That UN resolution was a big fraud, it was an American and British handiwork,. They just used that mumu called Ban ki Moon abi Sun self. Go and mark my word whether we like it or not Gadaffi either dead or alive has a bunch of fanatical loyalists and supporters who whatever the outcome of the chase to kill him will continue to wreck harvoc in Libya. Before now nobody ever heard anything about suicide bombing in Iraq during the reign of saddam before America and her "Alright sir" bunch of Western leaders went there to cause confusion and the blood letting is still going on now, and America is confused-they can not stay and they can not leave Iraq, we shall all monitor situation with keen interest

Remove the rebel before bounty in the news and replace it with America, France, Britian and Italy then you will be right. Whether the pro or anti Gadaffi in Nairaland like it, America and her bunch of other arrogant Western leaders have stirred the hornest's nest in Libya you can bet it with me that country may not see peace in the next decade, cast your mind back to Iraq. The point is that these countries mentioned think they have brains more than any other part of the world. They are not fighting for anything other than their innordinate desire to have access to cheap Libyas oil and i pray the so called "gallant" rebels they helped to win the war pay them back like Osama Bin Laden who turned agaist them after they helped his band of mountain guerrila fighters in Afghanistan to chase away the Soviets from that country.

It is a good law meant to alleviate the conditions of prospective tenants but i am afraid it may not work because Lagos state Government is fond of passing populist laws that are not backed up by effective enforcement. I am sure some of the Lagos Landlords will be laughing and rolling on the floor because they know it may not work.

The reason is simple and i think two or three people have said it in their posts: these radio stations use Hausa Language because of its wide pread speakers all over West Africa and let nobody put up any airs of superiority of the Language or other reasons like that some tribes have abandoned their languages for English. BBC and other international Radio Stations have other Language services Like Russian, Chinese, Swahili etc etc. The important underlining factor is that these stations want to reach the widest audience as possible around the world.

I have missed a lot. I got missing on Nairaline since 2007 on my return from East Timor, some days ago i tried to log on with my old username awoof, but its like another person has picked it cos i became innactive for too long. Anyway, i rejoined a couple of days back and ever since, i have not regretted my decision.
