It is about 13,806 Gigawatts-hour of energy.

Assuming we generate 3500 MW and a 100% efficiency in transmission (no cable or transmission losses ) . Assuming 365.25 days per year (leap year things every four years) . Energy = power × time.

365.25 days/year x 24 hours/day × 3500 Megawatts. = 30,681Gigawatts-hour approx.
But in reality transmission efficiency is about 45%

Hi, can you give me the price for a complete building plan (architectural, electrical, etc) of a block of 10 units of room and a parlour self contain? 5 units down and 5 units up. I have 1.5 plots of land approximately 120 by 90 feet. I intend to divide the plot in 2 and have the structure on one half.

Good day everyone, I don't know what to do again, I applied for Family reunion visa early 2021 and I was given appointment one year after 04/04/2022, after which I was asked to send my husband's residence permit that the one I gave them is expired, after the delay from their end at Saxony Anhalt, eventually, we were able to get the residence permit and sent it to the embassy on the 21st of November 2022, since then we've been sending mails to the embassy with no response from them even at the fact that he is a Daad scholar PhD,pls I don't know what else to do again, I've been waiting since 2021 till date.

I know someone who was also a PhD student (Magdeburg) whose wife spent almost 7 months after interview in Lagos to receive her visa. Question is how much is the grant he receives? How much does he have left after paying his rent? For two adults without kids he should have 800-1000 Euros left. Did he open a blocked account for you? The person I know abandoned his PhD and took up a job as a process safety Engineer and not long after his wife got the visa.

It depends on a number of factors.
The Auslanderbehörde (abh) will contact your husband's Vermieter (landlord) for written confirmation that he rented the apartment to your husband. This might take some time before the confirmation is received. The abh will also contact your husband's employer to confirm the figures and documents submitted. It also depends on the city your husband is living in. Some are slower than others when it comes to processing this application. Also if your husband is still new at a job (Probezeit or probation period), it might delay a little. ( I know someone whose wife waited for almost 7 months after interview before she got the visa. Earlier the husband was doing his PhD, but when he stopped and took a job instead they attended to his wife faster. Just exercise some patience.

Hi everyone,
Just to update the house.
Sometime in October last year, I was one of the people that posted that my wife along with 5 other women were denied entry into the embassy for their FRV interview.
Here is the update.
The appointment was rescheduled for another date in October.
Some missing documents where requested on two occasions.
The last was submitted December 14.
I returned from the UK 28th December to find a letter from the Auslanderbehörde requesting that I submit my house contract, 3 months payslip, and a form that is to be filled and signed by my employer.
I was on holiday so waited till 04.01.2023 to submit the requested documents.
I asked the lady that attended to me at the ABH why it was taking so long. She said Pakistan is worse. She also said she will send the approval to the Lagos Consulate same day (Thursday). Friday 06.01.2023 was public holiday Germany.
Approval mail from Lagos was received the next Tuesday (requesting travel itinerary passport and travel insurance).

Visa received today 18.01.2023

We thank the Lord.

What was the reason please? People wait over a year for these appointments.

I understand there was a mix up somewhere. On the attendance list their names were on skilled workers instead of family reunion. It was also said that they do not attend to family reunion visa appointments on Fridays.

I ordered mine through Etx and I was told uniben won't send my firm hard copy. but is the soft copy different from the hard copy?

I have not seen the soft copy before. But I know it will not be exactly like the hard copy because of the rubber stamp and signature on every page. It will definitely look different when printed from the computer assuming it is stamped and signed before scanning. If however it was generated online, then it will look significantly different. Have you paid for it already?

I wanna know if I can print that out and use it instead of demanding for the soft copy again

I finished from Uniben and I have my transcript sent in hard copy (work address)
