Dokubo,you cant say is a scam..for them not to be able to speak english is not new..for example here in tanzania they use swahili to teach all subject including english..but if the exam will come is always in English so wat are we now saying ?also samething can apply to them..and thats hausa for you they cherish thier mother tongue..so most of them are not intrested in English..

We are serving them,they are collecting my salary with thére pension while still serving them..
