Giannakopoulos: Is that all you had to say?.You are not a participant, why does it bother you? Why are you bothering yourself quoting the person. Just ignore such people while we are busy making money. I don't understand what their headache is? I am not using their money. If I decide to spend a million naira in a club instead of MMM, how does it concern them. Let them face front instead of trying to swallow panadol for another person's headache. |

btaliat: you ar not missin anytin referral bonus has formular (old ph-ur gh+new ph) *0.1 Netcontactsng1:
You will get the bonus from each referral’s new contribution, but only for “new” money. For example, if he provides assistance of 10000 NGN, you will get 1000-NGN bonus. If after that the participant takes out 15000 NGN and then provided assistance of 20000 NGN, the bonus will be credited only for input/output difference i.e. for 15000 NGN (10000-15000+20000=15000). In total the bonus will make up 1500 NGN, but not 2000 NGN.
Now tell your sister to do this: Make a PH of 1.8M after a minute, make another PH of 1.8M, after a minute again, let her cancel her first PH of 1.8m. Now check your referral bonus.
More MMM tips: WhatsApp 8 1 3.2 2 0.5304 Thank you all so much. It worked like magic. Information is knowledge and Knowledge is more money. |

fellis: Well it's up to you. If you withdraw it today you get only 14% interest of the money you provided. If you wait thirty days then you get full 30% interest that is the intended interest for participants. If you wait longer than thirty days, you stand the risk of getting blocked.
Many guiders these days are only interested in money. Your guider is supposed to explain all this to you before registering you under his name. Please I referred my cousin and she invested 1.8 mil. This gave me a bonus of 180k dat was mavroed and it came to 200 and something thousand. Due to the cbn and HOR threats, she and I chickened out after 2 weeks. Since the dust has settled, she decided to PH again with same sum of 1.8 mil. However, I am not given 180k in referral, instead , I have N143,800. She has cancelled her PH help several times in the hope that the system will correct this anomaly but it isn't. Is dere something I am missing? |

arlomah: hi @usbcable, thanks for this comment. Kindly share the name of the street and the location, i will surely visit for investigations. I did same at Erejuwa Makoko after the road collapsed three days after official commissioning. Same was done in Ikorodu-Itokin road too. Thanks as i await your response. The highly publicised Ologolo road (opposite agungi, Lekki) was done half way. It serves none of the three communities in the vicinity directly. Of what use is a road when the main communities in the area cannot access the road due to incomplete works? The motorable part of the road was what government did. Thus making the other part of the road worse off. We have started contributing money to pour rubbles so that we can manage to drive over it. I must confess that I was so happy about the Ologolo road project but cannot say same at this moment. Please come to our aid. |

fifty: OP you are indeed a funny character..
You Nigerians will never cease to amaze me. It almost seems to me like lots of you really pray and wish so hard that MMM will crash even tonight. But here's a shocker.
1) MMM has legal grounds on its operations 2) The owner and founder is already a billionaire in euros and doesnt need your money. 3) Super Admins? Really?? Hilarious... Too many spy/sci fi movies my friend. You participate with your spare cash and its not mandatory. You are a member and yet U call it scam? pls give all the proceeds u have made so far to the poor. U may choose to not believe it, but MMM works by participant to participant, nothing more - nothing less. Making money mustnt be stressful before u believe it, we are in the 21st century. 4) MMM has been working for years in many countries and will keep working in many countries. MMM is 1year tmrw. |

Properties › Re: Building A Shopping Mall by danowena: 2:48pm On Oct 03, 2016 |
adindril7: Hey Guys,
Im planning to build a shopping center on one acre of land and have no idea of how many shops can be built on it or what the structures would be, im pretty open to any ideas.
I was referred to a building contractor by a friend.. He gave me these pictures and he said he could be able to build this for 120Million naira ( First two pictures) [img][/img][img][/img]
During the course of our discussion, he also said he could be able to build 9 shops and 1 eatry on the site for 36 Million Naira.
He now sent me the plans of what he's proposing.
I also contacted another reputable construction company, they said they could be able to build 10 - 13 shops on the same land for between 65M - 85M, they've already done some projects for me which im impressed with.
Now im confused, i would be saving a huge amount of money if the building contractor handles it because what he's proposing is way lesser than the big construction company, but im a little bit concerned if he's only trying to scam me as i've never dealt with him before.
I dont know how to attach photos to this site, but the first and second pictures are what he said he could build for 100 Million naira.. The Third and fourth pictures are what he said he can build for 36 Million naira, please who do you think i should trust with this project. Im a Nigerian in abroad, i need to make a decision this week or next. Shimawa is a No-No in my opinion. Since you have this kind of money, why not take the advise of the poster I quoted below by buying an old building in a developed area (not necessarily shomolu), destroy/renovate it then rent it out. You can even do the sshopping complex in that area and it will surely be taken unlike shimawa. Unless shimawa is your home-town and you are feeling philanthropic to have a big building on display, don't try it abeg. kunletoks: I don't think shimawa is that developed to invest such amount in. if I were you, I would buy a building around Somolu which will cost about 10m to 12m, demolish and rebuild a 2 storey building of 6 flats. Somolu is like centre which is closer to ikeja, CMS, VI, surulere.
Rent in this area is high, a 3bedroom flat cost between 500k-600k and it's also well known as commercial printing area.
With this, you can make y money back in 10years or less.
Good bless Nigeria. |

Rip to the deceased. However the way some people cross the roads shows they deserve what hits them. Similarly, the way some people drive (especially truck and commercial vehicles) also indicates they deserve to be hung. It is well. |

rotecch77: Baba hajji,erico2k2,nl1960 and others, Thanks for your contributions, in building regulation, eletrical socket must be 3meter away from bath area, that is about 10ft ,except lighting which must be hang on ceiling, but today not everybody follow this, even few western world still fall victim of this ,I will post some pics of this later from European bathroom set up, on the case of this house as you can see many people have worked here before I came up for some correction and finishing, so the electrical is done but I dont condemned all fixtures here since that is how the owner want it to be and as I said I have seen it before also,if you look at the most bulb in the house you will see that its not that so well compatible with the finishing (low quality bulb) that is what the electrician did( if I start to change all things in the building hmmm ), but due to the economy situation in the country now the owner agreed with me to change all the lighting for her later Oga erico and hajji I hear say you be dangote friend pls sirs I beg follow your friend talk about the cement ooo Oga rotecck, if the owner wants it like that is understandable. However, you owe her the duty of care by standing ur ground that having that socket there is comparable to having a loaded gun with the safety off. That is just an accident waiting to happen. Later they will attribute it to the innocent witches in her village. Please block off and isolate that socket. Let her use an extension whenever she wants to shave. From ur pix,i deduced that someone has already moved in. |

I saw this on another thread. Very sad. I wonder how many millions have been made waste through this demolition exercise by LBS in Lagos This is the more reason it is wise to do your due deligence. Pay good lawyers to investigate ur land properly so you won't waste millions trying to save a few thousand naira.
