Two places for medicals approved by DIBP that I know of in ABJ ... One is the Zankali Clinic in Utako very close to mabushi bridge quite noticeable along the express. the other is IOM in wuse. You may Google precisely on the DIBP website and get the exact addresses and contact numbers. I chose the IOM which for me was better organized and professional judging by what I got after putting a call through to both. But any can serve.

I don't know about Teleperformance Lagos but for ABJ you don't need to book ahead of time... Just go with all your documents and equivalent raw cash. You get you VLN only after your documents and forms are received from you and it's usually on the receipt form printed with a list of documents you submitted

Update: CBN has lifted the restriction on dollar deposit or transfer to domiciliary account.

Option 1: Direct Deposit
In a case your bank accepts deposit, you can buy dollar from any Bureau De Change or black market and deposit into the account. But if your bank doesn’t, you can use option below.

If you are a student, note that CBN says you can access dollars to pay for school fees and or student maintenance allowances. To get the dollars all you need to do is walk up to your bank and show proof. For e.g school fees, tuition etc. The bank is expected to sell the dollars to you once you provide these documents.

Note: You may not be allowed to transfer money out of your account if the dollars sitting in your account was deposited physically.However, if the dollars was wired to you, then you can transfer it without restriction.

None of these things you're saying makes sense. At first you said people should transfer from Dorm Account and forget Form A. Now you're saying that your brother used his Dorm Account to apply for Form A

You really have no concrete idea on the form A, will educate you a little.

With the form A, you get to buy dollars at CBN rate because school fees is part of approved list for foreign exchange.

However, for domiciliary account, you must source the dollars yourself to pay into it which could be at the black market rate.

It is not about dorm account but saving money.

You should have gotten your telex copy since last week Friday, something is wrong with your bank.

By God's grace, you will get a miracle. But for every other person, let's try to learn our lesson from this. It is advisable to pay early to avoid issues like this. My resumption date is still February, 2017. I paid my tuition since January this year. Though all fingers are not equal, but I'm sure we can try to avoid the rush. Collected my COE months ago. Just chilling now, will decide when to apply for visa. Cos I have plenty of time. Time is money pals
