I don't understand o! Dem Don dey do Muslim majority area for UK too? These people have one aim, to conquer and dominate! That's all. They are trying to do the same thing in Jos, Benue and other places. Thundafireseun:What are you saying? You want to go to a place that is historically and constitutionally a Christian country, and tell them where to preach about Christianity? |
Oracleee: ![]() Allegedly o, make dem no go carry me, I no get money for case. ![]() |
Elzazzi:I still see the family as my family, we ate together and spent time together as one big house, so I respect them a lot cos they took me in like one of them. My issue is with their son, not them. I speak to every other member of the family anytime we meet, so I'm good with them. |
Arostar2023:It's quite unfortunate tho, I thought our bond was stronger than all this. His family is doing very well here in Nigeria, God has blessed them (or should I say devil in this case, cos his immediate elder brother was one of the guys that picked so much money during the COVID fraud stuff, so he set up himself and his family, and even got a house in Abuja), they have their own house now in my state and a family car, most of his sisters are married with their own personal businesses and they are all doing okay. |
Yes! While we were kids, we had this flat behind our house we usually give out for rent, one day, a family of about 8 moved in, among them was a young boy my age, I remember asking him where he was going to on the very first day I saw him walking down the street, and he told me he wanted to go pick up some things in their old house, we were about 8-9 years old then and I remembered escorting him. I chop beat that day when I returned as they were already looking for me, anyways, we became very close with the entire family, we sleep in their flat sometimes and they sleep in ours too, we ate together, played together, basically as one big family, but one day, they moved out to a bigger apartment like 15 kilometers away, yet it didn't stop our bond, we still saw each other very often, slept in each other's houses, played games together and ate together like normal. Around 2014, I moved to Lagos, we still kept a good relationship and spent time together anytime I am back home for the holidays, around 2018, I suddenly heard from a mutual friend that he has moved to China to school. This was someone we still chat and speak often with o, I was disappointed that he had that plan but never voiced it to me, but I didn't let that stop our friendship, he messaged me and we spoke for long hours together very often, but suddenly, I noticed he stopped picking up my calls, and stopped calling me too, I was surprised cos we've not had any issues, neither have I ever begged him for 1 naira, in fact, I was the one sending little tips here and there to numbers and accounts he asks me to, without even expecting payment. I tried reaching out a couple of times but heard nothing, I was scared something had happened to him, so I reached out to a mutual friend who confirmed they spoke just a few days ago, I tried reaching out again but no response, so I just deleted his number and continued living my life. Last year, I heard he has moved to the UK about 2 years ago and he even borrowed a huge amount from that mutual friend to finalize his movement, and he was yet to pay back, I knew because the mutual friend complained to me about it. He called the mutual friend last year while we were together on the 31st night and I bluntly told the mutual friend I am not interested in speaking to him, cos he asked how I was alongside a couple of other people, the mutual friend said he always asks about me anytime they speak, yet he is on my IG, almost always online and he has not messaged me, neither have I messaged him since 2021. Make everybody dey their own abeg, nobody dey feed anybody, don't know why he ghosted, but then, I don't care, I'm doing very very well for myself here and have never begged him for anything. I understand say we no be 'smallie' again, trouser don add length, so I'm not angry at him, I am just not interested in friendship anymore. Everytime I am back home and visit the market, I check his elder sisters who have shops all around the market and we greet and talk well. I plan to go visit the parents with a few gifts this Xmas, but as far as that friendship is concerned, I'm not interested. Story 2 While we were kids, I had this close friend, he had an uncle who lived a few streets away from ours, the man got married to my friends mum's immediate younger sister, he was struggling but managing life, we used to visit their house often, they had 2 female children and my naive mind was even liking the youngest daughter. After sometime, the man moved out of the state with the family, today, he is a serving governor in the South, always in the news for all the wrong reasons. I don't expect anything from them cos they only knew me because I escort my friend to their house often, however, my issue is that that my friend is struggling badly back home. He is a graduate with good grades, but yet to get a good paying job. During the campaign for the governor, I messaged my friend and told him clearly that I was not rooting for his uncle o especially because of the party he is in, he just laughed and said if the uncle wins, he may be able to set him up, and I remember telling him not to get his hopes high.Today, the uncle is almost finishing his first tenure as governor and early this year, my friend said the only money his mum has ever received from them was 50k, the uncle doesn't even pick calls, he only chats with the daughter who rolls around with the top APC politicians, snapping pictures and going to events up and down alongside her father. |
