Op, I believe you're a young man thus I can never advise any young person to work in Nigeria civil service except for Ministry of Finance or Foreign Affairs coz the demand for for efficiency and pressure still make the staff work harder a little. All others are lazy.

Work in the private sector, it aids your innovation, you'd be promoted according to performance and not years of service. It's demanding and also a training ground for you. Merit supercedes Federal Character.

For example, most BDC operators, financial consultants in Nigeria today were former bankers.

Just let Nigeria government run the civil service like the private sector and see how this country will grow.

The level of INDOLENCE in most govt offices is unmatched anywhere. The first time I stepped into this very hospital, my first thought was can this be maintained considering “our maintenance culture in Nigeria".but then the current commissioner for health did a good job at FMC Nguru when he was Chief Medical Director. I just hope he follows up same strides..Truly it's a massive hospital to be built by a state.

Let me speak from personal experience and that of a friend.
My friends case was that he married a wife who believe se.x is only for procreation so anything aside that is a red flag for her, my friend couldn't bear it anymore thus resulted to self service from where he graduated to side chic's and dat almost cost him his marriage.

Majority of the doctors I dare say don't even know how to use d medical equipment available,There is a particular ICU in one of these teaching hospitals dat are very confident telling u most of their patients don't make it out of d ICU.was at a particular hospital in Lag to inspect their piping system n was brought to tears by d highest level of negligence, someone was rushed in in a keke maruwa n for good 2hrs d guy was left with folks praying around because d whole place was parked with cars n guess what dey where having a send forth party.it took a kind nurse to start administering drip right there in d Maruwa cos no stretcher was accessible n no space to even drive d maruwa to A&E.I. have moved around a lot of ICU's n A&E's in Nigeria some powerfully equipped..my prayer is dat MAY WE NEVER BE VICTIMS OF HOSPITAL EMERGENCY. sleep on chaz B.

Then u need an NSE pass cos in d form there is a place where u will fill in ur NSE reg number.this process can be facilitated if u ve a shoulder to stand on.

I don't know of Bsc holders but for HND u pass through NATE Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering as corporate member (d whole process cost me 118k) then u now pick up d coren form,fill n get at least 2 certified members to sign n NATE sends d form to Abuja.Coren will send pple to ur school to verify ur transcript, plus u are required to submit a project like paper n then start praying or pressing button (hold another 80-100k) if u pass u will den be a Coren certified Engineering Technologist.

It is okay to frown @ ladies sowing seeds to get married...but it certainly is not your business. After all, its not your money.
