1.A Letter from John Anglin It was on a day just like any other. Then, out of the blue, the San Francisco Police Department received a sensational letter that they just couldn’t believe to be true. It said, “My name is John Anglin. I escaped from Alcatraz in June 1962 with my brother Clarence and Frank Morris.” This very escape, the one that he claims to have pulled off, is one of the greatest mysteries in all of US history. When it happened, the officials claimed that the three men perished in the freezing waters. But who could say for certain? Was this letter true or just a fake trying to stir up some sensation? What was the motivation? |
Once upon a time, Alcatraz was one of the world’s most notorious penitentiaries. Nobody thought that escape was remotely possible. We’ve heard the stories of at least 36 prisoners who tried to break out, but all had failed in the attempt. Then, one day in June of 1962, the world was shocked. Three men took the leap into the dangerous waves of San Francisco Bay and nobody heard from them again… until one day. In January of 2018, the police got a shadowy letter that turned everything they thought upside down and even compelled the FBI to restart their age-old investigation. Keep reading to hear the harrowing and mind-blowing tale of the greatest escape—ever. What really happened to those men who managed to get out of Alcatraz?

lilianofentseSA:My dear sister, your chances are greater and higher as a South African. I am a patriotic Nigerian but the honest truth I must spill to you... Keep being a Nigerian at heart though... Peace and good luck... |
lol...I've always said it about this guy and Mompha...There's a particular condition they suffer from, will check to see if I can find an already existing name for it otherwise I'll just go ahead and coin a name for it myself. You know when a person had been so beat down by poverty and barely made it out by the whiskers not because he is the smartest, most favored or holy but by sheer providence and grace, he begins to see the people with whom he had been languishing on the alter of lack who were hitherto his comerades in the ''E go better'' quarters as lazy and un-smart. Most of our ruling elites/politicians suffer from this same condition which explains their penchant for brazen stealing and amassing of wealth while oppressing and further trodden the downtrodden. This stupid bunkum whom everyone was feeling sorry for when Mompha was picking on and ridiculing him is now having a big mouth...what a shame for a fool at Hushpuppi's age. Don't worry, I have just sent Mompha a message...you go collect soon Mumu boy |

Hmmm....ayam seriously not understanding ooo...this sounds very much like one bleating from all sides of his mouth but what do I know...this is the power of the English language. It can be used to play with words pro and contra at the same time. This eulogizing of Tinubu and making him appear like a saint whose singular interest is the well being of Nigeria and Nigerians sure doesn't seat well with me and this is my personal opinion with no frigging apology to no one. I thought the grey haired one had been castigating Buhari to the high heavens on how he was the worst thing since Hitler, to now come and start this lyrical taliban praise of the one who sold the ''supposed'' calamity sure reeks of hypocrisy. No other word for this but Big Fat Hypocrisy.. |
To be probed by over half the same senators that were thronging and supporting him to the CCT trials? Distinguished comedians of the Federal Republic.. |

I'd take this as one of those sensational news reporting by our journalists. Just in case it isn't, does Akpabio speak or understand any Hausa? I'm just curious and wish to know how he intends to get comfy in the midst of the Hausa oligarchs making up the core of Buhari's administration. To even think this is about Kyari is even laughable. That man is Buhari's "Capon or Lord" in fraternity parlance. |
