Pharoh:

Thanks for your comment, we will surely keep it going and even though am not too disposed to stuffs like this but i just have to come out because of my pals.

I followed your game too with bolu and looking forward to you playing another game because stuffs like this is meant for people like you while we take the viewers seat as usual cool. Well am somewhere in suomi and lagos nigeria at any point in time.

Bros,

We just try to create and enjoy fun on here. I love the way you are being open to the two ladies for fairness and equality while still trying to be romantic.

Anytime you are in 9ja, lets know. Let us welcome you home with some Naija trips. I'm always in Lagos except for official trips once in a while.

So, what time does the game continue?

Thank God we are back from the holidays. Compliments every one.

To Pharoh, Efe and ID..

Even though you guys took a while to get this rolling, it seems to be starting nicely. I already see ID in trouble. Her character here is completely different from her persona on NL. I wonder how badosky would be able to cope with being a loving and convincing wife and mother. We shall see..

Efe seems to be in total control at the moment. I'm feeling your creativity already, but watch out, its badosky you are competing with here ooo and from past records, she can always snatch a late winner.

By the way, which country do your characters live in? I can see snow and hailing street cabs on your posts. That's definitely not Naija.

Keep it coming guys...
Sports / Re: Player Rating: Nigeria Vs Burkina Faso by dammytex: 11:02am On Jan 22, 2013
My own is simple sha...

Judging from where we are coming from with the performances of the Super Eagles in the recent past, I think last night's match wasn't that bad. They looked a little bit cohesive especially the attack department. If this team is kept, with Mikel being the captain and expelling Yobo, I think they've got a better chance in the future. Echiejile must "up" his game and Moses should be interchanged with Musa while Uche gets to come on in the 2nd half. Obiora, Onazi and Ogude should fielded based on current form also.

To me sha, the team wasn't that bad. Playing together overtime would surely make them better and stronger. I even enjoyed the game sef. In the 1st half, I was impressed with the touches and style on the ball from the super eagles. Except for Ogude's roughness, their game looked clean.

Let's hope they improve against Zambia.

The first picture is LAUTECH Senate Building.

Ibadan seem to be looking up a bit. The pics I see here make the city look neat as against my belief of Ibadan being unkempt.
And how is that overhead bridge at Mokola roundabout? Is it completed now?

luvable sam: i tot they were extinct, well for me i wud rather not wear a singlet cos i guess they wud be crudely uncomfortable..

A tucked in formal shirt without singlet does not feel too smooth. A net singlet gives a well aerated underlay on a sunny atmosphere.

Not sure about Heart companion song...

but I do like some breakup songs

Whitney's "why does it hurt so bad"
Celine's "why o why"
Luther Vandross' "once were lovers and apologize"
Usher's "separated"
Toni Braxton's "yesterday"
Shola Ama's "this time next year"
Monica's version of "right here waiting for you"

Shollypopz: 1.) Big tummy

2.) Faking the American accent *if I should talk on this issue ehn....*

3.) Flashy designers (Gucci belt, Gucci wristwatch, Gucci shoe, Gucci shirt, everything na Gucci!!) *God forbid*!!

4.) If u're not Dangote or Adenuga, pls Nigerian guys save me d bullsh1t on how rich u are.....I'm not looking for anyone 2 take care of me!!

5.) Not giving me an opportunity to talk in a conversation, over sabi guys. Na them dey hold the conversation on their own.

6.) Extremely sensitive guys!! Jesus Christ of Nazareth, these are the most annoying set of guys alive and they always put up the "I'm tough" act ....Fvcking P*ssy a*ss niggas!!

7.) Trying to say something Nigerian/African when I tell you I'm Nigerian. Be yourself, saying "how far" or "I have a Nigerian friend" or "my roommate is Ghanaian" doesn't give u any point in my book!

8.) If u walk up to me sagging, in snap back hats, ear rings and over size t-shirt....I'm going to TB Joshua's church for prayers. Iyanma!

9.) If you have hair on your chest as a guy, pls cover that sh1t!! Button up or smthn and stop torturing the rest of the world with that disgusting sight..... eeww, so not cute!

I actually do not think point 7 is that bad, especially when you live in a country where you see only a few Africans/Nigerians around.

Romance / Re: Are Guys Scared Of Dating Or Marrying Working-Class Ladies? by dammytex: 12:10pm On Jan 15, 2013
I want to believe your definition of "working class ladies" would be women that are professionals or women with their careers rolling.

Still, you are very wrong.

Maybe you need to relocate to Lagos. These days, our guys are seriously going out for ladies that will cushion the intensity of their expenditures...

masterpiecer: Mix feelings;
1st is rage, on tthe sight that you car got scratched and that would make spend some money on repair.
But after that come the feeling of great affection that your kids realise how much you mean to them and they wanted to let you know but as children would always be michievious, they showed in a rather awkward but most odd way. Damn d car, its got a price but their affection is priceless kiss

How are you sure he wants commitments? How long has he been in SA? How long does he have left?

I once stayed in J'burg for a while and a lot of SA ladies always want to marry 9ja guys even when they talk them down. But the fact is; some guys probably have other emotional commitments back home.

Ask him exactly why he likes you and why he's dating you.
Just make sure it's not for sexua.l benefits only.

vizboy: Well the fact is fifa gave it to messi but to me ronaldo is the best just my personal opinion. If fifa know these was not bais they would have put it online for all football loving fans to vote just like goal.com does rather than allowing just a few bias coach and players to vote

And what do you think would happen when all the football fans in China vote for only one player? Do you think it would still be fair?
Nairaland / General / Re: Seun: What Are The Guidelines For Banning Someone by dammytex: 4:05pm On Jan 08, 2013
I personally think derailing should only attract hiding of posts unless it becomes consistent after warning.

The truth of the matter is; if we are going to be enjoying NL, especially Romance section, we have to derail on some topics at some points. That's the fun that comes with the forum although I believe we must be matured about it.

But then why the @op sef come dey lament? grin grin grin grin
