Every businessman knows surviving a business can be challenging. This is whether you're skilled or unskilled in the domain.

Starting a business is not dependent on how much you can pump in or how skilled you are particularly in that trade. Rather, your ability to make right decisions and manage resources.

What's your business plan like?
How much do you pay barbers?
Salary or deal?
Are you doing anything differently or special at your saloon?
How much was put into awareness?
How much do you cut?

These and many more questions are to be asked. Talk to managers who have scaled through hard times in business.

If you can't barb, you'll have to offer professional barbers quality package to retain them, as they're your primary assets.

First & foremost what I'm about to say here is about the strange body growth that attacked my left foot, above my left eye & most disturbing right now the bony protuberance on my forehead during my service year in Benin City in 2021, though the last in the list was habit induced which started before I was called-up for NYSC but not very noticeable while the others still remains a mystery to me how it started, at that time my colleagues make jest of me that "you played Johnny with Benin girls abi which is absolutely false. But those on my foot & left eye subsided with the help of an kind elder-state dad in my area.

Now the one disturbing right now is the bony protuberance I've on my forehead which is at a degenerating stage, it's actually began with a childhood habit of mine which involves rubbing my thumb knuckle roughly on my other finger which I find pleasurable now this habit metamorphosed recently & upgraded to my forehead but I only did it when I'm sad, not knowing that I'm causing injury to my forehead but then when I noticed some little bump I stopped it even before I went for service, since then it's just growing.

Please I need all the help I can get right now.

Even though I had to follow certain doctrines when I was younger, I have come to question some of them as they cannot be proven through the Bible. I am particularly curious about where the Bible specifically forbids wearing earrings. My parents are devout Christians, and they did not even pierce my ears, let alone allow me to wear earrings. However, one day I felt like wearing an earring, so I put on a magnetic earring and went out. Later in that day, I attended a Church program a friend invited me but when I got to the Church, I was asked to remove my earring or leave.

I am not trying to shade Christianity, not all Churches treat visitors that way, I was even surprised at the way I was treated that day. I am just specifically curious about where God condemned earring in the Bible? I accept that all Churches have their own doctrines but some of these Churches still use there doctrines to rate Christians from other Churches. Is wearing earring a sin or just some Church doctrines? I can't find any verse in the Bible that condemns earring. If you know any please indicate.

Let me set the context right, I'm a seasoned .net developer, so windows hosting is a must.

Every Nigerian hosting company provider I've tried has failed. Utiware went offline for months... They're back and their MySQL server is currently down!!

Opted to test Talohost, those clowns sent me a message below after several weeks...
