Before 1999 Lagos never had IGR over 500 million in one month .Now it generates more in ONE DAY. Lagos was not purposed built as a capital and did not have 1/4 of the input Abuja had.

Warri is living on past glory. The place is fast phasing out. Probably u have not visit Ogun (Abeokuta) and Oyo (Ibadan) of recent because I visited your region few weeks ago and everything seems to be stagnant.

Both Abeokuta and Ibadan combined can't be compared to Warri.

Lagos was once the Capital of Nigeria. Most of its infrastructural development was when it was still the Capital of Nigeria.
