its harder to get Dssc as a recruit my guy! Nda isn’t as difficult to get! It’s as simple as knowing a colonel. With 5/6 phone calls, from parents to friends something will turn up
But you see that SSCE ehn! After passing out, I think it’s 6 years! She’d have to spend a total of 6 years before she can be allowed to further studies! And that’s if you get permission! Then going to school, finishing and now coming back to want to run Dssc! Think about the age requirement! Let her just try nda! She might get lucky Cos she’s a female cadet! She might get shortlisted! But she should just apply navy or air force

Na that kind decemver 31st time una support dey come here kom dey beg for past question. I no be God o and nothing wey God no fit do. Them fit even call una tomorrow morning. I've got questions that I'll be glad if it is answered (experience can be cited)

1...Is there chance that the NYSC discharge Certificate is overlooked during screening or even eventual training ( I've got a friend that made the last two course, dude wasn't done serving NYSC then, and he was shortlisted, he made it pass screening,and to training even POP. when I asked how far, dude gave me that normal ''na God do am OH'' line ...as if na devil de do am before ),imagine LOL

I don't want to mention the course for security reasons

Even though I know it's a strong criteria ,plz I'll like to know if there's chance it is waived without strong connect either for MS or screening ground

2. I've Got a visible brown plaque (like burnt not up to 1/4 of the tooth) on my front tooth
Not cracked, not broken, Not painful, not even when hit
Do u think that's a challenge that can lead to disqualification?

A friend also made the dssc air force....the NYSC cert was overlook during screening.... eventually she made it to final shortlisting....after 2 month in training..... She was replaced by strong cadet....

NOTE: she is not the only cadet without nysc....but base on no godfatherism...she was sent packing.

In the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, our top priority is the wellbeing of our country and community.

We are monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are continuing to follow the latest Government advice.

To keep everyone as safe as possible, we have decided to put on hold our recruitment process but all shortlisted applications remain ‘live’.

In view of this, it has become necessary to state firstly, that the NSCDC is not currently conducting any form of interview, training or screening.

Whenever such an exercise is imminent, members of the public would be duly informed through the NSCDC official website, National dailies as well as on our official social media handles.’

Furthermore, the NSCDC recruitment process is devoid of recruitment agents, hence anyone who claims to be operating in such capacity on behalf of the Corps is a fraudster.

The Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu wishes to advise prospective applicants to promptly report anyone who solicits for payments for recruitment into the Corps to the nearest NSCDC formations.

oooops!!!!!! They will require you to also fill in your NYSC certificate number, and you won't want to forge anything because that one fit lead person to prison.

He surely wud HV gotten it bfor screening nah...if not...he should forget it....abt nysc certificate number.....na still same paroll.......

Note: any means for u to get shortlisted.....plz do....but wen u get to screening....all documents should be set....as in intact

Short service can be in education...SSC can be in medical...SSC can also be in legal.....but for Islamic affairs and chaplain..... Have not seen at all.
