Data Science and Business Analytics has more job openings. Several companies are now going Data analytics.

However, Cybersecurity will give you a higher paying job with less competition. This is because several people from diverse fields are studying Data Science, but Cybersecurity has mainly Computing graduates/ practitioners with few "outsiders,". Talking from experience.
