Many people would be surprised seeing a full grown man stab his mom and set her and himself ablaze. I'm not surprise, because if see the extent of drug use among young people in Nigeria you would know that something in this nature will continue to happen. What long term drug use does to your body is that it makes you to become partially mad, uncontrollable quick tempered and other abnormal behaviors. So if have a son, brother or any relative that is on drugs, you need to be very careful while talking or dealing with them to avoid some bizarre reaction from them like this, because they are not with their right senses. |

The police said that they are looking for the man to apprehend him, for what really, is he the one that force the girl to drink the poisonous substance or is't because he was the one that impregnated her. The girl is a fool for making attempt to take her own life for nothing, is she the only one or first person to conceive premaritally in that community? Since October last year, you have been running from ICPC, later you will start shouting witch-hunt in the court or wrongful detention. If you know that you are innocent why are running from investigation, present yourself and clear yourself of the allegations and you will be free. But most of them in public office in Nigeria are not clean that's why they run helterskelter each time there is investigation on them. |

No, president Buhari does not have a covenant with death, but he is incapacitated, sick, confused and senile. He lack the energy and strength to carry out his day to day activities as a president that is why he left most of his official duties to Aba Kiari and other members of his kitchen cabinets. I blamed the old woman's daughter, you can't keep a mentally challenged elderly woman of that age, on a four storey building with a porous balcony and not expect this type of disaster to happen. |

What I understand about the whole age controversy of the mother of Yahaya Bello is that, when the old woman was born her date was not recorded, her children just created a certain date and branded it Mama's age. With the pictures I'm seeing above the woman was between 75 to 80 years and not 101 years. |

So sad we lost such a brilliant and beautiful girl for nothing. It's a high time parents stop putting unnecessary pressure on their kids because of their failure in exams, because their is always room for improvement, encourage and praise them when they fail and also when they excel. By doing that you relief them of pressure that would later metamorphosed to depression then finally thinking of committing suicide. |

Between the son of the Igbo Nnamdi Kanu and the sons of Arewa the Almighty Bokoharam and the killer herdsmen, who has created division, destabilization, destruction in Nigeria that his people supposed not to be trusted with power? Everybody in Nigeria and all over the world know the answer. What I want Mr shettima to know is that, holding on to power by his people because of their good for nothing huge population is very important, but the more important things that the north needed are population control, youths empowerment and education. These northern youths are talking rubbish, it's just a year ago that they have an apple opportunity to change the incompetent president but failed to utilize it. Instead they were shouting "sai baba" and above all voted him overwhelmingly to the tune of about 90% of vote cast. So it's very hard for you to remove a king whom you have installed and have his feet cemented on the throne with just a declaration asking him to resign. You can do better in 2023 election, by electing a competent and performing leader above sentimental and non performing leader. |

I don't really blame Yaya Bello, I actually blame the poor electoral system that produced this good for nothing governor that is not even qualify to become a councilor not to talk of state governor. I'm not expecting him to talk bad against his tyrant political God father, because we all witnessed how they collaborated to manipulate his so called victory at the last governorship election. But what they failed to understand is that if you use force to snatch something from someone because you're more powerful than him, God will surely collect it back to the person at the right time. So he should enjoy his false victory as it lasts, but he will surely pay for the numerous blood he shed on the way to that charade called election if not here in the world, then life beyond. |

I don't know why God punish we black Africans with a lot of stupid and uncivilized leaders. If foreigners are the cause of fake goods that is in circulation in your country, why can't you put a law in place to takle it and any body that go against the law, you get them arrested then prosecuted. But instead of you to follow the civilized way, you went ahead to instigate your illiterate followers for mob action against the hard working foreigners. What those stupid South African leaders don't know is that by chasing out foreigners in their country, they are putting fear in mind of foreign investors that the country is not save. I don't know how these rusty and nunu filled brain northern leaders reason sometimes. How can you hold southeasterners responsible for a peaceful agitating IPOB, then exonerate the northerners of a blame, for a more daring, more deadly, more destructive and more separatist Boko Haram, bandits and herdsmen. So if there is any section of this country that need to be denied opportunity to govern this country because of their leaders inability to control their restive youths, it's the northerners.
