Jobs/VacanciesRe: How I Held Pastors Spellbound During A Pastoral Job Interview by cyberprof: 9:01am On Mar 29, 2017
B2Spirits:
You must research your subject, and prepare very well before mounting the stage. Once on stage, you must see yourself as all-knowing until you leave the stage. See the audience as the enemies that must be conquered using intimidating eyes contact. See yourself as having superior knowledge of what you are speaking about.

The place of intonation

While pronouncing words, do it as if you own the word. In a sentence, important words must receive louder pronouciation. Have you given people handshakes before? You can identify those handshakes followed by devouring look -- those hearty handshakes that speak better than the action itself.

Jonathan Hawker made the statement below:

"The strength of the handshake was so much akin to that which I had noticed in the driver, whose face I had not seen, that for a moment I doubted if it were not the same person to whom I was speaking."

Look your audience in the eyes; not the ceiling. Note that your heart will beat faster for some minutes after mounting the stage--this is normal. Your subconscious mind must first pronounce what you want to say before your mouth says it. This makes you a pro.

Ask anyone who attended Winners Chapel, Ogbomoso between 2006 and 2011 if he or she can remember a certain usher, who was known for his thrilling testimonies. My grammar was almost perfect, while I delivered my speeches like a pro. I became a threat to anyone that was preaching on that altar in those days.
if I might ask are you and alumni of LAUTECH?? Animal science, winners,,

B2Spirits:
I made my first public speech when I was 15, and in JSS2. That was in a debate activity, a contest between SS3 and SS2 students. The competitors failed to impress our English language teachers. This made the teachers lambaste the senior students, and asked if junior students had anything to say.

Like our proverbial Akpos, I walked out of the crowd with that gait suggestive of a clown's shameful confidence, and consequently threw my classmates into uncontrollable laughter. Their action was understandable, because I had hitherto paraded myself as a newscaster, who, during one of my comic sessions, had aired the news in which a commercial airplane caught fire in space, and no one was injured in the slightest.

They couldn't think of it that I had taken the debate topic to my uncle, who was a teacher. He wrote a nice argument for me, and I rehearsed it with fervour. I unleashed such a mastery that dazed everyone present.

Having tasted the thrill of the achievement, I started gathering resources on public speaking, and Mark Twain, Napoleon Hill later became my heroes. I trained myself more on the speech strategies that give pastors the hedge over their contemporaries. At 20, having led prayer sessions on many occasions in my local church, our pastor informed me that God has called me into the five-fold ministry with pastoral calling.

While in the university, I read works from great people like Plato and Socrates, and consequently discarded my Christian ideals entirely. It was then I explored Satanism and other faiths until I concluded that I'm the god I've been looking for all these while.

As an animal scientist, I lost interest in that field, and was looking for a job that has to do with public speaking until an advertisement was made for the post of a chaplain in a psychiatric hospital. Certification was required, diploma in theology would suffice. I have nothing of that nature, but flaunted my two-time pastoral experience in two of the largest churches in Nigeria.

I sat down alone, and all questions the interviewers -- all Reverends -- would likely ask me came into my subconscious mind in flashes.

"Why do you want to work as a pastor, knowing full well this job should not be based on ambition?" The organization's president began.

"I understand that God seeks three kinds of people. They are the sinners, people after His own heart (like David) and those that will stand in the gap and pray. By 'election', I fall into the third category", I replied, citing Ezekiel 22:30.

"The moment you read our advert, how did you feel in your body?" Another reverend fired.

"That still small voice from the Holy Spirit made it clear to me that I'm needed here", I answered, having read Benny Hinn's The Anointing, Kenneth E. Hagin's Holy Spirit and His Gifts, and Yonggi Cho's Holy Spirit My Senior Partner.

"If you are given the post, you will be liable to insults or assaults by our psychiatric patients from time to time. Will you be able to handle this?"

"I have worked before in a farm where we had a cow suffering from madcow disease. You would not need to be told that the flaccid disposition the horned herbivore was known for had deserted it. I wouldn't see the attacking cow as a traducer. I only have to be wary of the zoonotic form of madcow disease, which we in animal science call variant Creutzfeldt Jacob Disease(vCJD). In our case here, not all clinical cases are natural, and with my authority as a believer, I will put to flight the armies of the aliens. This will be done by faith, because 'By faith, the elders obtained good reports'", I answered.

Smiles and giggles rented the whole room as the clergymen almost lifted up their 'holy hands in worship.'

"How much are you willing to accept as your salary? Can you work for God free of charge, knowing full well that He made you for this purpose?"

With split-second precision, I quoted ICorinthians 9:13 and said, "'Do you not know that those who labor in the Temple are provided for from the Temple, and those who serve the altar share in the altar?' Having reeled out this Scripture, I don't have to explain it for my betters in faith."

I was given the appointment letter the following day. Other theologians interviewed told me how they threw questions pertaining to theology at them, but 'my case was different.'

I will be showing you hidden public speaking rules personalized to suit various individuals and my personal experience in my next write-ups. To succeed in public speaking, you need to believe you are the only living thing on earth, while all other things are robots. That means you take responsibility for your failure to thrill the crowd of accolades and hangers-on.

*IMPORTANT*

There has been a new development, MMM admins have realized that due to the delayed merging which we all were informed of about on our PO, some participants instead of exercising patience and wait for there to be merged for GH, they started cancelling their GH requests from dashboard (probably to allow it keep growing) hence to avoid proliferation of such, you can no longer see the GH requests on youe dashboard, so that you cannot cancel it.

