Okay, so I posted about cold weather gear, but I think the board ate it because I included prices. smh For people who want to be prepared, here's a list of stuff you should invest in: - windproof jacket and pants - long johns (thermal underwear) - fleece jacket - puffer jacket - hat, gloves, scarf, thick socks - flannel pajamas and sheets - fleece blanket - hothands warmers (hot packs for every part of the body that last 6+ hours) All of this stuff is affordable. And it's so warm you could even sweat in super cold weather. If you're in a windy place, you need the windproof stuff because that cold is on a different level. |

lol People need to stop exaggerating about the cold. All you need is thermal gear. The worst it gets is in windy places. But all you need for that is a windproof jacket. Costs like $20. Long johns, fleece, and bubble jackets will have you comfortable if you have to work in a cold warehouse. A set of long johns is like $20, but you can find it for less. A fleece jacket is like $10 or $20. You can get a decent puffer jacket for like $30. Also, companies know you need this gear to work, so some of them will buy it. You can even buy heat packs. Hothands makes warmers for every part of the body, and they last hours. You can buy a value bag for $8. https://hothands.com/products/ |
Gerrard59:I think there's also some ego and bursted bubbles in the complaining. They think those jobs are beneath them, which is ridiculous. And they never expected to be doing them. They thought they would easily get a white collar job. I guess they never heard stories about Russian doctors driving cabs in America. |

Tellmeastory:He's doing it for money, or he's pretending to be black. All the Trump/Musk support you see online from black people is paid or digital blackface. There are no black Trump supporters, even the ones you see in media. They're just people who are so sick and evil that they'll do anything for a check. The influencer/youtuber/SM era has brought a culture of shamelessness. There's also no consequences for their actions, so of course they keep doing it and going lower and lower. They're the same type of people who scam, sell drugs, p*mp, and etc. Black American gen z is also dumb af, and they literally think racism is hilarious and have their nose up cracker's asses. |
Maybe this is an unfair statement, but "hard work" abroad generally pales in comparison to hard work in Nigeria, unless you're talking about working for the mining industry or construction or something. Like, abroad they're using machines and power tools, but in Nigeria, a lot of dudes are using pure muscle and hand tools or no tools. I think the perception of labor abroad may be fueled by people who are office workers and managers in Nigeria, and then they're doing blue collar stuff they've never done before abroad. A lot of new immigrants are doing Uber, warehouse, kitchen, hospitality, fast food, and retail jobs. You're mostly in a heated/airconditioned building or car doing light physical labor. Your biggest problem will be dealing with a douchebag boss or coworker. Some warehouse jobs can be physically demanding, but usually not miserable, unless you're working illegally or like in the south somewhere. The more unpleasant warehouse jobs also tend to pay a bit more, so there's that tradeoff. Uber can pay pretty well, but I suppose it can be dicey if you're doing it in a not so great area. But you can somewhat control who you come into contact with. |
lebete3000:One thing to watch out for is "anti-aging" labels. For products from western countries, this often means bleach. And also watch out for products from Asia. They put bleach in just about anything. They're shameless. |
As long as Asia exists, I doubt that's true. Asia bleaches so much, they even bleach in countries where people are ghostly pale. |
I'm willing to bet this dude has at least one babymama, and he's behind on child support. And the babymama looks like this, he still sleeps with her, and she puts him in a headlock at least once a week: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/44/59/0f/44590f83ef102c6203dd272398f41d83.jpg |
Tons of stories like this. Those things are for herding and hunting. They're farm animals. If you don't have a farm, no reason to have them. People should pour all that nurturing, raising, and money into one of the people in their community that needs it. |
When people think about something like this, the first thing that comes to mind are Asians and Latinos. But people forget about all the recent and not-so-recent eastern European and Italian immigrants. All those hairy fckers are scared, and half of them are judges, AG, DA, governors, and etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they put a hit on him. Half of them are mafia too. ![]() |
It's okay to talk about things that need to improve, but let's try to not be so negative. |
Paris smells like piss. Seoul smells like rotting food. NYC smells pissy in some areas. A bunch of California cities smell bad. It's hard to control that many people, and manage the fumes coming from homes, businesses, and processing facilities. There's also the environment. Some climates and locations will be funkier than others. That said, there are cities that don't smell bad. It's probably a result of really good city planning. However, it seems like the best cities are a bit grimy and less controlled... But the energy she used to complain could have gone into a beautification program. |

This is not a thread recommending Fiji as a place to go and hustle. However, it is a fun place to visit, and it's visa-free for Nigerians (they do mention something about "permits" though, not sure what that's about; see the official site for more info https://www.immigration.gov.fj/visa-exempted-countries/). Now that we got that out of the way. Enjoy these vids. I'm not an expert on Botswana. However, someone mentioned some shady business about how they deny medical care for Nigerians (I don't know how true that is) and their friend had to leave the country to get it. But maybe I'm remembering incorrectly. |
Nigeria has a lot of trade partners and options. This won't hurt that much. And it's necessary to get America back on track. |
So basically less Asians and Hispanics in America. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/f4/9d/73/f49d73b981a8c0627c9783304e7e2853.gif I'm not worried about African and black Caribbean immigrants because we always find another legal way. |

They should connect with NGOs. Some of them could probably get hooked up with a trucking job in the US. Some might be able to train as a nurse. |
If you're a black man considering smashing a Mexican or a white, you're down bad. |
