If u no ready render help, no even bother.
I have pictures of our messages from day one. Evidence of the first rent I transferred to him and evidence of paying agency fee to John. I also have voice calls and SMS of Dan begging me for more time to pay my money and because he started dribbling us is why I came to social media and he paid 150k then paid another 50k after the Nairaland post. Only for people to call me tonight that he is writing this about me.

John eventually called himself out of the deal saying he didn't know the house was illegal... (a friend of his told me he warned him though). Anyway in all Daniel has paid the money more than halfway and if not for my friends and family that pulled a social media call, he wouldn't have returned the money rendering one homeless because of his carelessness. I'm sure he has learnt his lessons and do should we all do. Don't pay to a caretaker if you've not heard or met the Landlord most times. The house could be in court or sold self. Don't be a victim people. Alot of abuja residents are crying everyday because of cases like this. But it is well

I need you to help Abuja residents by warning them about 3They rent out sold houses or illegal houses or even sell them thereby making their customers victims of homelessness without feeling sorry about their actions. The police has got nothing on them as a hardened criminal with records in 2013,it's even onThey're owing a lady her rent For putting her in an illegal house and she asked them for 6 months refund of 250k including 25k legal fee which Dan has refused to pay. He eventually paid a month later with 150k out of 275k saying the girl left the house with a particular Ac installed in the house. Meanwhile the day the original Landlord came to eject the tenants in the house he did so with police and area boys damaging things but Dan didn't show up because he knew he had duped her by giving her an illegal house.
He then assumed that the girl moved out of the house with the AC he installed before renting it to her. If he loved this AC so much why didn't he come when the police where throwing out things on court order ? He has refused to pay this girl and has rendered her and othwr tenants homeless without pity demanding for his useless Ac. He his just evil
Please find attached his picture and expose this evil guy.
Hopefully you can save others from being duped .
Please find attached a link of one of his criminal records in the past.

I'm a guy of 28 years but I have a serious problem.
Throughout my life I have never been in any 'serious' relationship. Although I have had couple of relationships in the past but most of them fizzled out just like that. In fact, few girls that I have been with were never committed.

I must say that I'm introverted, so I have only been into few relationships.

But that aside, I just realised that most girls that I have wasted my time with; were nothing to write home about. And I find it very hard pretending to be in a relationship that isn't heading anywhere.

My own case is just simple, once I discover that a girl is neither truthful nor committed, I will just quit the friendship.

I'm the kind of person that can't date two ladies at the same time. This makes me to always be out of relationship for long before I could find another.

My friends do call me pastor because once in a relationship with any girl, I can never enter into another.
But my only problem now is how to know and meet a very nice lady. A lady who is sincere. A lady that is dependable. A lady that has conscience.

The last girl that I broke up with was so terrible that I am now even scared to approach any other lady. I don't want to waste another part of my life in an unserious relationship. It weighs me down.

Guys please i need advice.
How do I get to meet a good girl?
What signs should I look for? What will the body language look like?
Please I need sincere advice.
.
I wish I can have the nerves to post something like this too huh

adults in love are joined together to become husband and wife (or wife and wife cheesy). It's also an avenue for family and friends of the couple to celebrate the new union.

Therefore, would you prefer to have a small guest list (i.e. 50 or less), moderate list (greater than 50, less than 100), or a large guest list (over 100 guests)?

Ithappened to two of my friends but lem me talk about one..

Their relationship started this time last 5years. When this my girlfriend was just in her under 20's. So this guy came to her when he had nothing. Though it took this my gf time to actually accept him. Then I would advice her to at least date when she turns 20 at least to know a lot about relationship but due to her love for the guy she accepted him.

Then the guy graduated from university and luckily for him he went for his NYSC shortly when my gf accepted his proposal.. Then this guy would visit her without giving her anything, they were loved up and she was cool with it..she loved him so much that nothing about him pisses her off..

hmmm, so many times this my gf would go to visit him but because he doesn't have money she would transport herself...the guy then loved her.. Maybe because he was still broke.. I would then ask this bae if she cheats on him but she would say no, even to the extend that she doesn't club or do any social stuff because of his guy, she prays and encouraged him.

Fast forward to this time last year, the guy started making money ..bought cars and started building ..he has many investments.

