muykem: You don't dump evidences on the court. You prove your case in open before the judges. The evidences is to tell court how you arrived at your request.
We must agree those learned hands understand better
muykem: You don't understand how court operate. You can't ask court to review collation because you are suspecting foul play. It is your duty to review the process and come up with your findings as it affect the final results. Court can only agree with you or disagree.
Agree or disagree based on evidences. You're not seeing the reverse psychology here. The electoral papers are before the court as evidences to be examined. Lol! Those legal peeps get brain mhen!
alcuin: This is not the responsibility of the court. The court is usually a passive organization that makes decision based on the evidences tendered before it. It's the responsibility of the people before the court to do the legwork of finding evidences.
What did you think all those EC blabla was for? The court must examine the evidences right? Jackpot!
dboY1123: My previous post about a big school that called me for an Interview, Well I actually went there, did my test and when I was asked to come in for Micro Teaching where I was faced with Staff of the school and maybe the principal, I flopped and panicked heavily.
The fear was well written all over my face and I was just saying rubbish despite choosing to teach "Matter" as my topic. Immediately I came in and they asked for my name and few other questions before the micro teaching, my voice was already shaking as if I have never taught before in my life(they noticed and told me to calm down).
Although I am an introvert, I hardly face audience talk more of strangers and the quest to ensure that I performed, those things enveloped/swallowed me completely. I have never taught in such a big school before, I think my qualification was what made them approach me in the first place.
One of the staff kept throwing questions at me, I mean confusing questions just to know my depth of knowledge in the particular topic, and guess what? I flopped totally and became disorganized. But luckily, there was a man among the panel who gave me the option of coming back and prove myself that I am a qualified teacher as stated in my CV or I should take another topic I'm more comfortable with. So, I opted to leave and come back so I can regain my confidence.
Now, I have been given enough time to go and make research and convince them on Monday. How do I conquer that fear and what are the things they look so I can prepare hard. Thank you.
Buddy, shew a level of humble arrogance. Munch some bars of pride with subtle humility... See all of them as students... and constantly admit you're overly qualified.
Use blockades and distractions...find a song you like so much, keep it playing in your head!
Go beat the fear with courage... Practice every line before going, especially your introduction and start off line.
Start your class on a lighter note, probably a joke...and don't mind.
Lastly, the more you're inclined to winning the likely you are to panic. Don't give try to win, just do your best.
IconicR: Do not believe any man that talks too much, they lie through their noses. The marriage didn't work, simply go your separate ways. It's that simple
Believe a woman who drove a SUV to a waterfront and waited for people to come around before attempting to jump... Iconic R-etard?
muykem: Law is very clear, you can't get what you didn't expressly request from court.
No, it's you who didn't realize they requested that PEPT revisits results collation and factor who legitimately won. This is exactly why the case is tough to dismiss. He didn't make any claim, but requested a reevaluation of the process... That's a very clean way to demand justice.
Now, whomever truly won will be evident. Just present a flawless process and collation. Simple.
Ibibioman: I've been working in an Asian company since 2017, then my salary was 70k, but it fluctuates up and down currently I've been at 100k for the past 3 years or so.
Recently I was transferred to a village with no electricity and the salary remains the same.
I'm an engineering graduate from one of the top federal Universities in the south west.
Nevertheless, I've come to a stage where I'm considering business, given my set-aside capital of about 1million naira, and because of the Sunday to Sunday work schedule, I am considering quitting, inorder to start either a barbing shop, POS, or bike business .
Do you think it is a good idea?
Friend, I resigned to start a business in 2021. I was a fullstack engineer. Please, do not resign until you have crossed your t's.
I had backings... If you try it without backings, you will be shocked as to what the results could be.
If your initial setup would be funded within that 1m, please hold on. Setup the barbers shop first...learn the trade first...
Finally when you do resign, remember Rome wasn't built in a day. It may not look like Rome in 7yrs...
muykem: Peter Obi never tell court that he won the election. He doesn't have any case in the court that can warrant him to be declared as president. Even if court disqualify Tinubu, Atiku is the next on line because Peter Obi never challenged votes accredited to Atiku.
He was smarter and you only need to think a little. He only asked the tribunal to redo the counting and calculations... That's him asking for justice, not technicalities... Let PEPT come out and tell us the numbers tally... It's before them...
BrighterThanDay: My dear, it's painful because at the end of the day, you are leaving a toxic marriage but you don't have your family to fall back on because they wanted you to remain there. That can be a very lonely place. I feel after a breakup, this is the time for your parents and siblings to shower you with the most love, but this is not always the case, certain parents even see it as you bringing shame to the family, just because you put your emotional and physical well-being first.
I seem to understand you better than many people who have never had to deal with such closely. Quite a number of ladies are struggling to stay in bad homes just to keep their sanity with family.
