It is possibly what happened. Imagine a 57-year-old man who was not reported sick up and died, after an evening sermon, and not even a peep about what killed him. An autopsy was promised but the next we heard, weeks later news that his burial was set, and nothing else. Not even a word breath to his many international followers regarding the cause of death. 8. In the documentary, it was revealed that TB Joshua was Occultic. One of his workers revealed that the prayer mountain he usually goes to regular ly is actually where he does his Satanic practices. 7. TB Joshua disciples are not allowed to ever leave the Cult. In the recent documentary, one ex disciple revealed that armed Men are placed at the gate of the premises who are ready to manhandle anyone that tries to leave. In the documentary, two videos were shown where two disciples on two different occasions were trying to escape the Synagogue with the armed Men manhandling them but they eventually escaped. Another video shows another ex disciple dressed with hijab and glasses to disguise herself in order to avoid the preying eyes of agents TB Joshua sent to monitor and harm her.

TB Joshua told his disciples that no one leaves the Cult and lives a good life. Anyone who leaves must come back and repent. He says that person's life must go bad. He also says no one should contact any disciple that leaves else you will be punished. His ex disciples revealed that he had a horrible temper and will occasionally flog them with whips on their bare bottoms. One ex disciple tried to leave but was attacked spiritually by TB Joshua. Watchtower makes sure that JWs who leave suffer Isolation which in turn leads to many psychological damage. They believe that when they take people's families, JWs will be forced to come back to the Cult since the Cult also teaches that JWs are not to have close relationships with others who aren't JWs. Because of this, people who are shunned by their families commit suicide and murders. There are research papers written about the negative effects of Isolation and how it damages the brain of victims. Because of this abuse and destruction of families, JWS are banned in some countries. They even recently lost their registration as a Religion because the Norwegian government realised that they isolate underage children. There are situations where underage JWS are disowned and driven from home simply because they need longer want to be JW.

Cases of Child Sexual abuse in JW reveal that Elders in a congregation where such happens, form a judicial committee for the Victim. The first thought they have is Did the victim enjoy the Rape? How they do this is by asking the Victim a series of very disgusting questions. The questions are designed in a such a way as if the Elders want to get aroused from the testimony of the victim. Victims have said that the questions they are asked are as follows:

What were you wearing?

How did he penetrate you?

Did you cum?

Did you like it?

How many times did you cum?

Did you struggle while he was doing it?

Did you scream?

JW Victims have said how much embarrassed and disgusted they felt when they were asked these questions. The Elders in some cases punish the victims by telling them that they didn't scream loud enough or fight hard enough to resist the rapist forgetting that These Rapists are Men way stronger physically than the victims. The victims are also threatened with Death or tied up while the rapist does his thing. JW Elders judge the victim to be a Fornicator and then disfellowship them but let the rapist go free. ExJW Reddit has stories from victims about this. In JW, two witnesses are required to testify that truly a rape happened. But we all know Rapes don't happen in public, only in secret else it would not happen at all. So if a rape really happened in secret and there are no witnesses, the rapist is set free because of this ridiculous rule. Why this is also ridiculous is in the old testament Deuteronomy 22 Vs 25 to 27 admitted that a rape can happen secretly with no witnesses. The Bible verses then imply that witnesses are not required in this situation and the Rapists must be killed Asap! This tells you that Almighty God already knew what a rape looks like. But for some strange reason, JWs still choose to ignore these Bible verses and stick to the Two witness rule which shows a deliberate attempt to allow Rape to go on unchecked in the Cult.

There is also a publication in the JW website that talks about Victims showing respect for Rapists and that they should try to understand that they are humans like them.

To show that Watchtower is a deliberate perpetrator of Child Sexual abuse in JW, victims and their families are threatened against reporting to the Police. If they report, they will be disfellowshipped and shunned.

who is sueing who.if they are going to sue SCOAN for any issue,they should go to court with evidences.

That's what SCOAN should do. If truly all what the eyewitnesses who have worked for TB Joshua for years said were False, they should sue BBC and sue all the eyewitnesses. Finish!
