear good friend has failed woefully on this thread. Did you get your response or not?Something like this Abi?: That's your own palaver, the Koko is that you believe in Bible just the way Satan did. So to believe in Bible doesn't mean you have the truth cheesy cheesy grin cheesy grinI have been asking him how Satan believe in the Bible the same way I do. He always talk without reasoning and I have given him a lot of advice on that. He's hardly given me any reasonable answers to my questions which is based on his own words: Just the way your believe is nothing, and bound for destruction with him as long as both of you hold the same beliefI'll ask the questions again soon with many possible options. Good, then drop who is smart or not and stop seeking who is supporting the other or not.To be honest, he's really not smart as he thinks of himself. And you know yourself that he's failed but keep supporting him to save his face.

|
tctrills:Well the Bible didn't come from the Catholics. It's God's word. Though they had the Bible with them all along, they are doing contrary to God's commandments, teaching the doctrines of men rather than the inspired TRUTH. My take is that if Roman Catholics could establish that Jesus is God in same essence as the Father, then it's 100% right that Mary is the mother of GOD. But acurrate interpretation of the Bible clearly show that both dogma are not biblical altogether. |
Antiislaam:Why did you ask me why Allah couldn't wake Mohammed? |
tctrills:Alcohol is not evil
|
tctrills:I don't need any research cos I don't even drink. |
Alcohol can actually be measured. We can drink moderately ![]() |
tctrills:I didn't see the date but I think thats updated |
Alcohol is not that evil as you claimed.
|
tctrills:That's Britannica. It's a reliable source. |

Little consumption of alcohol is not bad for the body. I made my own research on that.

"He came" yet he couldn't retain his glorious in flesh, so what happened to his spiritual body?He wasn't meant to retain his spirit body but came in flesh as pure human. Only if you can use yours firstDid John say his name was the Word? Jesus has many title. So what happened to his angelic nature when he became human? All the Bible says is that he came to earth in flesh. God sent him down and he came. When he was ascending into heaven, he would have been transformed to his glorious spirit body back. |
Emusan:First you need to know that inheriting heaven is not scriptural. It's inheriting the kingdom of heaven. Both are different. I can't say I'm pure in heart, only God can judge that. Is anyone even pure? Am I a meek? I'm not sure. Maybe I'm poor in spirit though. I'm not being persecuted for now. One main criteria for inheriting the kingdom is being baptized by the holy spirit (born again). So if your poor in spirit or pure in heart and are not baptized by the holy spirit, you can't inherit the kingdom. It doesn't mean that some of the meek won't inherit the kingdom of heaven. Someone that's pure in heart can also be a meek. Only God knows the reward for each person. It might be inheriting the earth or the kingdom of heaven. There are other verses in the Bible that say the righteous will inherit the earth. That doesn't implies that all the righteous will inherit the earth. Of course some will inherit the kingdom of heaven. |
Show us a better performing group that's completely following the Bible? |
Take my advice ![]() |
Emusan:See am not as dull as you are. Your only proving that the verses are contradicting. The TRUTH is some will inherit the earth while some will inherit the kingdom! |
