4. TB Joshua was of the habit of swaying and manipulating parents to let go of their female children and bring them over to the Synagogue to work for him. He likened their working for him to be working for God. He loved underage girls to be his disciples. He also did the same to bring in young Men as well.

Watchtower manipulates JW Parents to teach their kids on how to aspire to work in Bethel and also to be in full time Service. Watchtower loves to catch them young for Bethel service. Watchtower likens working for them to doing more for Jehovah. Doing more for Watchtower means you are more spiritual.

5. TB Joshua banned his disciples from having contact with Their families once he is able to get children away from their parents. If a mother or father visits the Synagogue, he or she is not allowed to see their child. If parents are beginning to shows concern, TB Joshua poisons the mind of the disciple by creating a wedge between him or her and the parents. TB Joshua tells them that their parents don't mean well for them. He formulates stories and conspiracies to evoke Fear. From the eyewitnesses accounts, there are situations where disciples haven't seen their loved ones for soany years.

Watchtower destroys family relationships when one or more persons show their suspicions of how things are done in the Cult. Once a parent or loved one shows this, Watchtower lies to JWs that these people don't mean well and that they are trying to destroy your relationship with Jehovah. They are told that people that question their ways are enemies of God, Children of Satan and are Apostates and therefore, they are to cut off from such people. JWs who for one reason or the other leave the Cult are demonised and their characters are damaged in the presence of all JWs. Such people are given derogatory names. They are told that God will destroy them at Armageddon. They are told that they are no longer worshippers of God and that their leaving the Cult means they are leaving God. Watchtower also lies to JWs that these people leave the Cult because they want to live immoral lives whereas the same immoral lives can still be found amongst JWS! From the very moment a JW is studying with a Bible student, the Bible student is already trained to avoid people who criticise the Cult. Watchtower creates conspiracies and fear of these people in the minds of JWs.

6. TB Joshua forbade any form of Questioning him. His disciples are not allowed to think on their own, to make decisions on their own, to disagree with him, to criticise or correct him. Any decisions they want to make must be permitted by him . Disciples are not allowed to speak anything negative about him or the Cult. They are only to speak positively of him. If he is clearly doing something wrong , you are to shut up and allow him do it. Don't speak. Anything he asks the disciples to do even if it is evil, they must do it sharp sharp! For example, an eyewitness says he forced himself on her and raped her. She was crying and he kept telling her to shut up and stop acting like a baby. After he was done, he tells her, "Look at what you made me do. You're the one that did it". TB Joshua blames victims when he rapes them or if he does wrong and doesn't want to take the blame.

Watchtower demands that JWs obey instructions even if they don't make any sense. JWS are not allowed to question, correct, criticise their leadership. They must do anything they are told by Watchtower. Even if what they are instructed results in unnecessary Deaths and disruption of Life goals or stunting the growth of JW lives, JWs are to obey else they are Apostates. When Watchtower gets False prophecies and they didn't come to pass, they say it is the fault of Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. They also recently said that they cannot apologise when their doctrines and prophecies go wrong because they all come from Jehovah. So, it isn't their fault. When they made the 1975 false prophecy and saw that many JW Lives were destroyed as they sold their homes and belongings, they blamed these victims. They said some JWs decided to take their prophecy too seriously and that's why they are in that condition. But these are the same people requiring JWS to take them seriously or else they are Called Apostates and they also praised the same JWs for selling their belongings before the prophecy failed.

Similarities between Watchtower and TB Joshua.

1. TB Joshua has a Synagogue. Watchtower has Bethel Headquarters.

2. TB Joshua made sure that his disciples in the Synagogue had way less contact with the outside world. Phones and Watches were forbidden.

According to Bethelites, Watchtower monitors their Internet activities. Whenever they go out of Bethel, they must come back. Their movements are not free. They can't just leave anytime they like.
