Each of these planned cities have their own momentum. Konza is 60KMS away from Nairobi. It's gov funded project. It's huge. We do not need CBDS - what for - we already have so many CBDS.

Why would we plan to build new CITY for Skyscrapper - when they are natural sprouting all over Nairobi?

I don't understand Eko City - a small corner of Victoria for Sky Scrapper . What is wrong with existing Skyscrapper location?

I mean Tatu City is like Sandton - lifestyle city which contains everything. The same with NorthLand. They have districts for industries, for offices, for schools, for shopping centers, dams, recreation centers, name it. A complete city for residents.

Konza is a technopolis - a technology park . The idea is to create new silicon valley - attract technology companies, research institutions and universities.
