a blockade (root word block) is the restriction of movement and countries don't import and export to themselves lol. If you're not able to differentiate blockade and embargo then you're in trouble and you need to use this thread to learn rather than argue. The governor should have worked on these inner roads, this will automatically reduce traffic at major junction. Port Harcourt is getting saturated. You can't keep everybody in one location. The governor should have used money for one flyover and used it to do street roads in Obigbo. Many Port Hacourt city dwellers have properties in Obigbo.
