Because, the b r e a s t starts preparing milk as soon as you climb down your horse (you fornicator!)thus, activating or triggering the lactating hormones to produce milk ready for the baby and in the process, it enlarges/increases the size/weight of the b r e a s t and in doing so, stretches the skin that holds the b r e a s t in the natural, uplift position that you desire, and the final result is?

Your NOSE sags and drop down to your ankles, while you're here moaning!
