Anything positive, Nigeria can not be there, but let it be negative now, we go dey top 3, assured. A truly Disgraced country. |
The US said they are planning on going to war with terrorists and you are angry, are you a terrorist? |
id4sho:If he dares it, he should consider his second term bid gone. Plateau has fought too hard to defeat APC to let them in to continue their destruction. |
Neoteny:What about the killing of over 500 in one night in Dogo Nahawa in 2010? How do you justify that? You come to someone's land and you are dragging the land with them? Your Islamic agenda can not work. |
This is all an effort to say 'We told you these attacks are patternless', but it shall fail, there is an undeniable Christian genocide going on. Yesterday, 12 people were killed in Riyom, in Plateau state, it didn't receive any mainstream attention, but this one that just happened few hours ago is everywhere. At the end of the day, the first responsibility of any government is the security of lives and properties, and the APC regime has totally and completely failed in that, and every other aspect. The country has become 'A now disgraced country' as Trump rightly said. |
Berom Man doing great things! Congratulations to my brother, Lt Col (Rev) BP Nyam, a win for Plateau State. |
Over 7 years of freelancing experience here, all I can say is, avoid Indians, Pakistanis, and Nigerians who reside in Nigeria or have moved abroad after living for many years in Nigeria. In all my years on this journey, I have worked with over 200 clients, among whom are just two Nigerians who were born and live abroad. One owns an African-focused music chart company, and the second owns one of Nigeria's biggest entertainment YouTube channels; they both pay well, but if you reach me and say you are a Nigerian from Nigeria, I won't have high hopes for that gig. In my early years, I worked with an English client who came into Nigeria for a startup. We were meant to shoot an ad, after giving a quote, before the payment came through, it was war. From one issue or another, i should have known then, but didn't care, so i requested for 30% upfront, big mistake! I ended up spending personl funds to complete the shoot as i assumed they were using 3 models, not knowing the startup was using almost all staffs in their company as models, my make up artists charged me extra for every person they brought, i paid from my pocket cos i thought i was gonna get my full payment, work was completed, i sent a watermarked draft for correcttions, by then, the guy had traveled back to the UK, he requested for changes and i made them, he now asked me to send raw files of the shoot, i refused, and said it was my property and he will need to pay extra to get it. Anyways, after i sent him the second draft (watermarked) with the updated changes, he said it was perfect, oya pay me na, problem. He began telling me stories of how the startup was waiting for funding from their partners, bla bla bla, and i should be patient, it took 3 months, no update, so i got angry and called their manager whom i worked with on the shoot, the man said he has left the company since o, i called their logistics manager, the man said he left last week, i contactd the white guy, he was still asking me to be patient. One day, i decided to check out their socials, and to my shock, they had posted the watermarked draft I sent him weeks back, my head wan burst, i reached out to the guy ASAP and told him to take it down. He was dragging, I told him i was going to sue, that was when i knew Nigeria is a useless country, the company was not even registered in Nigeria, yet they had a big office in a giant building inside Lekki, i went there and company was empty, the seurity said they have moved, i called the Logistics manager again and he just said let him not lie to me again, the company has folded up, startup that wasnt even up to 6 months in the country yet, they had bilboards and ads online everywhere. They contacted me when I was on holiday back in Jos, I cut short my holiday for that shoot. I confronted the white guy again, and this time, I threatened to report him to immigration as I had all the proof. That was when he took down the video, but to date, I never received my payment. Since then, i learnt my lesson. If you see my new invoice with the terms and conditions that follow, if you no get mind, you no go work with me, and i don't care, I have to protect myself. In fact, to date, after every job, I update my terms on the invoice to cover any challenge I faced or possibly would have faced while doing the project, and if you can't pay 70% upfront, pack your things and go. |
Love800:Buildings need proper maintenance, especially the old ones, so yes, buildings, like humans have a lifespan, you ignore it, it collapses just as a human will collapse if he ignores sickness symptoms. |
The only Egberipapa we know is Timaya |
To think I was there just on Friday, around this same UBA. Most of the houses around that oyingbo especially the ones used by traders are old and tired, and they are quite close to each other. |
iCauseTrouble:All hallelujah challenge are not monetized, only his personal music videos are. |
This incident is highly alarming and just speaks of the kind of people being recruited into the force. A bullet fired at a vehicle's tire is not guaranteed to stop there. It can ricochet off the asphalt or metallic parts of the car. Given the urban location, this bullet could have struck an innocent passerby or even someone inside a nearby building, resulting in severe injury or death. I saw a video of a police officer slapping a full-grown man on the way yesterday, with his wife sitting inside the car in broad daylight. I was just brimming with anger, may God never put me in that situation, cos I don't know if I can contain my anger even with his gun. We go drag that gun. I suggest all officers must go through a mandatory and recurring mental health evaluation. A person with unchecked emotional volatility, impulse control issues, or significant stress and trauma is a danger to the public. |
