Hello

Pls I got update on my account two days ago that Counterfoil has been generated. (Does that means my visa has been stamped already and also tomorrow will make it 6 weeks after I have submitted my passport after PPR to VFS lagos to Accra.

The wait it tiring pls..

Who understands what’s going on can pls advise..

Emotional stress😩

Congratulations on your approval, wishing you the best moving forward.

Yes, based on my experience, once the counterfoil is generated and updated on your profile, that means your visa has been stamped. So just relax and wait for VFS to update/deliver to you.

You can as well register (if you don't already have an account) on the IRCC application tracker to get deep insights on your application. On this tracker, you'd see your visa number, visa expiry date, medical information, and everything in between.

Personally, I feel you should worry less about retrieving your passport due to the hectic journey ahead. Why not focus on your moving preparation and life in Canada, such as; job and house hunting, cargo from Nigeria, and more?

This would sure take off your mind from the passport stress and in no time, DHL would knock on your door for PP delivery.

Hello everyone.
I have a question please.
I applied for express entry as a Ghanaian but I have a parent who is Nigerian and I’ve lived here all my life.
Do I need a residency permit? I’ve just gotten ITA.

Theflint1:
I have IELTS, and my WES is currently being evaluated. Do I need to upload my WES evaluation before I can be in the pool, or it's after I get invitation to apply?

buchito1:
Omo! 524!!!

Thanks for the clarification buddy

Arrowhead12:
Thank you. This was helpful. These online platforms don't give the letter containing the elements specified by IRCC like conventional banks. Can I just present a bank statement and an LOE? Or is there some other alternative?

Adebayo82:
Could someone please share the link with me for more information on the permanent residency process in Canada for UK residents intending to relocate?