Just last two months she called and was crying that the guy had broken up with her and I was like ...please calm down and tell me what transpired. .she said that the guy chatted her up to tell her that he likes light skinned ladies...and that he doesn't love her enough to marry her because of her skin colour..

I called the supposed bf and the guy was actually telling me he Will cheat on her if he eventually marries her...but this bae suffered with him all this while for 4years and he didn't notice her dark colour until he started making money.
I'm a living witness. ..smh

Hi Guys.
I'm planning for a week vacation in Dubai (first timer) and i need experienced people's idea on how to arrange for tourists sites visitations.

Alternatively would be to use some of the tour packages advertised in Nigeria, which is supposed to take care of arranging the various tourists sites trips, but i checked out the hotels they use and discovered they are mostly 3*** with small rooms and poor amenities. They don't have much pleasant reviews on trip advisor by previous occupants.

I would like to stay in at least a 4**** hotel with top notch amenities and i've seen some that i really like via bookings.com, my challenge now is how to get the sites visitations when i arrive there on my own.

Kindly drop ides for;
1. If i arrive on my own, what are the best options to use in arranging site visitations?

2. I'll like to visit sites like the Gold Souk or Dubai Mall for shopping, the Burj Khalifa building, Dow Cruise, Desert Safari, etc...

3. What are the best rates?
Hello did you get any reply?

I was with some of my friends at the weekend and we had an argument that its not ideal you buy a car first without having at least a landed property or a house. According to the Yorubas, it's been said that cars make you spend and it accumulates expenses while land, cars are all assets..

This makes us to ask, when did you buy your first car? Did you believe in the saying that cars are money wasters? How has your car affect your life or business in anyway.

It's weekend and we just want to freestyle..

RomanceRe: Secrets Of Women That Men Should Know by dammysel(f): 9:21am On Jul 09, 2017
Nairalandsss:
Most of the men are not yet aware of the secrets of women. Women are mysterious and enigmatic and men can never understand them fully. If a man thinks that he knows all the secrets of a girl, then he is mistaken as women are not what they are on the surface but they are a lot more than that.Women tend to get into their masculine side when they undergo terrible stress and men tend to embrace their feminine sides when they are traumatised. Here are some secrets of women that men should know.

Secrets of women that men should know are:

1.They Love Women Too: They love to watch other stylish women who carry themselves well. Sometimes, they tend to have a crush on such women.

2.They Too Stalk: In a recent survey, women claimed that most of them stalk their ex boyfriends but of course not due to love. They gave a different reason; they want to see ex boyfriends settling down with ugly wives.

3.They Watch Porn: Women watch a lot of such videos and pictures though they don’t admit it.

4.They Play With Their Bodies: Just like men, even women do play with their bodies when they are alone and bored.

5.When They’re Alone: When a woman is all alone at home and when nobody is watching, she would love to do the weirdest things possible like dancing with no clothes on etc.

6.They Secretly Envy Men: Some women who hate pregnancy and other pains of being a woman tend to envy men for their seemingly free lives.

7.They Love To Know About Your Secrets : If given a chance, women would love to know about the secrets of men.

8.They Love Gifts: Even if a woman says no to gifts, you can go ahead and give her expensive stuff. She really loves them.

9.They Treasure Love Letters: Though she rejects your love, she still treasures your love letters for her entire life as they give her a ‘high’. Women love the feeling of being loved.

10.Take Long Showers: Some women love long showers for another reason. They hate doing other stuff like taking care of the kids or husband etc.

11.They Love Mirrors: Women spend a lot of time in front of the mirror. They carefully browse through the minutest details of their bodies in order to look perfect.

12.They Obsessively Think About The Past: If you have had a quarrel with her a month ago, then she must be thinking about it even now.

13.Shopping: They love shopping but would never like to admit that. This is one of the secrets of women that all men know.

14.They Crave For Attention: Though they react as if they hate unwanted attention, women do love to be texted, kissed, hugged and pampered but of course by their loved ones.

15.Hormones: Sometimes, they can go entirely crazy….entirely…. But that could be due to their hormones.

These are the secrets of women that men should know.

Hi, i'v been in a state for the past couple of months and i am wondering if others have ever been through it.

