YES, slots will be on sale at the right time. Some stakeholders have more than a slot they don't need, they've financial issues to handle, hence they are willing to trade it off to qualified applicants. On same vane, some applicants have the resources to pay but lack GENUINE source so I repeat again, slot will be sale at the peak period and there'snothing you can do about it, go hang yourself my brother or better still, go kill yourself. The recruitment is still very much alive but stop giving people unscheduled dates for APL, weeks of calling and month of resumption, you don't work in NCDMB neither are you entirely correct please. You've given uncountable failed date without nothing to prove for it, yet you still given more failed date to innocent hopefuls. ES hasn't said anything as of yesterday but he must definitely say something after meeting with the Hon Minister for Petroleum. I laugh at those saying what they don't know about FCC & NCDMB recruitment. Stop counting failed date for yourself. They will most definitely call you for "documentation".

Some says i am Kingsly Wambote, others analyzed me as Philip, while few think am whom i am which is DAFMIS. fortunately and unfortunately, few who have my direct contact may be laughing at you at the moment. Two persons I know and saw their letters was posted to the head office Jabi. Are you saying those given letters since February just finished their training? Wow.. Then means your gullibility is legendary madam.

The ES realized he won’t make it so he hurriedly did the replacement that’s why he kept fcc approval to himself.

The total staff he employed was 54. The list contain names from FCC chairman and mostly relatives of Bobboi.

Staff has already release the list of new employee to the public, there was a hidden protest to cancel their letters but Bobbi was smart enough to secure fcc approval lawfully so there is nothing any one can do. The minister has already assured that all staff are safe. Dont ever made any mistake of expecting 2nd list from PEF. It’s is done. Dont let your source deceive you. Focus on the commission.

I agree with you to some extend but DPR will not merge with PEF and PPPRA, not at all. That's not what it's contain in the BILL.

DPR will stand on its own and be solely called THE COMMISSION and PEF and PPPRA will also stand on it own and be called "THE AUTHORITY. They are two diferent entities with seperate structures. This is the reason delaying PEF hopeful. Meeting upon meetings on this matter of merging with PPPRA.

PEF list would've been released since monday 26th but the technicalities of merging with PPRA is a very big issue coursing delay in the recruitment.

Consultants are currently working so hard on the reasons why PEF should stay aloft without merging with PPPRA and it will be published in public domain soon.

I initially thought the merging (PIB) won't affect the PEF list but I now know better after much explanations to me. there's a clause in that bill coursing delay so if PEF give you letter without ractification and harmonization with PPPRA on the need not to merge, then there will be issues and trust me, you wont like any technical issues to arrise after collecting APL.

Meetings upon meetings has been called on this subject matter but it will soon be over and possibly people will be called immediately.

DPR will be Nigerian Upstream Regulatory Commission (COMMISSION), it will regulate upstream regualery operations including technical, operational and commercial activities of the Oil & Gas industry.

The COMMISSION (DPR) will also review the recommendation of government ministries, department and agencies and communicate decision accordingly, such decision will be complied by the relivent government ministries and agencies.

The Authority on the other hand shall be responsible for the commercial and technical regulation of the midstream and downstream petroleum operations in the industry.

The Authority will also promote the supply and distribution of natural gas and petroleum products in the midstream and downstream and the security of natural gas supply for the domestic gas market.

But in all of these, the DPR will be the chief host of both the Authority & Commission in terms policy supervision, this is where I totally agree with you. DPR will ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing both the upstream, midstream and downstream operations and the Authority shall also comply with DPR directives. As PEF hopefuls as you are, i felt it will be beneficial to you in knowing these little technicalities.

Only 2 Fulani men in PEF are in charge of the PEF EH intakes. Staffs don't have input. People have retired in June. The list is above 100, few GTs. More EH. PEF discussion is mainly in the Villa. June EH intake was decided since last year. You guys aren't the one waiting. PEF isn't happy With merging with PPPRA, reasons are genuine. Adjustments might be made after P assent. AHMED BOBOI isn't under pressure for the recruitment. Him no send anybody accept VILLA people. Not all VILLA persons but those close to Mr. President.
