Zenith tried but it was bounced bank from head office, claimed that i cannot use Form A to transfer into individual account name, and Access Bank said its not possible. I had to open a Dorm account for my transfer.

Form A like seriously? Are you paying a tuition fee? Because i will be soo surprised if it works to fund blocked accont, as i tried 2different banks and they both told me Form A is not possible. Please give update if its successful.

Please the question I want to ask as regards to the form A..........if my account is funded in naira ....and I transfer to the the recipient account details...will the recipient recieve the money in Euro or the recipient will do the Conversion rate by them self.......becus i make some few enquiries from my bank today and I was given the required documents to come along with when I want to perform the transaction.....and besides they told me the exchange rate conversion will be based on the Actual CBN current exchange rate ......but the question I forgot to ask them was if it would be changed here in Nigeria or it would be paid in Naira and the recipient will do the conversion themselves ...........so please gurus does that have done the Form A ....how did it go with urs ......becus i opened by block account With X-patrio..........please I need answer's ....please

Find an organization around you where your school can send it to but tell your school to make it “To whom it may concern” so that you can use it for different schools and also for future purpose. That was what i did anyways. #EnglishProfi

Find a company in Nigeria and tell your school to send your transcript to the company’s address with the receiver’s name within the company.

your original documents are already certified copies providing it has the school seal/stamp/signature. you need to certify your photocopies each and everyone of em needed for application. certification can be done by a federal high court, a notary public(lawyer) or at the German embassy. note that some schools don't accept mere stamps, they prefer a seal. double check the school requirements about certification and if you reside in Lagos, u can use the German embassy, certification is for free for 3 sets of copies.

Please anyone, about attestation. Is it my original documents like my Degree certificate, transcripts etc that should be attested or the photocopies?

Also, can the attestation be done in any Federal High Court, Akure? Instead of traveling down to Lagos.

To my knowledge, i don’t think it’s possible. Because, since i selected lagos for the interview, it gave me only 2 pickup locations option within Lagos.

Hello all, Is it possible for one to book an appointment before filling out the DS-160 form, i asked because i can see on this thread that appointment has gotten to Jan. The event i want to attend is February and i just started reading this thread from part1. I don't want to hurriedly fill out the DS160 since part of their decision is based on what is submitted to them, so i want to know if i can book an appointment while i take my time to fill out the form after getting required information.

Also, is it possible to pay the visa fee online or have someone pay on your behalf?

Yes!
Just fill the first 2 pages of the DS160 for you to have the Number, so you can go ahead and use the number to book appointment. Thats what i did anyways.

I think you are rite on your view, I planned to carry the baby but she refused, the vo on window 5 was actually watching our drama from the mirror set at the corner
When it was our turn to move to window 9, the vo at window 5 hurriedly discharged the guy he was attending to and forced us to move to his window
The security lady was like " but Y, they are expected to move to window 9 thru her body language"
My wife was actually struggling with our baby while I was holding the 3 passport and some other document
The vo intensionally denied us bcus of my action.

Don’t feel dejected by that, you only tried your luck as we all know that its 50/50. So just happily switch to your plan B.

Well, to me, I'm thinking the VO feels your wife is pregnant and you're using the 2YEARS old baby as a cover up. But, what were you carrying as your wife carried the baby? The Vo was just super sensitive about your appearance as a family. (Just my view).

2. Yes, you do have a chance of admission. Hope your CGP is not below 3.0/5.0.

3. I don't think the embassy is so concerned about your grades as far as you have been offered admission.

Ok now I’m ready and PLEASE!!! I humbly need to understand some points.

1. I only have NECO result, hope this doesn’t matter for applying to a university.
2. Only 3years out of 4 was recorded in my transcript been that i entered the university through direct entry, Do i have a chance of admission?
3. Hope these 2 highlights wont have any adverse effects on Visa processing.

If you are about to go for authentication at UAE embassy, wait until next week before coming to Abuja. The change in dollar of forex policy in Nigeria create changes in dirham at the office today.

They asked people that want to submit to call one number before coming back to their office. The secretary told them the consular asked him to hold-on until he knows the exchange rate.

I will try and get the number before tonight.

So how far now? Any way out yet??

Ur sis in law will google gynea in toronto esp thebones that have offices close to her and book an apointment when thrme time comes . Drs have offices outside of the hospital, thats how it is here

Ok Ma'am.. Coming for birth process is medical visa right? And if we don't state that she's going for birth process is just the visit short term visa and might change mind once there?

Now if we don't come out clear now that she coming for birth process, won't X-ray be required at medicals ? cos I read it here that it affects pregnancy.

Simply asking what kind of visa is best for her situation (Early Second Trimester).

You dont have to come with your wife. When the baby is born, she will go to canada passport office in person to apply for baby's passport. Since you wont be present, she will be given a file no and you will be asked to go to Canada consult officeeither in lagos or abj. There, u will have something to sign just for them to make sure you are the father of the baby. You will have to go with an ID, preferably international passport. Once signed, the form will be faxed bk to the Passport office in toronto nd babys passport wikk be issused. Note, ur wife has to call them bk to make sure the signed form is bk to them. I know alot of people who has done this including me when i had my first child .

Your sis inlaw can help. There is nothing much for her to do anywayz other than maybe help her sister to book an appointment and give her the apointment details, drs name, no and addy . Since u say shes in Toro to, dr Grace is the best option. If her sister lives off campus then theres nothing wrong in staying with her .

Is it a must I travel with my wife to Canada to give birth? I read something in this forum that says "both parent will sign", and if in case I don't go, I hope it's not that it will now block my chances on going there in future if she should go alone. I have no travel history and neither does she have.

Secondly, my InLaw (Her Sibling) is an undergraduate in Toronto, 20yrs old.. Can we rely on her for the run around or as a claim that we have relative there to stay with.. In short, am a complete novice On this, I need your step by step guidance to start the processing.

I don't think anyone processed their visa themselves Dubaivisa.net and airlines can't give u 3months visa assuming that's wat u need. Even if they do you have to book hotel accommodation from them for the 90days which would defeat its purpose. Also u don't need account statement.