Candidates withdrawing on the eve of elections? PDP is gone for good! Tinubu has totally killed, destroyed and buried that party through wike, Democracy is gone, murdered by the APC. We've never had it this bad. The fallout between Tinubu and Wike will be epic, it's just a matter of time. |

Sheybi to go heaven na by force? ![]() I never see this kind of peaceful religion before |
So I came back from vacation this year and noticed all the Korope busses on the island were no longer white, but now white and blue, I was thinking about this just yesterday when I was driving back from Ajah, I then concluded it was probably instructions from their union, but with this development, maybe it's making a little more sense. |

Krak:My current predicament o. Moved into a house last year, did not bother to do anything cos normally i no dey believe all these things, plus, the Landlord was the one personally living in the flat before he moved out of the country some months before i moved in, but i tell you, since i moved into this house, my income has increased more than ever, but i cant even see what i am using it to do, its one problem to another every single day, from fixing this, to paying for that, i mean, things that you can not overlook. You fit off gen now, nepa go take light in 5 mins, you go go to on am back, e no go on, you go call mechanic, e go call plenty bills for you. I use TV watch AFCON finish, turned off the inverter and went to keep my car at the car wash, when i came back, TV no gree on again, even my car no survive, one issue to the other. Aside that sef, the landlord is he most stingy person i have ever seen in this life, till today, some of the repairs he was meant to make before i moved in, he has not made them, i am just 3 months to complete 1 year here and its now he is doing fire brigade, trying to get people to fix them. Me and the man don fight taya, even for free, i am not staying in this house again. My neighbors for the house sef, their life never straight, there is a very popular music producer back in the day, he lives next flat, i tell you, the guy don turn throwback money o, him don become zero, i mean this is someone that has produced for dem Skales, Olamide, Timaya, Phyno, and many big artists o, one neighbor dey owe me 16k since last years wey i help am recharge him light, till now na stories. Omo, i need to run out of there before the house turns my life upside down. |
uniquetechng:Lol, Mikel met Essien at Chelsea, bro, in fact, Essien was one of the senior players in the dressing room when Mikel came in. |
Tinubu and the grid, I no know who dey collapse pass. |
If Akpabio fit complain, then what's the hope of the common man? |
AMINDA:Tinubu can not win Plateau state, even if the governor is an APC member. It is a well documented fact that Plateau has always been a PDP state, aside the last election which LP won. Plateau voters are some of the most self deciding voters, you can't convince them if they don't want you. Plateau people are pleased with Gov Caleb's work, especially after the shege Lalong showed them, but they are not happy about his defection. If the PDP can field a strong candidate (like Kefiano who sadly said he isn't contesting) in 2027, Mutfwang can only win by a slight margin, mostly because he is working, and he is loved there, but even at that, he must be very careful. |
How much power does it hold? twinskenny: |
beejay85:Him go send photo holding him account written on a white paper. |
bolaayenimo:Send account number let me send you 30k (your salary equivalent) to buy a bag for me. |
AMINDA:Very correct! His move has really been frowned upon by many of his ex-political opposition and also many of his former supporters. A Berom man, one of the major people backing Mutfwang the last time, can't see himself voting for APC. |
Its like I just wasted money for this thing. This Nigeria na comedy movie. |
The feeling on the Plateau is mixed, cos the indigenous people hate the evil party so much, but love the governor, especially after the shege pro max we all witnessed under the previous Lalong APC government, so it's quite a tough pill for them to swallow if he eventually defects to the APC, and he knows it, that's why till now, he has not had the courage to formally announce his defection. |
wahala See the different video angles. This fight was just one of many. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84f-XCLyX-w |
Thedon22:Are you sure you are okay? Dangote crashed price and you are thanking Tinubu, why didn't Tinubu crash the price of NNPC which still goes for as high as 890? Which flight are you talking about? Each year, I fly home for not more than 100k, right now, I am inside a bus going home cos flight tickets are almost 300k right now. Again, I'll ask, is everything upstairs okay? Or you are a zombie? |
Love800:Bars to Barz, Jesse is one of the best in the country. The thing is, he has refused to inculcate singers into his raps; he is purely rap most times, which makes it a bit difficult to trend. |
