The only thing that can guarantee less sickness and make you healthy and younger is any consumable antioxidant.

For as far as I know oxidation is the only thing that makes our DNA mutates and produce sickly and killing diseases killing vital cells in the body.

What really happened to Orchestra and Symphonies ? We need to go back to making good sounds and not the high decibel noises. We have great artists out here in the country, but the quest for coins has made most of them rush into the Ukwu madness.

I love listening to Asa, Adekunle Gold, Simi, Davido, Dare Alade, and sometimes Kelly Handsome, Kiss Daniel and some other folks, but the noise drains out the rhythms and the poetry is lacking in many.

I have a lot on the table, but I hope to incorporate Sound Frequencies production to the facilities I am working on at the moment and hopefully, we will begin to listen to music that helps activate the energy centers and help humanity ascend to higher nodes of Soul Frequencies.

I am definitely guilty of that, I still handle some of their challenges even though many of them are married and some are in other relationships. I usually look at relationships as creating friendships and sex has never a priority.
