EducationRe: Federal University Of Agriculture, Abeokuta 2016/2017 Admissions by Dariye(m): 6:07pm On Jul 10, 2016
According to how I understand it:

Part of the new rule is that special institutions (e.g university of Agriculture, Technology etc) should admit all their needed number of students into their 'specialty' only i.e. a university of Agriculture should admit only students studying agric-related courses.

my Question:--
What happens to those students who have applied for these kinds of school to study a course that is not the school's specialty(I'm currently one) even though the schools offers their choice of course e.g A school of Agriculture offering social sciences and engineering courses?

Please, I need clarification or maybe it's me that has not correctly understood that part in the modality.

--What happens to the lecturers and other staff of these other depts as most would be rendered useless?

and so on...

Please, I need clarification or maybe it's me that has not correctly understood that part in the modality.

RELEASEUS:
I don't think so. There is something many of us is not getting, Nigeria's problem is not party be it APC or PDP and the rest. The problem is the people who are politicians. listen Tinubu, Ameachi, GEJ, PMB, Atiku, Fashola, Fayemi, Mimiko, Gbenga Daniel and all the leaders we have had in Nigeria too numerous to mention look at them very well, are they not all the same? Don't you see how they have almost amassed so much wealth to themselves? El rufai's kids are busy spending money abroad, Zaria flying first class just look at their kids and how they live life...ok tell me is it PDP that caused the nepotism is the administration? Rulers employs dem kids and kids of dem friends in CBN why me and you and our kids will become applicants sooner than later. The soon we realize and kick these guys on their butts in elections the better for us.
Then we all should stop playing this political parties' blame game but rather face the individuals, after all, all present members of APC defaulted from one corrupt party or the other.

On the other hand, it'll be outrightly pretentious of us to say President Buhari is not working at all.
To me, it's just a case of 'water pass garri'
EducationRe: ASUU kicks against FG’s scrapping of Post-UTME by Dariye(m): 1:08am On Jun 30, 2016
They are even shamelessly admitting to the extortion, so because schools are under funded, innocent struggling students should pay and it is not as if their admission is sure o

Can they do better?

I believe this regime is just unfortunately facing the repercussions of the problems created over the years by PDP.

Hello everyone,

Please, I need a candid advice on an issue.

I chose Kwara State University as Second choice in the just concluded UTME examination, though I chose a Federal University as first choice.

I would like to know what my chances are as regards my second choice option incase there'll be a need to pursue it.

NB: I have a strong O'level result and a good score in UTME also.

Thank you all.
