As long as the woman is legitimately married to the man and her children are truly his, then his property automatically belongs to his wife and children. The law is clear on inheritance so I don't see how the family is "winning" a case that is yet to be decided Ma.

Hmm, Sir. You need to see how frustrated this woman is right now. I know it's clearly on inheritance, but it's not that easy for the woman o. She's going through alot right now.

Her late husband was in a partnership business with a company, he owns 4 trucks, his family members have succeeded in hijacking the 4 trucks away from the woman and her children (this happened November last year). The man died October last year, just in the space of a month, they took his trucks.

Now, they're planning to collect the house he was building. The woman is really frustrated. I hope she win this case o.

It was 2 weeks ago this woman was crying as she was explaining to my dad. My heart melted. My dad and other people are really behind her to make sure she win this case.

There is a similar case that happened in my area 2 weeks ago, as we speak now, the case is in court.

A man died, leaving his wife and 2 children behind (girls only, age 12 and 9). Although the man lived in a rented apartment but he was building his own house.

Now, the man's family members came to hijacked the house from them, they told the woman never to go Close to the man's property.

Right now, it seems the man's family members are winning the case. The woman is really running from pillar to post looking for who will help her win the case. Because it's her husband property, they were married legally.

Don't feel sad Dear, life generally isn't fair to anyone. we've got holes in our hearts, we've got holes in our lives.

I really want you to stay focus. @26 you're still young and your future is bright. Find a little job to do, no matter how small the pay is. You know you're a father.

2020 (May) during the lockdown my fiancé was among the people that got sacked in their company, Infact he was jobless for over a year (till 2021 July last year), he was so restless, jobless and always angry with himself.

He was always sending his C.V to different companies yet no reply, he did little commission jobs just to be busy both online and offline, sometime he won't see a client for a whole month, he will be so frustrated, sometimes he goes to the bar and get himself seriously drunk. I will be so angry with him for being drunk.

There is this bet9ja shop close to his house, he will stay there from morning till night, thinking about his life and playing betting with the little money he had without winning. I will be so angry with him, I felt his frustration that period but I motivated him to stay focus.

I stood by him, once my salary entered, I send him some money for upkeep, I cooked for him, It wasn't really easy for him, but now he's gainfully employed since last year July earning a very decent pay, he's also doing business, I do remind him of the past, he will just be laughing.

NYSC program should be scrapped. It's a waste of time and energy.

After graduation, and students are mobilized for NYSC, FG should just issue nysc certificate and 1 years allowance (₦33,000 x 12 months = ₦396,000) over to the prospective Corp members.

The money would be useful for entrepreneurial skills acquisition that will equip graduates to become self employed, and further create business opportunities for themselves. (Atleast for those who are serious minded)