I was a 20 year old in my final year and there was this wonderful guy who was crazy about me. He was nice, sweet, caring, selfless and Godly but.... at the time, i thought i was too young and wasnt ready for a serious relationship and he was.
He was a few years older, also in his final year and was very serious about me. I didnt want to be married too young to my first boyfriend so i lied to him about having another boyfriend sad which i didnt have. He was hurt but he let things be, i later confessed to him when we graduated but he didnt trust me anymore and i let things be. Years have passed and i have met cuter, richer, more intelligent guys but no one has cared about me as selflessly as he did. Now, i find myself thinking what if?
Who knows, i might not be happier or as fulfilled but a part of me wishes i had given him a chance, you know? So share your own stories....
Something similar. ...happened to me too...in my case I had a boyfriend tho. The Idiot boyfriend started cheating on me with his colleague...choi I wish I had given Johnson a chance to be boyfriend number 2... it's all good sha...E go be smiley
RomanceRe: Nigerian Men Need To Understand That Some Women Have Financial Standards. by dammysel(f): 11:37pm On Jul 01, 2017
One thing I have realized from reading comments on this website is that a lot of men do not understand that some women have certain financial standards when it comes to dating, and nothing can make them lower those standards. So guys, when a lady says she can't date a broke guy, try to first ruminate on the information I want to pass across before deciding to label her with derogatory appellations.

When I say some ladies, this "some" constitutes a certain category of ladies. This category includes ladies who are ambitious, hardworking and goal oriented. They are aren't idle or ignorant. They are intelligent, well informed and most times are financially bouyant. These are the kind of women I am categorically referring to. If this kind of woman says she can't date a broke guy, then she is justified in making such statement, and any guy who insults her for making such statement or tries to refute her statement with the kind of pathetic comments I read here, is indeed pathetic.

How does anyone expect a woman who is working towards being financially successful and expending time and energy towards this goal, to settle for some guy who earns WAY less than she does? How can a financially ambitious woman lower her standards and spend years waiting for some guy "who has potential" to make it? Let me unpack this last statement because it's a bit radioactive. There are different gradations of potential and that's why I used quotation marks. There are men who have an education that confers a high competitive advantage in the job market, or skills that can catapult them to high rungs on the financial ladder. If a financially ambitious woman meets this kind of guy and he is working hard everyday to become financially stable and secure, then she can lower her standards a bit and grind with him, but only for a while. If after few months or years and this guy isn't making any progress and she decides to go, no one should blame her. Maybe the guy isn't smart enough or isn't just lucky enough. She has the right to leave him and find someone who is financially compatible with her. Yes.
But this only applies to men who have real potential, not some guy who just has a degree or skills and isn't taking diligent steps to improve his finances.

What most guys don't realize is that being broke or just having enough money to subsist, are indicative of certain traits women in general aren't attracted to. Traits like laziness, unintelligence, lack of ambition, bad luck, and a lack of good education. It's not the fault of a financially ambitious woman who is financially bouyant herself if she doesn't want to mingle with broke people, let alone date them.

Instead of dating a guy that has good qualities, the kind of women I am referring to would rather find financially bouyant and ambitious men like themselves, and then proceed to look for these good qualities. And YES they are justified in doing that. Abi is it only broke guys that have good qualities?

Lastly, if any guy is asking out women who don't fall into the category of women I am referring to, then such guy has low standards and deserves the rejection he is receiving from his fellow broke girl.
God bless you plenty for us....

RomanceRe: 3 Crucial Reasons Why You Are Still Single To Stupor by dammysel(f): 12:00pm On May 31, 2017
PalmchatApp:
Do you ever wonder why you are still single even when so many people are getting married, engaged or finding a new lover? well the reasons are not far fetched. Instead of worrying your head over why you are still single, just think of any of these you have not gotten right.

1.Your attitude- So many ladies, guys, are still single simply because they have refused to act right. Wrong attitudes towards people around them. You can't go far with a wrong attitude. The way you talk to people or treat people goes a long way to tell who you are and how you attract people towards you. It could be laziness, pride and so on.

2.Attachment to past- So many people have gotten so comfortable with singleness. Sometimes, people prefer to stay single when they remember that one person did them wrong or the relationship that left them unstable. Some people still carry past hurts, confusions around that it becomes uncomfortable moving on. You are still attached to your ex and it seems impossible going for someone else.

