On renting .... it seems the property is not in his name. She is too smart to rent it if is ... or owned by both of them because he can go to court and win.

On bugging someone else's phone it is illegal.... a federal offence. Note... she said she is tech savvy and her husband is not. It's not bugging his phone. There are phone "family plans" where one person can have like up to 5 phones ... only one bill to the name on the account. People do this a lot instead of 5 persons of the family having individual accounts and each paying like $50/month when the bill on the family plan may just be $125. She being the owner of the phones ... she can legally monitor all of them.... phone calls .... texts ... and locations. Seems this is the case.
