In as much as I want to agree with advocatejare, you only quoted scriptures backing what Jehovah's witnesses practice. If you want to counter someone's argument successfully, I think you should have quoted a part of the scriptures which gives instances where a man can take/eat blood or where the bible suggests taking blood is not wrong. So far, you quoted few scriptures which all suggest "followers of the bible" should not eat blood.
What exactly is your scriptural backing for using blood transfusion, that's what I'd like to know.
Or are you trying to use the supreme court judgement in a religious argument?
I like people wey sabi reason like this hehe.

If the JW's follow Jesus teaching's then why are you having trouble understanding the scriptures-why isn't the Holy Spirit teaching you-so you could have somewhat understanding how the Spirit of God works in the body of Christ?
Have I ever complained that I have any troubles haha?

It's quiet common to be physically minded, it's part of the human race, But you aren't spirituality minded.
You are learning Watchtower literature about some argumentative motives, and as many of us outsiders know the Watchtower is involved in Witchcraft!
I believe this is the only connection the Watchtower has with the realm of the spirits, so maybe you can ask your elders, to direct you in the right direction, learn how their demonic spirit realm works!
Obviously you aren't interested in the Word of God-and everything we have laid on page, you have refused to acknowledge any understanding that concerns how God's Spirit works in the body..
And if you believe every word from the Watchtower-then obviously you aren't open minded: open minded people search to find.
And because you haven't fully given yourself over to the Watchtower, there's still hope for you, and I pray you will come to repentance, ask the Lord for your forgiveness, and be saved in Christ.
I pray you will have enough sense, to study scriptures, learn the Word of God ask Jesus into your life, before you decide which Covenant you prefer to be under..
Do you want me to break my promise to max and be a liar by continuosly arguing with you? Why the super story?

Only JWs follow Jesus teachings to the book. I don't understand what you're spouting. smiley

Listen what I told your master Max I will tell you now, there is NO herbalist the people you're patronizing for healing and deliverance that doesn't know anything about money ritual but they won't tell if you're not closest to them
Is like going to elewe-omo market that you want to buy human part, they won't sell it for you if you're not a well known traditional herbalist
Ifa priest (babalawo) is someone who has the ability to use a divination chain (Opele), to find out the problems of people, proffer solution as prescribed by Orunmila through the Ifa corpus, IFA PRIEST DON'T DEAL WITH HERB, it is the work of your herbalists the people you're patronizing for healing and deliverance that burn the correct herb with human parts for money ritual
When JWs consults traditional herbalists, these are the same people that hervest skulls and burn it together with herb for money ritual

No one is expecting you to understand scripture's, it's to difficult for you-you aren't spirituality minded, and there's good reason for that-you refuse to become a born again believer, Just like the Lord said: we must do..
You can't seem to get pass your fleshly mind. So of course {John 14} Is to far advanced for you..
Matter of fact-it's quite difficult trying to teach people anything concerning the spirit, especially when someone can only see it through flesh and blood..

I believe you do know Watchtower literature, but not the Word of God-it confuses you.
You have already written it down, but you aren't looking at it in a Spiritual term-you only see what you are taught in the flesh.
{1 Peter 2:22} Jesus committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth.
You must understand the disciples were sinner's, Jesus had No sin.
{1 John 3:9} No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God.
So now we have the Father and the Son both without sin, so why shouldn't I believe Jesus is just like His Father.Having One Spirit working together.
{John 14:11,20} So when Jesus said: I am in the Father and the Father in Me. Jesus was preferring to equal terms with the Father. Both without Sin.
God said: {Hebrews 1:8-10} “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions, then believe they are Equally One Both without Sin...
{Romans 3:10-12,Psalm 14:1-3,Psalm 53:1-3} There is no one righteous, not even one, there is no one who does good,
not even one.
The Lord was talking to sinful men 'such as the disciples born into sin. So having the Spirit of God-doesn't make us 'sinners the Father or god's, but it brings us into unity with the Father and the Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit. ''Jesus said: one must be born again before he can enter into the Kingdom of God: baptizing them with the Holy Spirit, and through His Word, we become one in Christ.
I can't stop laughing at the highlighted. You have poor reasoning haha.

Of course Jesus is like his father. The Bible says that in different verses that Jesus is the express image of the Father. He has Jehovah's qualities.

Nevertheless, he's still God's servant working for God in perfect unity. He will hand over everything to God and God will be ruler over him and everything else.

The apostles were one with God and Jesus. They were filled with God's holy spirit just has Jesus was filled with holy spirit. It was the same spirit. Since Jesus prayed that they should become one with him and his father, their sin or imperfect nature doesn't matter.

The watchtower publications are based on the word of God. Thanks to the JWs for taking their time to expose man-made doctrines from the Roman catholics.

Of course as real Christians we strive to live a holy life but we are imperfect and can fall into sin anytime.
And God is ever willing to forgive our sins. 1 John 1:8,9.

