You really should speak to a doctor.

But maybe it's because he's teething. Ask your doctor about safe ways to relieve that pain.
FamilyRe: Married People, Do You Face Great Temptation To Cheat? by Cousin9999: 5:41pm On Oct 13, 2024
Franzinni:
They all cheat ... Husbands and wives all cheat ... If you find one who claims not to, then they must be one of those unattractive, socially awkward ones...
Wow. This is a completely ridiculous statement because there are lots of fat, dusty married people with no game cheating.

And not everyone cheats. Some people are capable of having healthy relationships. And some people can't be bother to go and be all over some random clown for no real reason, like a dumb animal. They appreciate the great relationship they've built, and the joys of that.

However, some people basically have an open relationship without admitting it. They basically have an unspoken agreement not to make it obvious, or have outside babies. I wouldn't call that cheating really.
FamilyRe: How Can I Forgive My Mother? by Cousin9999:
As others have said, you need treatment. And a good pastor will tell you the same. You're not going to pray things away.

Drella:
Why would anyone want to start a career in dishwashing?
You're misunderstanding.

When you're a new immigrant, you'll take these sort of jobs just to quickly get money flowing in. Why not take that job at a good organization where you can use that to your advantage down the line. And often, good organizations are easier to get into at lower levels. Lots of people do some version of this.

Kobojunkie:
Were similar investigations carried out in a Nigerian chemical plant as well? Were the outcomes of the investigation you indicated similar to that in the Nigerian case? Or are you generally saying no one should work in a chemical plant altogether? undecided
Like I said before, it's high risk. And just because it's a developed country, that doesn't mean you have nothing to worry about.

And some of these companies will hire illegal Mexicans that don't speak two words of English and definitely have no training. Even if all the other employees are safe, do you want to take chances with those dudes?

I'm simply saying I wouldn't take the risk. And I wouldn't advise anyone I care about to do it. Especially when you have a lot of options.

In most developed countries there are safety gears and protocols followed to ensure the safety of workers in these industries; gears and protocols are regularly updated.

Nice. I will pass on this for now because my mom doesn't eat pork. For now, we can't eat ordinary bacon.
You can try it with turkey sausage and turkey bacon, or beef sausage and beef bacon. I doubt it would taste quite the same, but it's an option.

Maeve7, GboyegaD and other soup lovers here’s one for soup season. These ingredients make a big pot so adjust to your taste.

If anyone has a tried and trusted pumpkin soup recipe pls share.
I don't have a recipe for you, but try making pumpkin bisque. It's smooth, rich, and creamy, almost like hot cocoa. I only recommend it because I had the most awesome pumpkin bisque a bunch of times, and I'm still trying to make it. I think it's a matter of blending and straining, probably using an immersion blender.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Avoid These 5 Jobs Abroad: Man Advises Fellow Nigerians(photos/video) by Cousin9999:
These are all honest work, and no one should run from any of these jobs -- except the chemical position and working with certain machines. Why? It's a safety issue, and despite it being a developed country, not every company takes care of its employees and ensures they follow the right safety procedures and wear PPE.

That said:
1.) Cold room - Everyone cannot handle this, but it could be good money for those who can. You will likely get paid more for working in that environment. Just get good gear, like thermal layers, hand warmers, heavy fleece, parka. Also, exercise. It helps your body handle the cold better.

2.) Chemical production - This is pretty dangerous, even when following safety procedures. But again, some people are okay with this, and you generally get paid more for the risk. Honestly, I wouldn't do it.

3.) Overnight shift - First of all, some people do night shift for decades. It's not exactly the healthiest option, but some people are natural night owls and it works for them. Night shift can be a gift because you may not have much to do at that time, and there may not be many people or bosses around. So, you can pretty much chill a lot of the time, or get some studying done. Some people sleep, but that's not wise. Some people think that if you work 3rd shift, you sleep all day. Not true. You can definitely get proper rest and still have time and energy to run errands and even go to another job.

4.) High-speed robot machines - This can be dangerous depending on how the company operates and what their expectations are. I wouldn't risk it personally.

5.) Dishwasher - The problems with this are pay, how messy things can get, and frankly, the losers you might work with. Definitely be careful and wear good work gear (protect against slip and fall). And be aware that you may be working with losers from Central America and/or ex-cons. If you can find a gig in some local mom and pop in a town or small city, it should be an easy breezy job, but it won't pay much of anything. However, this job can be a good way to get into a good organization like a hospital or university. Those places prefer hiring from within, so you can ease into a far better position when you get training, complete studies, or get your qualifications evaluated.

I don't want to derail the thread, so I'll just say that nothing in my previous comment was untrue, and the only reason that individual claimed it's untrue is because they're a sellout self-hater married to an Asian.

I won't comment on it further, or engage in any discussions with that person because I don't want to derail.

You don't get the point, no country in this current age can achieve industrialisation by artisans trying to reinvent the wheel using the crudest tools they can find.
Don't be silly. It's clearly just a hobby. It's no different from Americans having project cars from the 20s, 50s, or 70s in their garage.

Cos they eat healthy most times na.
We eat more than 80% carbohydrate per meal. We can't even compare.
We don't even have proteins. Only animal protein and beans which is more of carb. Normal every meal veggies like carrots, we will rather wait till we make fried rice. We even prefer raw carrot when cooked carrot is what we needed. We need nutritionists to plan our meals. Japan did it.
Wonder what those who studied that course do in real life.
1.) East Asians do not have a low-carb diet. They eat a lot of rice and noodles.
2.) They also eat a lot of fatty pork and high cholesterol organ meat.
3.) They consume excessive amounts of sugar and salt.
4.) Asians also drink a lot of alcohol. Their culture even basically forces them to do it, for example, they feel pressured to binge drink if their boss buys them alcohol.
5.) They eat a lot of fried food.
6.) Asians have high rates of diabetes. They also have high rates of stomach cancer because they eat so many fermented things.
7.) Asians are skinny mainly because of starvation diets, walking more (when they live in their country), smaller portions, social pressure (mental abuse), and poverty.
8.) I hesitate to take nutrition advice from a group of people that is very short and doesn't seem to be that physically strong.

Every time I come in here, for some reason, I look forward more to the foods that look 'Home' made.

By home made, I mean Nigerian foods. Especially those that look cooked-In-Nigeria.

Or maybe I'm the only one.
I think I get what you mean, and yeah, it's awesome.

I think some of it is when you can look at something and feel like you know it tastes a certain way. People can definitely make good stuff abroad, but of course, it won't really taste like stuff back home. It's a legit thing because you're talking about very different ingredients, and even preparation methods.
