But that being said; When one decides to become 'public' figure, then one has automatically ceased to remain private. Private Citizens can stop intrusions, but public citizens are what they are; Public. And must entertain all baggage associated with 'earning public money'.

There is a better way to communicate it than stating if you are reading a book or eating, you will not entertain anyone who did not get an appointment for a visit. It will sound better saying 'Please get an appointment before showing up as you have so much visitors and even personal family issues to handle at certain times. It is called Allocation of Resources such as Time.