3. You love being single- Most times, people are so comfortable with being single. they love the freedom that comes with it. There is no validation from anyone, everything just feels perfect. There is no worry about who is cheating on who. It just feels perfect.

include your own reason why you love being single.
Rara....this isn't true....
Jobs/VacanciesRe: When You Eventually Get That Dream Job by dammysel(f): 7:44pm On May 30, 2017
austinosita:
When you eventually get that dream job:

1. Don't tell the world:

Don't start broadcasting it "upandan" because you do not know who wants you to rise or who wants your downfall. people enjoy pulling people down in Nigeria. They enjoy to see you sad, lack and beg. Witches, wizards and wicked people everywhere! Ride the success quietly and keep your mouth shut. Tell only your closest and trusted family members and friends.

2. Don't get involved in office politics:

Don't join them in office politics. don't gossip about any of your colleagues or your boss. Don't join any gossip group. Don't try to do or show any "eye service" in the presence of your boss. Don't show your colleagues in any way, that you're better off. They can play that politics on you, set u up and get you sacked.
Just do your job diligently, mind your own business, be lively, hardworking and work conscientiously.
Don't over do, respect your colleagues.....including the cleaners and drivers.
Don't ever under estimate or look down on anyone in lower position.

3. Don't live extravagantly:

Don't start living large because you earn well. Buying all sorts of expensive things like flashy cars, expensive cloths and shoes, living in an expensive apartment......especially when you're still single.
Showing off and "denge posing" upandan! undecided
Dress simple(not expensive) and clean.
Use the company bus instead. But if u must buy a car, then buy a simple car(not expensive)......"so they will not chuk eye on your bodi" cheesy

4. Save and Invest:

Cultivate the habit of saving and investing. Open an account that will enable you save for the next 5 years without withdrawing. Invest in real estate.
Buy land "plenty". It appreciates over time, not like car that depreciates. You would be surprised how much it will cost in the next 5/10 years.
Build houses for lease and rent. Invest in treasury bills. Gone are the days when we invest on shares......I don't even know what is happening to this aspect of the economy for now, so I won't advice this.
Invest in agriculture......build a poultry, fish pond, etc

5. Don't show off or taunt people:

Don't Brag or taunt anybody with your success.
A TV personality "joy isi bewaji", once wrote:

"For the black man, it is not just money and success.......it is the delight in humiliating another black man.

A black man doesn't want to be successful if it will not allow him show off. We can't comprehend quiet success. It has to be boisterous, vain and condescending to others.

One step from point A to point B, the black man looks around to see who he can taunt with success".

Now I guess this is where they coined out: "pepper dem gang"! cheesy

6. Pay your tithe and be charitable:

Don't fail to pay your tithe and don't stop helping people, especially the poor and the less privileged around you.
Help your brothers and sisters in need, practise charity. Give to the poor, help the needy. Though be very careful, because some wicked people can use it diabolically against you!
Watch keenly who you give your money to........"ki wọn ma lọ fi owo e si inu igba aiye (make dem no go put your money inside diabolic calabash) cheesy
Your enemy wee just be surprised how he spends anyhow and how money vanishes! Abracadabra grin
Infact, I'm still skeptical about being a victim of this cry but God pass them smiley

7. Finally, live a responsible life.

Get involved in a "healthy" relationship and settle down(get married), have kids. Set up a business for your wife....if she's not the working class type. Though I will advice you marry someone working, but love should matter more. If she's not working and you have the means......set up a good business for her.
Don't go clubbing always. Don't go drinking, smoking and womanising. Respect your wife, your home and protect the sanctity of your marriage.
I am not against drinking and hanging out with friends once a while, but do it with sense........the same friends you drink with, will desert you when you fall.
Don't drink and drive. Drive safely, to save your life and the lives of other road users. Don't drink to get drunk. Save your life for those who love you and need you in their lives!

#live responsibly
#Eat well
#Work out
#Burn fat
#Play
#Reduce calories
#Love God
#Love your neighbour as "you love yourself"
#be at peace with everybody

NB: Even the "undream" job sef nor dey gree come again, let alone the dream one grin grin
God bless you