I am very sure you Jehovah witnesses members has a special class where you are been taught how to lie to cover the atrocities in your religion
From the contexts of the news you sent to us where did you see the Pastor in Question guilty of kidnapping for ritual, you don't even read what you sent before commenting
Don't be ashamed of yourself, why not looking around for people that can help you explaining the contexts of a sentence before lying?
https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/11/pastor-two-others-arrested-for-killing-39-year-old-man-for-ritual/amp/
My question is does every pastor engage in kidnapping and perform rituals because some are caught doing it?

It's clearly seen that people in Nigeria erroneously call ifa priests, babalawo and other JuJu men herbalists.
But that's not the true meaning of the word "herbalist".

So when JWs say they consult herbalist, they mean someone that specialises in using herbs to treat people.

Obviously you still don't understand the Spirit: God's Spirit was the same Spirit in Jesus: which makes them equal of one Mind. one soul and one heart, working together.
Come back to me, when you decide to be a Born again Spirit filled Christian, without Spiritual knowledge, "Blind as you are, blind you will always be...
And if you think JW knowledge is more greater then the Word of God-then you are a waste of space. Good luck..
I don't care what you think.
I understand the scriptures perfectly.
Thanks to the JWs.

The disciples also had the same spirit. Jesus even prayed that they become one with him and his father.

That doesn't make Jesus and his disciples equal to God. The trinity is trash and merely man-made doctrines.
Christianity Etc › Re: Are Jehovah Witness People Real Christians? by cornelboy(f): 5:09am On Dec 25, 2022

{Exodus 7:1} Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet
Obviously Moses is not called God-but made like God to Pharaoh.
{Hebrews 1:8-10} But Jehovah said: to His Son Jesus "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You.
If you were Holy Spirit filled-you would agree 'God is One with Jesus..
If I was to see this in a man's type view, this is somewhat supernatural, how can a man 'live in another man? But then how do babies live in Mothers! With God nothing is impossible.
So I wouldn't be wrong, if I said: The Father and The Son are "One" having the same Spirit.
When Jesus said: { John 14:11,20 } Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me.
So it's obvious the Spirit of God is the same Spirit in Jesus, "Equally One" working together..
Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me— or at least believe on account of the works themselves.
In a little while the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live.
On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you.
Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.”…
DUM is this, it's someone who honestly believe the JW's know all the answer's ''More then the Word of God?
John 17:20-23
[20]“I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message.
[21]I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.
[22]“I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one.
[23]I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.

Those are Jesus' prayers. Jesus clearly explained what being one with the Father his. Being one with the father is not the same as being equal with him but being in perfect unity with him.
No one is equal to Jehovah God.
Man is the head of the wife, Christ is the head of man and God is the head of Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:3

Jesus has always been God's servant, doing many missions for God obediently. Of course Jesus is a God but the same God as his father. 1 Corinthians 8:5&6.

In fact, Jesus have a God but God doesn't have a God. John 20:17, Revelation 1:6.

Hebrew 1:9 NIV
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy." [6]

Trinity is trash and completely manmade doctrines. Thanks to the JWs for making me understand the scriptures and have to full picture of the Bible.
I don't care if you you agree with me or not.

I have no intentions of teaching you because you're clearly here to slander the JWs together with your comrades.
And I see you as an inferior when it comes to understanding and interpretation of the Bible.

I believe what the Word of God say's.. I also believe in: {Hebrews 1:8-10} it's clear about the scriptures, it's obviously telling me: Jehovah God: is claiming His Own Son Jesus is God-if this is the case-then I must believe: in God's Word,
''Now we all know the Watchtower would agree, since they prefer to use the King James bible, claiming it is the Word of God.
"So who are "WE" to disagree or argue against Jehovah God Himself, when in fact you claim Jehovah God; is in fact the God you serve..
This is what Jehovah God say's to His Son
“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”
And: “You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, "And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
Of course I am not expecting you to believe anything what the Word of God is actually saying, "You are a JW, and nothing concerning Jesus, has anything to do with the Watchtower..
Are you very familiar with the teachings on trinity?

For example, phrases like "god the son, "god the holy spirit" is commonly used in Christendom whereas only "God the father" was mentioned in the Bible.
At John 14:28, Jesus explained that the Father is greater than him. Paul, an apostle filled with the holy spirit also confirmed it at 1 Corinthians 11.
Whereas Trinitarians says both the Father and son are equal, co equal. How?

Of course I know that Jehovah God himself called Jesus God, he also called Moses God, Exodus 7:1, even Jesus called Satan a God but who's the only true God, the almighty?
Jesus at John 17:3 and Paul at 1 Corinthians 8:5&6 both explained that God, the Father is the only true God.

Everything Jesus have now was given to him by God. His name, his power, the kingdom and glory. God made appointed Jesus as the king of the kingdom but Jesus will hand over everything over to God in the future and Jesus will be submitted under him. 1 Corinthians 15:24-28, Daniel 2:44.
Is Jesus equal to his father, are they co powerful or co anything?

You'd always prove to be a dummy if you keep trying to argue the Bible with the JWs. These people gave accurate knowledge and interpretation of the scriptures.
