For all of you who are this ignorant, let me tell you about sexual exploitation as stated in the UN guidelines

16. A relationship that constitutes sexual exploitation, i.e. any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power or trust, for sexual purposes, including, but not limited to, profiting monetarily, socially or politically from the sexual exploitation of another

This lecturer has a differential power over the student therefore, even if the sex was consentual, it is still wrong because she has no choice than to agree, else she fails her, whether she deserves the failure or not

During my undergraduate days in uniben, I was free to walk anywhere and anytime as a Ju and nobody ever coerced or forced me into their wayward lifestyle, despite being rich, handsome and brilliant by uniben standards. grin

The key to avoiding them is joining a church fellowship and be serious with your God, or with the MSSN if you're a Muslim.
Do not be found in awkward places such as the drinking bars and snooker courts.
Yes, and avoid the kegites plus man o war; they're a melting pot for cultists.

Unfortunately during the days where Ekosodin was on fire in 2012, a period where one Afro was killed (https://www.nairaland.com/1042533/uniben-student-daniel-ike-killed/) , one stupid cultist barber asked for my phone.

I simply told him openly and loudly, that if my Colonel uncle in S&T barracks (which is few minutes drive away) doesn't take down him and his shop before next day, I'll leave uniben from him.
He sent his boys to return the phone before I got to the school's ekosodin gate.

These guys fear the military. Have an Army friend and they'll run away from you forever.

Education / Re: Why Does Onitsha Have No Universities Or Polytechnics? by d33types: 9:34pm On May 29, 2019
Rossikk:
This Biafra movement seems to have Onitsha as its hotbed and fulcrum, with most Ipob members either hailing from there, or drawing massive inspiration from the city.

The city has a population of 7.5 million. It also has NO university, NO polytechnic, NO higher institutes of learning whatsoever.

Onitsha has to be the biggest city on earth without a single higher institute of learning.

Could there be a link between this stunning level of ignorance and the chaotic, ethnic-based agitation for a breakaway republic against all common sense and reason?

Who will bring HIGHER EDUCATION to Onitsha, and finally stop its people from being pawns of Kanu and other manipulative elements?

I marvel at this level of faux intellectualism being exhibited on a public forum by this "popcorn for brains" guy/girl.

By your logic, every populated town or metropolis should have a university? Have you heard of niche communities?

Trading town of Onitsha
University town of Abraka (having nothing else but the university) .etc
These niches were created to allow for diversity of population.
If there was everything necessary for life in Onitsha for instance, how would you encourage travel and distribution of resources?

It is important that there are adequate service points for education, which Onitsha has in abundance. So what's your point?.

This is what happens when clinicians look down on Medical Laboratory scientists... You are supposed to conduct a lab test to provide definitive diagnosis of an illness... Provisional diagnosis has killed many, but doctor's won't hear... See eh, if u go to any hospital and after telling the clinician how u feel, and he quickly prescribes drugs for u, please run... If he doesn't conduct test for u, u might end up in a big mess like this... So sorry bro for what ur going through ... Go to a good hospital and insist that tests be ran... That combination sef the doc gave u is making me puke... Some clinicians will die miserable deaths for how callously they treat patients

You cocky lab scientists won't learn.

There are alot of medical conditions that are clinically diagnosed. Not with lab investigations. I laugh at you guys.

Chai! Just imagine the kind of doctors MBBS gave certification. I heard the system is so corrupt that once you can pay heavily for the cert, it would be handed to you, while those who know their onion in Medicine are failed yearly. Isn't it unprofessional to give a patient drugs/injection without a diagnosis of what's wrong with the person? You sef played with your life.

princeking2:
I'm so sorry about your conditions.

Doctors over to you.

This NYSC People are just stupid sometimes and act like illiterates. You didn't carry out test to ascertain the issue but you gave drugs to quell it.

I almost lost my year during my NYSC due to bad eye drop they gave me.

The nysc doctors weren't provided with lab services except for pcv and urinalysis. Did you want them to conjure lab?

Nigerian doctors are the most hardworking sets. In the US and other developed countries, you have all facilities for investigation- lab, radiology etc. After these tests are carried out and the cause of the symptom is found out, then treatment is started. This is not the case in Nigeria.

Nigerian doctors rely mostly on their brainpower for diagnosis, with very limited support from non existent and poor diagnostic lab services.

Instead of you guys to blame the government, you turn round to blame doctors
The foolish person didn't even blame nysc for not letting him go out to seek for other medical care.

This is a great development. Many of us had been waiting for this day in Nigeria.

The use of cannisterS or 'cylinders' as fondly called in Nigeria is archaic as well as barbaric in the least.

Ordinarily, this implies that the government will supply domestic gas through pipelines and other means in which a house owner can access it by being connected. Payment for subscription can be subsequently made online.

All these are already in place decades ago in advanced countries.

Next in line should be underground cables for power distribution.

God bless Nigeria!

Every country has their own lyric, if you go to America, they have their own, if you go to Ghana, their also have their style of music.

If you said those musicians are singing trash, what about fela

Let's be realistic, we have our own pattern and artist must follow our pattern. Must we follow or imitate foreign artist??

Be proud of your country.

In the business world, you must give your customers what they want.

Make some noise for the only musician who understood and gave us what we wanted.

Make sone noise(like) for 2face idibia, also don't forget Nigga raw, face, Harrison, tiwa, wizkid, simi, burna boy and davido.

I don't agree to your post bro.
This hasn't been the style of Nigerian artists till about 15 years ago when these their rubbish started.

Fela? ?