You are very correct o my brother, you are far more intelligent than every single person who attends that your church, not with the intention to laugh, but with the intention of coming to listen to the word of God. Cos there is no way a normal person can sit and be listening to such a man claiming to preach the Bible. |
🤣 🤣 E Don tey wey Blaq don dey mad, if you like follow him advice, shey him tell you say him get plans to marry? |
You no go fold ke? After your 0boug# dey everywhere online, which responsible high value young single man go marry you? Any young single man that nears you now, na the fame and money him actually want, or probably to get his portion of her Downstream sector. |
But did FG not mandate DSTV to share their content with those who want to rebroadcast? https://www.nairaland.com/5623573/fg-prohibits-exclusivity-rights-sports I am sure SLTV has approached DSTV for a deal, which they obviously will refuse. |
According to her, “They are the best looking guys. They’re the nicest guys — always coming to check on me and making sure I’m okay. One of the young guys calls me ‘Sweet 16,’ and he’s just a friend, but he is the sweetest young man.I agree with the bolded; however, the rest, she is on her own o. |
I don't care where he is from; I hope he does what is right when it is right. |
Awesome! Now no nonsense letter counts. The night mode button is kind of hidden tho, you'll hardly notice it, and as for the Anti spam bot, I can't count how many times I have been banned for no reason, even when you create a topic, you get banned. |
Lol, nonsense. Let them just go straight into all our accounts and empty it, that way, everyone will rest. |
Na seun don dey advertise gambling now |
This alhaji knows the creation of state police will be the end of him and his brothers' endless night attacks on the good people of Plateau and the middle belt, which is why they are trying to do all they can to stop it. Only people who have a hand in cowardly midnight attacks will be against the creation of state police. All right-thinking and well-meaning Nigerians must support and advocate for the creation of state police to enhance the betterment and safety of this country. |
Oh well, someone's gotta break the family generational poverty ![]() |
Nigeria also has the highest population amongst the oil producing nations. |
This is a direct counter thread to the thread on front page of the list of countries that got their independence in 1960, same as Nigeria. The list below includes a selection of countries that gained independence after 1960. Petrol (oil) producing countries are indicated. The independence dates listed are generally for the primary or final act of sovereignty for the current national entity, and the list is not exhaustive. 1961 Sierra Leone United Kingdom 1962 Western Samoa (now Samoa) New Zealand 1962 Algeria France 1962 Burundi Belgium 1962 Rwanda Belgium 1962 Jamaica United Kingdom 1962 Trinidad and Tobago United Kingdom 1962 Uganda United Kingdom 1963 Kenya United Kingdom 1963 Zanzibar (later part of Tanzania) United Kingdom 1964 Malawi United Kingdom 1964 Malta United Kingdom 1964 Zambia United Kingdom 1965 The Gambia United Kingdom 1965 Maldives United Kingdom 1965 Singapore United Kingdom 1966 Guyana United Kingdom 1966 Botswana United Kingdom 1966 Lesotho United Kingdom 1966 Barbados United Kingdom 1968 Mauritius United Kingdom 1968 Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) United Kingdom 1968 Equatorial Guinea Spain 1970 Fiji United Kingdom 1970 Tonga United Kingdom 1971 Bahrain United Kingdom (Petrol producing) 1971 Qatar United Kingdom (Petrol producing) 1971 United Arab Emirates United Kingdom (Petrol producing) 1971 Bangladesh Pakistan 1973 The Bahamas United Kingdom 1974 Grenada United Kingdom 1974 Guinea-Bissau Portugal 1975 Cape Verde (now Cabo Verde) Portugal 1975 Mozambique Portugal 1975 São Tomé and Príncipe Portugal 1975 Papua New Guinea Australia 1975 Angola Portugal 1975 Suriname Netherlands 1977 Djibouti France 1978 Solomon Islands United Kingdom 1978 Tuvalu United Kingdom 1978 Dominica United Kingdom 1979 Kiribati United Kingdom 1979 Saint Lucia United Kingdom 1979 St Vincent and the Grenadines United Kingdom 1979 Marshall Islands United States (UN Trust Territory) 1980 Zimbabwe United Kingdom (after a UDI as Rhodesia) 1980 Vanuatu France/United Kingdom 1981 Belize United Kingdom 1981 Antigua and Barbuda United Kingdom 1983 Saint Kitts and Nevis United Kingdom 1984 Brunei United Kingdom 1990 Namibia South Africa (formerly German) 1990 Yemen North & South Yemen (unified) 1991 Eritrea Ethiopia 1991 Russia (Russian Federation) Soviet Union 1991 Ukraine Soviet Union 1991 Belarus Soviet Union 1991 Moldova Soviet Union 1991 Georgia Soviet Union 1991 Armenia Soviet Union 1991 Azerbaijan Soviet Union 1991 Kazakhstan Soviet Union 1991 Uzbekistan Soviet Union 1991 Turkmenistan Soviet Union 1991 Kyrgyzstan Soviet Union 1991 Tajikistan Soviet Union 1991 Latvia Soviet Union 1991 Lithuania Soviet Union 1991 Estonia Soviet Union 1991 Croatia Yugoslavia 1991 Slovenia Yugoslavia 1992 Bosnia and Herzegovina Yugoslavia 1993 Czech Republic Czechoslovakia (split) 1993 Slovakia Czechoslovakia (split) 1994 Palau United States (UN Trust Territory) 2002 Timor-Leste (East Timor) Indonesia (formerly Portugal) 2006 Montenegro Serbia and Montenegro 2011 South Sudan Sudan
