Afenifere is weak, they are not the old Afenifere and it will be hard for them to front for the SW. They don't have any power in the West to bargain for the Yorubas.

Ohanezes also don't seems to have the power. Your governors are the one that still have some power to effect changes but I am not sure if they can come together to push for something of such. Having a leader sometimes is good because it will be very easy to rally people for a common good.
