The tip three strongest navy's in the world are Chinese navy, Russian navy and then others.

The reason for this is, almost all their ICBM do not have the range to hit targets in many countries like Russia and China. This is why they built subs that would transport them to a closer distance before firing.
Russia and China on the other hand have ICBMs that can can be shot from silos or trucks or even subs that are yet to leave Russian or Chinese Bay, and it would get to US soil. At the end of day, their objective and structure is a lot more better than that of the US.
Submarines can be destroyed. Plus the time it would take the US to transport these subs to a closer distance before firing, Russia would've fired 3 from their home soil and it would enter the US boarder

Meanwhile, Russia and China may be defensive countries but note that they also have the capability to launch attacks from Russian & Chinese soils and it would get to the US or any part of Europe.

The US out of obsession with fighters jet, have spent almost all their resources allocated for their navy on Aircraft carriers. I said earlier that the US have plenty aircrafts. And that is why they spend most of their resources building aircraft carriers which are necessary for the transportation of these aircrafts. Other countries like Russia and china aren't obsessed with aircrafts that they have leave the objective of navy and start building support for the airforce. They go after the real deal which are submarines, frigates, destroyers etc half of the US navy ships are built for the support of their airforce which is pretty lame imo

The US Navy has its own airforce.

Infact, the US Navy is the second most powerful airforce in the world after the US air Force.

Russia and China are both defensive forces.
The US is on an attack mode.

Different doctrines.

A defense force uses diesel submarines mostly as common in Russian and Chinese armed forces.
It is just to defend their Homeland.

An attack force like the US deals in aircraft carriers and nuclear powered submarines to project power over long distances and through a long period of time.