Before marriage, I am beginning to insist that parents should adopt the investigation mode used by our forefathers.
Omicronvaccine: "I'm Very Disobedient": Emulating Yul Edochie, Blessing CEO Joins President Tinubu
Self-acclaimed relationship expert, Blessing Okoro, (a.k.a. Blessing CEO) said she has joined President Tinubu (a.k.a. Jagaban), IGBERETV reports.
Blessing stated this while reacting to actor Yul Edochie's social media post in which the actor declared full support for Nigeria's President Tinubu. In the post, Yul Edochie who wore a shirt with the inscription "RELAX, JAGABAN WILL FIX NIGERIA". He declared himself "Asiwaju Boy" and said he is praying for the president to succeed.
It would've mattered during campaign but now, all these shenanigans don't hold water. Even if the world desserts Obi, it doesn't change the tribunal outcomes.
Simply put, we only demand justice. Look into that records and tell Nigerians who truly won whilst ensuring every i's was dotted and t's cross..
I also hope that INEC would be probed if found partial and all culprits jailed.
Pacesetter123: Both spouses less than 30? 90% graduate male spouses marrying at below 30? What's the average age of graduating in Nigeria? Go for NYSC, come back, look for job,try to get established financially then think and prepare for marriage---do you know how long it takes? And you are talking about dat kind high percentage in male graduates marrying below 30 in 9ja. If you say female graduates, it's realistic. But male,no no!
I am not saying male don't graduate early and get married at that below 30 yrs of age,but the percentage you quoted is not realistic under Nigeria system.
The percentage of weddings I HAVE been to is what I quoted. My reality might not be applicable to all Nigerians.
biggest lie ever. That's prolly what you're exposed to. In fact, 90% of all wedding I've been to in the last 7yrs had been graduates...with both spouses less than 30.
I particularly became an advocate for early marriage recently.
AmotekunSW: I hope you now understand what I meant when I outlined the traits of a bastard you are displaying ?
You simply proved you're a bastard.
You're one of those who think name calling means shit, when it doesn't. However, I am letting you into the consciousness of definition of the term "intelligence" whilst citing you an instance of its deficiency as against what we had years ago.
ivolt: What lesson? This one is still living in fantasy. If Putin your god had a magical button to end the war, he would have press it long time ago.
I understand your position, you are prone to slavish obeisance just like the millions shipped from African shore.
I have been waiting for a long time to see one of you Putin ass licker come up with an intelligent defence. All your arguments boils down to: "Ukraine should surrender because Russia has nukes, Russia has bombs and the west colonize Africa blabla..."
What are you trying to say?
Learn a few things about argument and the ethics thereof. Have a blessed weekend.
AmotekunSW: Has he been AG for months? Why is LP begging Fagbemi to represent them? The same Fagbemi some demented Obidients were insulting when he beame AG. LP wants to use Fagbemi to intimidate the Judges sitting on Abia election petition.
...but southwest used to be intelligent. What happened..
ivolt: Not everybody fancy master-slave relationship like Africans.
Logic dictates that the one engaging in aggressive warfare is the one prolonging the war. The war could literarily end in a day, if the aggressor just pack up and go home.
Unfortunately for Russia propaganda or blackmail cannot win this war.
If logic never deemed the aggressive war as proxy and required to forestall impeding danger just as the US would've reacted, then it's apparently not logic enough to be deemed logic.
There's no need for the war to end if the lesson hasn't been thought and understood. Interesting enough, Russia has merely deployed about 2-8 modern weapons since the start of the military action, with Ukraine facing a ruin.
West ran out of sanctions already?? If F-16 was that powerful and Russia that weak, let the US push it's crew to Ukraine's defence..
The Master - Slave dictate here is West inclined as always and, thankfully there's a Russia.
We're always too quick to dance. More like when slave masters promise their 1000 slaves 3cups of rice. Half loaf to them was better than none, but they'll get none after all.
We need to ask questions... Canada paid citizens during COVID through national identity...
What's the yardstick...are we funding political saboteurs... What of those who are not civil servants? Can we be honest...
Or maybe it's Tinubu, we shouldn't ask questions... Let's just jubilate
I am just like an ant in the middle of a deep blue sea. I am building a startup just like the op. I am doing that single-handedly. Though things are going well but, the mental load is TOO MUCH. Not easy at all!
The social media app is a resourceful one, but bro I don't know if I will ever get a TRUSTWORTHY co-founder in nigeria. I am planing to launch the app by the end of this year. It's going to be great, as I have received feed back from people.
You can send me a mail if you can help engrchukwudum@gmail.com
Ikaeniyan0: Please carry all this senseless screenshot comot my front. On the article, the reporter went to meet Aboki and he wrote the price they were calling in the article, you're here showing me nonsense screenshot from the comfort of your hut in the red mud republic.
Not your fault, the word Parallel to you meant Aboki...I should've understood better dum.