Also notice that if you click on "mavro" you'll see your mavros there intact "pending withdrawal"

So I urge everyone to be calm and go about their activities. There's no cause for alarm.

Thanks guys
God will bless you ooo Lobatan I I don't know what is wrong with them. Go to Mavro abd y will see ur GH pending

FamilyRe: My Wife Is Not What I Thought Before We Got Married: I Want To Divorce by cyberprof: 9:10am On Jan 04, 2017
wonukwuru:
I am adult married to a lady of 35years. We have been married since 2007. God has blessed us with 3 wonderful children( 2 boys and 1 girl). Before we got married, i agreed with my wife that i only want to have 2 kids ( I wouldnt mind if they just boys or girls. That means, Im not particular of the sex of the kids). My wife is a B.sc Accounting graduate, while myself, I am a Chartered Accountant, with a well paid job. My wife had a 3rd class degree. On several occassions, i have told her to go back to school for Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in order to upgrade, but she plainly told me that she cannot go back to school again. When i asked her why, she told me that her brain cannot withstand any academic stree again. I also suggested to her, since you studied accounting in the university, why not enroll for ICAN program? When i said that to her, she told me that she could not go for PGD, is it ICAN that she can do? I have been thinking, what will i do for her to be like others.

Luckly, was transferred to Benin. I went with my family to Benin. We stayed over 4years in Benin. While we were in Benin, I told my wife to go and enroll for a 6months diploma programm in computer (because she is not computer literate). I paid over N110,000 for the 6months programme. My wife only went for the programme for 1month and stopped. She refused to complete the program. When I asked her, she told me that she will go back after she had "put to bed"( Then she was pregnant). Guys, its over two years now and the baby is even in pre-nursery school, yet my wife has not reminded me of going back to complete the programme.

Last year, she asked me to open a store for her, that she want to go into trading. When I asked her the nature of the business, she said, she wants to deal on selling rice, beans, yams, groundnut oil, etc. I now suggested that it will not be a problem, but she has to look for somebody who is already in the business so as to understudy the person for atleast 1month. She refused, saying that without her understudying anybody, that she can still make it. I told her that my reason of suggesting to her to understudy somebody was that, i wanted her to be selling in wholesale. My plan was to give like N1.5million. I told her, i cannot just release N1.5million to her for a business that she did not learn. I told her that N1.5million is not a small money. Brethren, that was why up til now, i have not opened the business for her.

My children's school fees is over N650,00 per term for the 3 kids. I provide for feeding. My wife does not want to do anything as to assist me in the family. I give her money for her hair, cream, bathing soap, panties and clothing. Im really getting tired. My salary does not carry the family again because of too much expenses.

Another problem now is, my wife's dressing is nothing to write home about. She dresses as if she is in her late 60s. I have complained to her on several occasion that i dont like the way she dresses, but each time i bring up the issue, she will get angry. People around, have meeting my sisters to tell them that my wife does not dress well as somebody that has gone to the university. Even in my house, my wife only tires wrapper. Nothing in her again attracts me to her. Infact, for the past 3 months, i have not slept with her. I sleep in the parlour while she sleeps in the bed room.

Else, i forget, my wife delibrately "took in" again since July last year. This is after we agreed that the 3 kids that we already have is enough. Her method is, each time i remind her of what to do as to be assisting me in the family, she will delibrately "take in".

My wife, went to the university but she cannot speak simple and correct english. She cannot write application letter. She cannot teach my kids who are in primary 2 and 5 respectively. I pay a lesson teacher N30,000 monthly for my kids but my wife is at home doing nothing. Since we got married, my wife has not sent me text message on her phone more than 3times. The ones that she sent, my brothers, there are lots of gramatical blunders. When i confronted her with the text message, she could not say anything. I was checking for some documents in my room last week, and i came across an application that my wife wrote to submit to a private school where she wants to teach. When i saw the letter, believe me, my brothers, one of my kids that is in primary 5 cannot write such rubbish.

What i thought she was before i married her, is not what she is. I cannot take her out for an occassion because she may embarrase me by her conduct in the public. I need a divorce but the problem now is, i did i court wedding with her. What should i do? Im confused.
Get a fine beb of ur type (not to marry her but to make ur wife compete with her). It will be her decision to compete or to divorce.. Soft

Jadekitana:
Don't let their suit and flashy cars deceive you, bankers are broke! Damn broke! I even heard a recent trend that bankers these days earn less than 70k and yet when you see them in clubs you would think they are Tony Elumelu's sons! Pretence everywhere.

Imagine this particular Zenith big boy has been disturbing my line for a hang out.I thought of honouring the invitation since its just a hang out.

This bloody cretin is so proud that even his shirts exude pride,he displays his expensive shoes on bbm, hangs out in exotic bars, always balling with the big guys not knowing he wasn't even a full staff of the bank.

He came to pick me few minutes to 6pm,took me to this strange lounge with flowers all over and ordered Asun. The waitress surprisingly brought a very small plate of Asun for both of us. Before I even picked my toothpick, this guy has finished the whole plate and the onions as well.I was just observing! I then called the waitress and asked how much was the asun, she said 500naira! I told her to bring 2plates. This shameful thing finished his plate and entered mine,i didn't talk.

That wasn't even the height! After this useless display on our way out he called the waitress and demanded for his change for drinks he bought, I was thinking the change was big that he had to keep us waiting! Hell no! 100naira!! He couldn't dash the waitress 100naira bloody stingy fellow.Yet when he starts displaying those fake dps one would think he's Jim Ovias Son! Fake life everywhere. Ladies don't get carried away, all na packaging, they have nothing! Just living a borrowed life style to fit in.

As usual his number has been deleted till eternity.
