Nigerian rapper Jesse Jagz is at the center of a social media firestorm following a bizarre appearance at the Road House in Jalingo. Fans who gathered to see the "Emperor" perform were left stunned when the rapper spent his entire stage time smoking, without uttering a single lyric into the microphone.

Video footage from the event shows Jagz pacing the stage in jeans and sunglasses, casually puffing on a blunt while his hit tracks played over the speakers. At some point, the Jos-born rapper was given a chair on stage where he sat and continued smoking without uttering any lyrics. The silent performance has sparked outrage among attendees, with many taking to X (formerly Twitter) to describe the set as "disrespectful" and "unprofessional."

The Jalingo incident comes just days after a high-profile clash between Jesse Jagz and Afrobeats superstar Davido. The tension began when Davido posted, "I go use Amapiano yenk you," to which Jagz replied, "We don tire," suggesting that the Nigerian audience is fatigued by the dominant Amapiano sound.

Davido did not take the critique lightly, firing back with a personal attack:

"Stop taking drugs, I’ll buy your life. You already got an OD [overdose] to worry about, better no add wetin no good."

Jagz initially responded by calling Davido "lil bro" and reminding him that "no amount of money can buy life." However, as the disrespect deepened, the rapper deleted several tweets, including one where he labeled Davido a "wack musician" who manipulates charts, before issuing a formal 7-day ultimatum.

In a final post regarding the matter, Jagz demanded a public apology from the DMW boss:

"Resorting to personal attacks and falsely accusing me of drug use crosses a clear line... I expect a public apology within 7 days."

In another video, the rapper was seen telling 30bg fans that their 'SP' was singing nursery school rhymes and that nobody likes him, but just like his money. He called on the fans to call Davido to order.

While Jagz has always been open about his use of marijuana, once stating he sees nothing wrong with it, just as he sees nothing wrong with "money or women", his recent behavior in Jalingo has given his critics new ammunition.

At least two soldiers and two police officers were involved in a physical clash at a popular market in Jos, the Plateau State capital, causing tension among traders and residents.

The incident reportedly occurred at the GSM centre in the Hamaz area. Although the exact cause of the altercation is yet to be officially confirmed, eyewitness accounts shared on social media suggest it began over a disagreement between a soldier and a roadside phone dealer.

A Facebook user, Bello Lukman who posted the incident, claimed that the soldier became angry after the trader allegedly damaged his phone instead of repairing it. According to the post, the soldier attempted to arrest the trader but a policeman at the scene intervened and advised that the matter be taken to a police station.

“The soldier called some of his colleagues who arrived in a Hilux, beat up the policeman, wounded him and took away his gun,” Lukman wrote.

He added that police operatives in the area were later withdrawn, while traders rushed to seek the presence of other security agents to prevent further violence. He also claimed that a possible bloodbath was averted as the policeman had earlier cocked his gun.

Reacting to the incident, the Plateau state Police Command confirmed that it was aware of the clash and said the situation had been brought under control.

A statement released by the public relations officer of the command SP Alabo Alfred said “The Plateau State Police Command is aware of the recent altercation between police officers and military personnel that occurred on December 1, 2025, at Hamaz, Ahmadu Bello Way, Jos.”

He said the incident was taken seriously and investigated, adding that, “the security personnel involved in the disgraceful act have been sanctioned accordingly by the management of the respective agencies.”

SP Alfred also assured residents that steps had been taken to prevent a repeat of such incident. “The misunderstanding between personnel of the two responsible security agencies has been properly addressed, and measures have been put in place to prevent a recurrence,” he said.

You will no longer need to be 'paying your tithe so your life will not be tight' You will only give offerings with gratitude to God for a life well spent!

The right changes will come gradually at first, then surely later.

Just imagine if every citizen belong to a Political Party of their choice, in which they are authentic card carrying, dues paying members! You will be able to exercise your rights to internal democracy and transparency - not the current fix-it method where ungodly Godfathers pay the bills and dictate the results!

I drove it to church on Sunday, it was moving very well, no problem at all, the only code prior was the camshaft sensor code which I planned to change sometime next month when I go to the mainland, so after getting to church, parked and after service, I came to the car tried starting, it refused to start, noticed the battery went completely flat as there were no lights on the dashboard, so I decided to try another battery but it still didn't start up, it was cranking but never starts, it just cranks and the stops like something is holding the pulley back, so I just parked it in church and returned the next day with a mechanic who checked everything and said he couldn't find a problem, we called a rewire who checked and found no problem too, he checked the dashboard and discovered the key light wasn't going off, it kept blinking, he suggested we called key programmers and they came and did their thing, key blinking light went away, but still no start, until he decided to check the ECU and that was when he discovered that the AC water exit hose was blocked and was draining water into the ECU, wahala!

The brainbox was literally filled with water when it was removed, it was cleaned with clutch cleaner but it didn't work, so we got another ECU hoping it's gonna work, after programming and all, car still refused to start, rewire checked the coils and found one bad cool, we replaced it, started the car again and it still refused to start, checked all fuses, everything was working fine, at this point, I Don taya, it has actually never given me this level of problems before, it has never stopped me on the road, so this one is kinda strange, please does anyone have a suggestion?

It's an 06 accord.

I just got a call from Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo and I was surprised to see him calling me directly because I've always been the one calling to check up on him. When I picked the call, he said all his social media handles including Facebook have been deleted. He explained to me that he was told that his contents jeopardise national security of Nigerian government (A government that sympathise with terrorists). And immediately after this notification, his accounts were deleted.
So we're not going to get updates directly from his social media handles.

Meanwhile, a terrorists sympathisers - Sheikh Gumi is walking freely. His Facebook account hasn't been deleted. He's walking around embracing terrorists and advocating for Islamic terrorists. And you still want to tell me, there is no Christians Genocide going in Nigeria. The mere fact that all these terrorists are Islam by religion and sometimes read or quote their Quran and chant Islamic song when they want to wreak havoc on their victims is enough to proof to everyone that these are jihadists.....
