I have been thinking of this lately, that what if Emefiele is actually working for APC stakeholders as to make people believe that no politician is hoarding Naira, then, once APC is declared the winner, during Election Tribunal, no lawyer will be able to prove a point that there was votes buying since we all can see that Naira is seriously scarce to get.
