No doubt the pastor is a better politician than Obaseki. He knows how to share the money and keep people on his side. Good PR too. But he has far less integrity and honesty than Obaseki.

But in 9ja politicking is far more important than honesty and performance. Third world politics.

In politics, name calling is not unusual. Atiku that once said Buhari is a saint now thinks Buhari is corrupt. Obaseki and intergrity are two parallel lines that can never meet. He told you he has spent 1 billion to fight Covid 19 and you didn't see that the thief was already covering his tracks.

I have heard stories of how Ifeanyi Ubah duped people in DR Congo to make his money. One thing about Nnewi people is Ogwu ego. I was shocked when I passed through Nnewi sometime ago and saw Capital oil filling station owned by Ifeanyi Ubah looking so mediocre and decrepit. I heard he also duped the Catholic Church in his town.

The present political gimmicks to deny the incumbent Governor of Edo State a second term in office is an indication that most Nigerians take delight in celebrating fraud.

Governor Obaseki is against fraud in all it's ramifications. Is that what he is being persecuted for?

Well, I am not partisan. I am only here to plead that Governor Obaseki be given the ticket to run for a second term in office as Governor of Edo State.

Obaseki has demonstrated a high degree of financial prudence and in spite of the limited financial resources available to the State, he was able to resuscitate the abandoned Specialist Hospital Project in the State. Various infrastructural projects had been put in place.

Under the Obaseki administration, workers and pensioners receive their monthly stipends as and when due.
May, 2020 salaries and pension were paid on the 21st of May, 2020 because he would not wait until workers and pensioners begin to beg for their monthly entitlements as it obtains in some states.

Whoever is behind the plot to unseat Governor Obaseki for whatever reason, should have a rethink and in the interest of the people of Edo State, let him complete his tenure in office please. The interest of the people of Edo State should be considered paramount. Obaseki may have aired on certain aspects relating to loyalty to the party that put him in power, but his outstanding contribution to the development of the State should be duly regard and used to clear him of this fault....Please! I beg of you my noble party faithfuls.

PLEASE FORGIVE GOVERNOR OBASEKI AND SERVE HIM THE PARTY TICKET TO RUN FOR A SECOND TERM .

Obaseki was once a carrier of the Covid 19. Studies have shown that small traces of the virus still remain in a patient even after recovery. Buhari should cancel this meeting to avoid any risk of transmission.

Edo people are all rooting for Ize Iyamu. He is the choice of Edo people. He will replicate the sterling performance of Oshiomhole which Obaseki is finding very difficult to match up to.

Gambari can't speak hausa. He can't have the same influence as Abba Kyari. Well, the governors still hold all the aces. I don't know what people are rejoicing for. The bill only gives the FG powers to directly fund the legislature and judiciary if the state governors willingly starves them of funds that have been legally budgeted for them.
