Having taken time to study this challenge, the solution is hereby proposed that the federal government should make pronouncement, or to give executive order that the personal possessions of Dollars in Nigeria should be illegal.
It should be declared that only registered business ventures should be allowed to transact with dollars, and the currency must only exist in the domiciliary accounts.
Possession of dollars by individuals should be declared illegal, and Police ahould be strenghtened to arrest any culprit.
A lot of Nigerians abuse the currency, stock them in their houses in excess, leading to its scarcity for business transaction, which is responsible for the high exchange rates.
The worse part of it is that some Nigerians go to party to spray enormous dollars lavishly, and this act should be declared illegal. Anywhere it is practised, the organiser of the event and the spenders should be jailed.
Some politicians also stock billions of dollars in their houses. The dollars that are found wanting in the banks are stocked purposelessly in their custodies, particularly the lawmakers. This attitude is very bad to our economy and should declared that anyone found with dollar bill at any spot should be arrested.
It is of no use that Nigerians must carry dollar bills around, some even shamelessly display them on social media, without in any affiliation to international transaction.
The system of third party involvements in procurement of dollar bill should be banned.
It is time for the new CBN governor to take this drastic step to rescue Nigeria from the path to economic perdition.
In the countries where dollars are their legal tenders, do we see their patriots place so much value on Naira to the extent that it is abused? This is the time to rescue the economy by declaring the use of dollar should be only through domiciliary accounts.
Then, Naira's value would gradually be revived.

TMKsouth: The Gauteng provincial minister for education (MEC) Matome Chiloane will appoint an independent law firm to assist the department with its investigation into the suicide of a pupil after an alleged bullying incident at a South African school.
Khehlekile Primary School grade 6 pupil Sibusiso Mbatha on Monday hanged himself in the family bathroom. He was apparently distraught over a bullying incident allegedly instigated by a teacher.
According to the family, the teacher allegedly discriminated against the boy because of his sexual orientation. He allegedly told Mbatha, who was involved in a physical altercation with another pupil, to leave his “gayism” outside the school gate.
“This kind of derogatory and discriminatory language is unacceptable and should never be tolerated within the walls of an educational institution,” said family spokesperson Nozipho Nkosi.
Chiloane visited the family on Thursday to offer his condolences and support.
“We will be appointing an independent law firm to give us a report as to what had transpired in this situation.
“At the centre of the report is obviously to investigate those who may have done wrong and those who should be held accountable but lastly, more importantly, is the recommendation that will assist the department to ensure that such incidents never happen again in our schools.
“The family is saying that the teacher came and is confessing that he did say these particular words,” he said, adding this would be investigated.
“Those are words that obviously should not have been said. You don't say that because those are discriminatory words. That goes against the values and principles that are outlined, not only in our constitution but also within the school code of conduct.”
He said he would give the law firm a timeframe to report back on its findings.
He assured the family they would also get to see the report.
To help with children's mental health issues in the wake of several recent suicides, Matome said the department had ramped up its psychosocial unit and partnered with NGOs. This included establishing boxes where pupils could insert the name of the person bullying them.

Sometimes we go to the market to buy some foodstuffs I average contribute about 30% of the amount spent. About 10 days ago his family member gave him 10k he used it to buy perfume , chain and other stuff worth almost 8k I was angry but didn't show it ( why not use it to buy more foodstuffs ) . Sometimes when I go out to eat he comes and meet me there and due to the fact of I don't like eating when a friend around me hasn't eaten I buy him food or we share the one I bought . Now on Friday I went home to get the gas and foodstuffs because it saves money and since I came back he has been eating with me daily,this has taking a great stress on the foodstuffs I brought back because what my parents gave me wasn't ment for two people and I am to use it till December. So please how would do I go about this , I don't know how to tell him to stop coming because I used his gas when I didn't have and he is close friend.And also what scares me is that he currently doesn't have any provision due to the fact that he spent it on perfume and does stuff I listed before which probably means he is going to keep coming for a while
