Think about a hot metal on the floor and imagine the level of courage it'll take to keep your foot on the hot metal. you'll realise nobody tells you your foot is burning before you've removed it. Also think about how scared you'll feel if you're on top of a skyscraper that your brain tells you not to look down from there. Your body is preventing you jumping off and it'll take a great deal of courage to override that part of your brain. I could give more examples

When in such a high platform, you'll notice something inside you would want to force your eyes to look down and once you do, the next random thought is of you jumping off and falling, what do you do then especially if you're like me who's jelly livered where heights are concerned....
